I love this place! I was looking for a new nail salon and I definitely found one. They are extremely nice and I love the way my nails look every time. If youre in the area stop by..ohhhhh its better if you set an appointment but Ive never waited to long when I didnt have one.

Always so nice and they work quickly, but will take their time on the important stuff! I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and they were able to do it. Also the location is perfect, right next to the gym and target so it’s convenient to slip in.

They treat me like a queen every time I visit! I had to visit another shop when everything started to re open and I was dissatisfied with the service and the price at this other shop. I am so happy that Pro Nails is open again!

Honestly, I cannot say enough about this location. I love their service! My gel manicure lasts longer when I get it done here so I don’t mind paying the few extra dollars it costs! I have only visited in the afternoons and evenings on both week days and weekends and there’s been no wait time. Definitely worth a try if you’re seeking a quality nail shop in this area.

I am not pleased with this facility. Im not even the type to go out of my way to make complaints on a site. But here I am. Ive been numerous times and tried to give them chance after chance since it is conveniently close to my job. However, it has been awful. My natural nails were painted horribly, and very messy I could easily see the imperfections, smudges, and lack of neatness/skill. She polished outside of nail bed so the polish got all over my fingers, not just my nails. On every finger she used HER long nails to scrap off the excess polish, and it was uncomfortable. The customer service is not my complaint, but the work is. It was also a lot of gnats flying around.

This was by far one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve had. I chose this place randomly because it was close to 3 other places I need to go...mistake #1. The female owner was my nail tech. I found her to be extremely rude with her comments (totally unprofessional), unable/unwilling to answer questions (shellac color selections), and did not respond at all to my questions about nail care (would not say a single word when I asked twice). I am not sure if she was simply having a dreadful day or if this is the norm...whichever it is, I will not return for lack of customer service and my nails were not done to my liking.

This place does a horrible job on the dip. It was big bubbles and not smooth. I had kids at church to tell me they looked bad. Even the woman who did my next told me to get something else next time because it didn’t look good and they started breaking after TWO days. I get dip at other places and it looks good, but this place was horrible. I only gave them 2 stars because they were really nice.

I am a regular. The staff is excellent. I drive from midtown to visit this shop because of- cleanliness, courtesy & professional results.

I came here because it was urgent- i was overdue getting my nails done and they needed it bad. I was also broke at the time and needed to use a credit card. My regular nail salon does not take American Express so i decided just one time i would go somewhere else if i could find a place that accepted AMEX. I called pronails and they said they accepted the card and since it was convenient and i really needed my nails done i decided to do it. Not only did the dip powder not look normal, but within days chunks of it started chipping off several nails! And i was charged $45 for this! But before that happened, the man who did my nails took my credit card and ran out through the machine and brought me the receipt to sign and then never returned the card to me so i was in a panic the next day when the server at a restaurant brought the check and i could not find my card!!!! I called the salon and they had it. I had to drive all the way back to East Memphis to get it. Oh! And did i mention the salon was about 90 degrees inside? I guess they dont want to pay to keep it slightly cool....... i will not be back. I should never have gone there. I will stick with Magic Nails from now on. They do a fantastic job and prices are reasonable.

The guy that did my nails told me one price while doing my nails ($25), when I got ready to pay the $25, the other lady in the shop said No, $35. I explained to her that was definitely not what her employee told me & she continued to tell me $35. As far as my full set, it wasnt worth $35, not even $25. Can you say UNPROFESSIONAL.

I went here for the first time because I got off work to late to go to my regular spot. The owner took toe separators off another ladies feet, threw them on the floor and just as she thought I wasnt paying attention tried to put them on me. I immediately stopped her and advised of State Board regulations. This is a disgrace. My first and last time visiting here. Should be SHUT DOWN!!!!

First timer. All I can say is Awesome!!! Very nice staff that knows what there doing. I will definitely recommend them to others and I will return.

Services was great

The last time i came up here they did a wonderful job on my nails but since they got new people working they messed ip my nails. The gel was all on my figures it was way to thick. I asked for nail sculpture so my nails would all be even she didnt even do that she just made them all short and made my nails different shape i wanted the a natural shape and she gave me square nails i will not be coming back here again

I have been going to this nail salon since January of 2017. They have always done a great job.

Very good service and selection. And quick enough that I can go on my hour long lunch break.

They only had three people working when it was really busy and it took way took long. My nails after looked streaky because they were rushing. They also did not ask me how I wanted my nails shaped so instead of asking they just cut them way to short. I will never come again.
