I needed my windshield replaced on my Honda Fit, so I messaged Pro Tint/Better Windshields because I had heard great things about them. Keith responded to me in less than an hour with a quote and a plan to do the replacement the next afternoon. He came to my house to pick up the car, and returned it less than 2 hours later with a beautiful new windshield. He even helped me pop my new windshield wipers on. Great price, great service! The owners are really cool, I called them because I had wanted to do the deal they had going on via Groupon but my card kept declining on their website so I asked them what kind of deals they could give me because I really wanted to go through them as I was aware of how good they were and they told me that they would just go ahead and give me the same deal as Groupon and I could just pay them directly so that was really cool of them. The only down fall about it was the lady had told me that she was gonna move the appointments around to fit me in at 9:30 am because I was gonna be leaving town to go back up North so she called me back to confirm that she was able to get the appointment switched around so to go ahead and be there at 9:30 am so I headed up to Auburn at 8:00 am and got there early so we stopped at the casino to kill some time and as I am pulling into the casino parking lot she calls me to tell me that she can’t get me in until 11:30 so we have to keep it as the original appointment time, I was irritated because I could have stayed asleep for another hour and I repeatedly asked her if she was 💯% positive about the other guy being okay with the switch and she insisted that she had it handled however she didn’t and I did not like how she just hung up the phone while I was still talking that was a little rude but the quality of work was as expected and I love the new tint on our windows
