Fast service, good work, unfortunately they dont have mood changing colors and they dont take cards. Otherwise place was clean, staff was nice, lots of colors to choose from. Prices are good

Well I thought the pregnant lady did beautiful nails but than they started breaking and lifting 3days later. When I was getting them done I noticed that the nails that she was putting it on was way too small but after she put the acrylic on I really start to notice and she told me they was her okay SMH I came in today because the 4th one had broken and she didnt want to do my nails. Why? The only reason I could come up with was because I complained. It wasnt like I wasnt paying I just wanted them to last! Smh Club Nail maybe higher but their nails Last!!!!!!

This nail shop is actually good at what they do. They just change their prices one minute you pay 65, or 72 then one minute you paying 88. Let me say I get the same thing everytime. It’s not about the amount. It’s about the constant change of sale. That’s not fair to other customers that don’t pay attention!! And then for you try to argue with me saying I paid for something cheaper in the past. I get the same thing ma’am so why is the price changing.

Bad service only two people working and they have you waiting for hours... Just got my nails done 3 days ago and they already popped off... I dont suggest no service to them... Go elsewhere please not worth the money

Service slow. They could not match my colors correctly. Out of certain blue ombres. 2 employees here with 10 customers. Here almost 4 hours. NEVER AGAIN

I went there yesterday for a polish change and toe repairs. Simple right! Well when I was done the white polish on my toes was lumpy and it looks rushed. Not to mention that I had nail polish all over my toes(not the nail) and she forgot to put the top coat on one of my nails. So now one of my toe nails looks crazy! I still tipped because its the right thing to do. but for the quality of services, it was horrible. I will not be returning.

I went in for a mani, pedi and full set. They sat me in the pedi chair which was broke didn’t have enough staff so I sat in the water for over 30 minutes until attendant starting working on me by that time the water was ice cold. Once I finally got over to the chair to have my nails done the tech forgot about my mani and had to stop him from starting the acrylic nails once finished I noticed one hand was longer than the other hand and my nails were lumpy. Definitely won’t be going back

This establishment has become very unprofessional . They go up and down on prices . They are never consistent . The owner argues with you about her Incompetent workers. I would never recommend this place to anyone .

They do a great job. They take care of as many people as possible, even stay open alittle later to finish. Very friendly people and peaceful place to get beautified! My nails always last a long time!

The new guy here can NOT do nails!!! My shellac polish starts peeling almost IMMEDIATELY after leaving here..... this is the 3rd freakin time!!!

Theyre ok if you like to keep it simple like me. A simple shellac polish on natural nails and a toe polish. If youre looking for all the bells and whistles on your nails, you may want to try elsewhere.

Fast and great detail work

The pregnant woman that does the pedicure was rough on my feet and clip a piece of my toenail too deep and made me bleed. They need someone else do tge feet but they have excellent service on the nails.

Karens nails is not the nail shop to go to.. They are very rude, my nails will not come off and it hurts when they drill your nail. Now my nails are very thin and frail. My cousin wanted a coffin shape turns out she got oval and they told her she couldnt get her nails as the length she wanted.

The owners wife is rude! One of their workers put too much paint on my nails I asked could she take the paint off and repaint them she said itll be a extra $7.00. Theyll NEVER GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I PAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THEM TO NOT DO MY NAILS THE WAY I WANT THEM DONE.
