She was kinda rushing and didnt clean my nails up after I washed my hands and polish could have been neater. My mimosa however, was really good.

They have recently opened additional space and it is even more fabulous than before! My favorite place to get my nails done. TA is amazing and I enjoy my time here every single time!

Great service - my nail tech took the time to ask what I wanted instead of just jumping to the normal routine. I received a manicure and pedicure - pedicure was great and no complaints. They took great care of my nails and gave a neck massage while your hands are in the warmers. I docked a star because my nails chipped the next day and now on to the second day of my manicure and it majority of my nails have completely chipped off. Mimosas were also good!

I love this nail shop. They are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. They provide good service. Lena, Nina and Nancy are great. Lena is my tech and she takes her time with providing me great service. They are the best!!!

I love this place. Every time I come, its a great experience. Ive been getting my nails done here for 2 months. Im a regular with Dao and shes wonderful. Experienced and very sweet. All the girls will make conversation if you want and I recommend Vos to everyone. Just got my boyfriend to get a pedicure with me. Its amazing.

I really like the atmosphere, and I really liked the service until a service I had done didnt last as long as it should have. When I went back to have my nails repaired it was questioned. As much as I pay and the amount of tip I pay with every service, there should have been no questions asked. I dont know if Ill return. I want to feel valued just like anyone else who walks through the door!

If I could rate less than 1 Star, I WOULD. They are rude and they discriminates against you. I came in for a repair nail and the lady told me that they do not do acrylic nails and the lady who does acrylic wasn’t there. How in the hell are you a nail technician but can’t do acrylic? Do you not have your license? If so, you need to give that license back and try again. Also, as i walked out I saw a lady getting acrylic nails done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM! GO TO KATHY NAILS IN COLLIERVILLE! THEY DO SO MUCH BETTER!!!

This place has the worse customer service. I had to file my own nails on my first visit and they SNS wasn’t done properly so my nails broke 2 days later when I went to get it fixed they declined. Do not waste your money here. They even offer a coupon but the service and quality isn’t worth your money.

Lynn did absolutely a phenemonal job with the Manicure while Hai did a except service for the Shellac Manicure. First Class Service! A warm, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere!

I went here to get a full set acrylic with gel polish and a pedi with get polish. The polish has help up great but within literally 4 days my nails started just popping off! Not breaking, they just came straight off. My visit was over $100 and my service was just okay. I came in with a friend for an appointment and they separated us and didnt even bring her a drink after she asked 2 times. I will NOT be going back to this salon. There is no reason why my nails should be coming completely off after just 4 days. I had 3 nails pop off after only 5 days and I wasnt doing anything that should have made them come loose. I just opened the fridge when the first one popped off. Overall, the service is okay and the atmosphere is great but the product is trash. I refuse to ever again pay over $100 for this terrible product.

My first time at Vos was pretty good.. I got a shellac manicure and the technician was very kind and did a good job. However, one nail came off within a week and the others lasted about 10 days. I decided to give them a second chance- this time the technicians were not nice.. didnt even ask what nail shape I wanted or if I wanted them cut. I had to interrupt her to ask her to cut them down, which was apparently very annoying to her. And now, six days later a nail has already come off. I will definitely not be giving them a third chance. The salon is nice, the service depends on who you get, but the product is very disappointing.

I went in to get my acryllics off and a gel manicure on. Only three of my nails still had the acryllics on because I managed to get them off. They used another fake nail to get the others off and ended up ripping half of my thumb nail off. They proceded to put four bandaids on it which was really nice, but still made me pay for it. I was unhappy to say the least.

The past two times I’ve gone, it has not been a good experience. Not only did another nail tech push my tech off of her stool (literally like a bully), but I was moved 3 times in the middle of my manicure. Last week, the tech commented on how bad my legs looked, made my toe nail and finger nail bleed without apologizing or asking if I’m ok, called me cheap for using a coupon they gave me, didn’t offer me change when I paid cash, and she didn’t paint my whole nail on my left hand. When I asked her to fix it, she gave me attitude and said she was with another customer. Polish steed chipping 2 days later. I’m never going back.

