Scheduled an appointment, got confirmation and they took my credit card info. Days later sent an email cancelling my appointment, no reason why or even a phone call.Thats some bad customer service right there.

Ive never had anything less than a great experience here. I go to Suzanne for gel manicures regularly and she is the best! Roslyn is also wonderful and Katelyn is great for hair. When I was still a new client, I had a nail break at the gym and called the salon to see if they could fit in an emergency fix. Melissa squeezed me in and fixed me up on a moments notice, which I really appreciated.If youre looking to support a local business AND have a great experience and great results, look no further. They are super friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and my nails always look great.

I switched to this nail salon this Spring and I feel comfortable at this point to say that this is hands down the best nail salon in Toledo. My polish doesnt lift or peel- Roslyn is amazing!!! You have to book an appointment so you have a set time, there is no hustle to get you in and out, everyone takes their time and takes pride in the work they do.

Had my nails done for prom april 2018 and I loved them. Would definitely recommend. Wish I had pictures to post :/ I cant remember the name of the woman who did my nails, but they turned out even better than I had hoped!

Best place to get your nails done in all of the greater toledo area. I would drive a half hour to go see Melissa. But any of the services at Alice and Co are going to be the highest quality. Anything that goes wrong Melissa goes out of her way to correct and grow.

I just started going here within the last year b/c my stylist, Jody, moved here. Shes the best!! And the receptionist is always very friendly!
