I made an appointment just to be told I STILL had to wait 45 minutes and people were steady coming in, so I left. Ive been coming here for years but my tech is gone so its time I find something new.

Horrible!!! Dont go to the Chinese Man !!! He put my nails on wrong and when they were drying he twisted it and he hurt my nail. And when I took my nails off I had dark lines under my nails!!😤😡

Got a Mani and polish and design my polish and design came off overnight and they wouldnt fix it Im 58 yrs old and polish dont come off overnight they full of BS❗

For 15 yrs Ive gotten my nails done by this family. I will never stop. As the Yeats have come and gone, Ive always had top notch service. Their family owns two of The BEST shops in Memphis.😎💅

First time coming on years! Love the customer service and how attentive everyone was.

Very URBAN shop. Seems to have regular customers that they socialize with openingly. Good customer service. The pedicure that I received could have been better (wouldn’t recommend) feels like I need a new pedicure a day later. Shop offers eye brow wax, tent, and eye lashes (the wait is horrible but the quality is great). I also got a full set and while I’m pleased with the shellac color choices, the nail sculpting/shaping/smoothing/painting should be worked on more (my nails look like a bumpy road). I did appreciate the fact that the shop closed at 7 but stayed passed 8pm to finish all the customers desires; even let a few come in after the 7pm mark.

I love Cindy and leelee I came from Maryland and they made me feel like the women at home in our nail shop.I love the way Cindy and leelee do nails lashes and eyebrow tint.I get all 10 fingers and toes designed they said that is different all colors.
