Horrible service. I just left charged me $53 for the shortest nails ever but I got a set long with more designs for $65 just 2 weeks ago. Also lady made fun of my nails I heard her but didn’t say anything. They gossip and have attitudes. Nails are not done probably I only go because they’re fast and cheap. Don’t go!

Terrible! Dont waste your money or time. One lady rushed on my nails because other people came in. Half painted my nails and a piece of lint hair left on my nail. The manicurist didnt use the cleaning brush on my toes. The paint chipped off all my toes within two days!! I had to use different color polish to cover it Yikes!!! Ill never go here again!! Please stay away Id you dont want to waste money.

It was my first time going to this nail shop. And I must say it was nice. I made an appointment for 2:00pm and I arrived like 6,7 min early...so at exactly 2:00pm they begin my mani and pedi. I will be returning.

My first time there in a while !!! I cant give it 5 stars i got a pedi the helper didnt do well i guess she was the owner she had to do them over!! I was happy with my pedi! But honestly not totally satisfied with my nails! I will go back but i will let the husband do them not the wife!!! Plus their friendly!!! And. Clean!!!!

I came in with a lot of requests probably frustrating to some but I sat for about 5 min and had a chair the lady took her time with each and every nail and even after when I asked about more sparkly polish they went out their way to do Excatly that for me !! 🥰 1st time going and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT 🥰🥰

Its okay. They just arent technically good at what they do. With proper technique and application itd be worth it but Fake nails from Walgreens would have turned out better.

It was this lady shes like 411 she was very rude i told her my nail was not right when she was gluing them she snatched my hand and countied to work once i told her to stop,also she talked about me to another customer

Love the new owners. They are professional, clean and they care how you feel about your nails. I visit at least 2 times a month and wouldnt go anywhere else!

The first time I went there they where nice but they wouldn’t give me a full pedicure because they claimed I came late all tho I was there waiting 2 hours. Today when I went they were rude as freak and the lady cut 3 of my nails then begged me for a 4 dollar tip! No ma’am I will not be returning!

Deluxe pedicure is awesome with hot stone and massage my feet with luxury lotion. I feel so relaxed and my feet clean...

Maybe others are better at technique but mine was uneven and pink was shaped too low. Nails started lifting the next day. Im upset I took a chance on this place for my wedding day nails. Ive had much better nails.

Went there to get an acrylic fill in and I must say that they were very prompt and really nice. Their prices were also reasonable, so I will most definitely go back the next time Im in town.

This place is terrible!! They open up at 9:30 but wasnt here until 10. I sat there for almost and hour before I was even seen and it was only 2 of us there. That was so unprofessional I will never be back.

First time trying them and I had the worst experience ever! The people that work there are rude as hell and extremely unprofessional. A friend referred me to them and I will never go back. I need to know where the previous owner is ASAP! I do not like my nails at all, my nails are to fat and he out to much gel on them! Ive had to come back at least once a week because one breaks off since the new owner took over!Im very unsatisfied and will NOT be coming back.I need new recommendations

Horrible serve!!! They would not help us. We were looking for a color to match their shellac polish. The owner was very rude and didnt help us at all. He said he wasnt going to help. Very rude!!

I was trying to get an appt for my friend (I didnt bother if asking if they did gift cards). A guy answers and I ask if theyre still located at 4318 summer ave and he says no. Then demands to know who I am. I tell him and he says ok and yes theyre at 4318 Summer ave.Um what?! like why the deception? I just said nevermind and hung up. No interest in giving them any business. I called another company and they were perfectly polite and did gift cards. So they got my business.

This place has rude customer service ! My nieces were here and they were just standing by there mom and the man wants too go over there and yell at them ! Then he cut my nail down and was finna make me pay for him cutting one of them down so I made him do the rest then he thought I was fina pay for it jokes on him ! His name his Jason, then I think it’s his wife was doing my sisters nails and they wanna argue with her when she wasn’t doing it right ! I would not recommend this place 💯 they are stuck up

The Service is not top notch because he would stop on my nails to get on his phone and he would be on his phone for a minute. Then, when I was on the phone while he was on my other hand, I heard him huff and puff & I look up he waiting On My Other Hand, Like You Could Told me To Give you the othe Hand. After he was done I was about to go under the dryer and I asked one of them to pull the chair back and he looked at me and kicked the chair back. How rude and when I was turning the timer back on a nail broke 😑 . One of the mail workers was taking the nail off and he got mad cause I said it hurted. To top it all off my nails was hurting. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone.