Went first time & got a decent pedicure; second time, asked if they had time to do a shellac manicure and pedicure and the girl replied yes. Then she took my polish off and just repolished my toes and acted like she didnt understand. The shellac chipped within five days! I couldnt get in over the weekend and when I went back in, they refused to do anything. I will never go back.

Nice place, clean and pretty. The staff is quite and do not talk to you much. My only complaint is that the massage was lacking and they did not wipe off the massage oil from the back of my legs.

Excellent!! My nails looks flawless every time I leave, and I get so many compliments. All the ladies here are so lovely.

DThis salon has a very relaxed atmosphere and has always been accomodating as well as providing excellent services. The shellac polish has always maintained a two week chip free look. I occasionally try other salons but always come back to Vos. There is usually plenty of staff for your walk in visit.

Fantastic service! I have a mani pedi done every time I visit. There is hardly ever a wait and technicians are friendly and talented!

You need to know how you want you to attend you bc if not you can have a bad experience like me. This lady did a REALLY BAD Job, spend less than 30 min between mani and pedi. Left a lot of nail polish and some nails had a really bad job. When I told her she got mad instead of help. I will never come back there. I prefer spend 45 dollars in other place or I do better job at home by myself. I had to come back home and clean my fingers. What kind of service its this one?

On recommendation I went to Vos to get my eyebrows waxed for my trip to Dubai. The woman starts to work on my eyes. Now the first pull was a little more painful than I am used to but I just chalked it up to it being a while since Id had them done.After she finished both eyes, tweezes and does the final touches she says what happened to your left eye brow? I have no clue what she is talking about. She hands me a mirror and to my shock a huge chunk if my eyebrow is now gone. I am in shock. But before I can even say anything the woman starts telling me that I came in that way and she didnt do it. Now my heart is racing because Im trying to process what has happened. Not only is my eyebrow ruined but I have a huge trip in less than 4 days and I have no idea how to correct it. But on top of everything else shes acting as if I came in missing half of my eyebrow.I pull up a photo i took not even 30 minutes before I walked in just to show that I know for a fact I had a full busht eyebrow before i came in. In fact I had allowed them to get bushier than normal because I wanted a good arch for my trip. She continues to tell me that she didnt do it. Then to add insult to injury she tries to act like she told me about my eye before she started. That was a complete and total lie, she didnt mention the eye until after she was completely done.I ask to see a manager and next thing I know I am surrounded by a bunch of workers all talking in a language I cant understand while pointing at me. Finally one gets in my face, pointing and yelling in broken english that its not their workers fault and I came in like that. St this point my shock is turning to anger because not only have they ruined my face but are refusing to take responsibility for their mistake.I am trying to remain as calm as I can but by this point I am furious. The women continue to yell as if I had done something wrong until finally one woman gets the owner on the phone. I can barely hear what the woman is saying because of the loud workers. Finally i hear them tell me I dont have to pay, as if I was going to pay for their mistake anyway. I get up and leave.Yes they messed up my eye. But the thing that has me so angry is the way it was handled. There was nothing professional about denying your mistake and trying to blame it on me. Even with my photographic evidence they still continued to treat me like I was some deadbeat trying to pull a fast one when they were the ones who ruined my face. No compensation was offered, no apology, nothing but denial. I now have to buy makeup i never normally would use all because I need to try to look semi decent for my trip. I have had people tell me I should seek legal action but its not that serious to me. But I do plan to let make sure everyone knows that this place might look amazing but if you ever have an issue expect denial and blame put on you to try to cover their butts.Very unprofessional and I would suggest never going to this shop.

Attitudes were very nasty, they do what they want to do to your Nails, and dont expect the same color on your toes as on your hands because they put the colors back up and cant find it when its time for your nails to get done, no one offered me anything to drink while I was in there, but everybody else had a mimosas or a glass of wine or soda. My first and last time coming here, and I just moved here from Birmingham Al.

Got cut and started bleeding on my ankle ? Yea ikr how?! Lol also got discriminated against. Totally didnt get the same treatment I was seeing giving to others..will not be returning

I got a shellac manicure and they painted my cuticles which caused it to start peeling off just a few days after I got it. Since shellac is suppose to last for 2 weeks this was really disappointing. Would not go back.
