I went and yeah its a big never again for me they have bad attitudes and my nails are look terrible the polishing bad and the nails they put on before everything I never went to a nail shop and they have the nails that bends now applying the purple stuff with the powder they put it on my actual skin and is not neat under nail and the table or desk they do your nails on was dirty from other peoples who been in the seat before me they did not clean it up and got rhinestones on the ring finger also I hate it . If you check pictures reviews my nails are the baby blue nail with the rhinestones. Don’t recommend!

They dont wax eyebrows well I wouldnt recommend. The pro nail on Thomas does a excellent job if you are looking to get eyebrows waxed but they be packed. This one on waltkins just doesnt do a very good job to me far as waxing goes.

One they are very time consuming and two they have very bad attitudes. One of my moms pinky nails are fatter than the other, and every time you correct them they get a attitude and talk in they little language. The lady with the mask was hurting my nails and was very impatient. She told me to rest my fingers when I have anxiety and can’t control my shaking. They are very short staffed, and VERY RUDE. I advice you not to come here. They never pay attention and have old polish and have a very small collection of regular polish. In order to get a good selection you have to go to the shellac Polish. They are very bad business. If you want to go there to get your nails looking crooked and messy there your pick.

I advise you not they are VERY rude. Bad customer service. If you try to correct them, look stare and speak in the foreign language to each other!!

They have 4 nail techs and all of em move slow! Ive been waiting for 30 minutes! Boy with the slick hair been filing this girl nails for 20 minutes. The man keeps looking at the tv and does nails slow. The women polish nails slow like a little kid. Like nails should take this long !
