Phil provided us with excellent service and a quality job. Our CRV took a rear-end that required replacement of hatch and bumper. They were clear about when the parts would arrive, and how long the job would take. The also took the time to describe exactly what they would have to do and how they repaint new panels. The end result was perfect... could not even tell that the accident happened. Color match was dead-on, and all the new panels had perfect alignment to original body. Very professional, yet friendly staff in a clean & tidy facility. Well done!

I had a great experience taking my Volvo XC90 in for some minor repair work for a small blemish on the roof. They did a great job, and its virtually impossible to tell anything has been done - and the pricing was very reasonable. All in all, were pleased with the work and will definitely go to Heritage for any of our future needs.

To both drop off my car and pick it up, I had to call THEM to ask and I just happened to be “on his call list” both times.. Received zero status updates during. Not to mention when they “clean” the inside of your car it’s horrendous. I’m actually going to have to pay to fix something they ruined by “cleaning” it. Unhappy to say the least when I had to spend half of my savings. Going somewhere else in the future for sure; anyone can fix a bumper, everything else sucked

Experienced a deer strike early February. Referred to Heritage by my insurer. Got an inspection and scheduled the front end work. Got it in on a Tuesday, had a full front end overhaul (bumper, grille, AC condenser, radiator, inverter cooler, headlamp assembly) done by Friday morning. Pleasantly surprised by the full interior detailing!

I took my wifes SUV in for some front collision work and they did everything. They replaced the fender, light, and hood with new parts, got an alignment, and when it was painted and blended with the rest of the car you couldnt even tell that any repair work had been done. Not even any sign of overspray anywhere. This is the best paint and body work Ive seen.

Heritage Collision brought the car back to original/new condition in just a few days. The original quote was significantly lower than other quotes we got. Have to go back a third time for brake issue and met with the owner Lisa B. She was yelling at me because I gave this body shop a bad review 3 weeks ago. That was a horrible experience that my body is still shaking after a couple of hours. She told me I cant give people bad reviews. I think I can and I would like do another one. I dont give people reviews, when I do, it is either a super good one or a really bad one, and this one is for your attitude. Here are a couple of pictures for my last review.

Worst ever. It took 3 months to fix the car and returned with a totally different bumper, cracked tire, uncleaned and lots of little pieces missing. It was a pearl white gx460, however the bumper was painted pure white. I was told by this place the bumper and car body should have different colors.
