First time here and I will be back! Such a relaxing environment. I forget who did my nails but I will be going back and requesting her. All around a great experience!

Kristina was amazing, she asked if the color was enough coverage and had no problem doing another coat! I love the way my nails turned out the shaping is absolutely perfect! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. The salon was very clean and calming, will definitely be returning!

My first time there and I was impressed! You walk in and instantly feel peaceful. Honestly, one of the best pedicure experiences Ive ever had!

UPDATED REVIEW: Based on the response I got from the establishment after I had a complaint, I am happy to change my review. The owner gave me a call and was extremely apologetic about the situation that occurred. One of the workers is very ill and that caused my complaint to fall through the cracks. However, once the establishment realized the issue, they quickly rectified the situation and refunded my money. I appreciate their effort to make me feel cared for!

This is my favorite place.. and I love my nail tech Kirsten.. I sent my mom there today for a late Mothers Day gift and she loved Christina she said she did a wonderful job and I thought she was going to be upset because she took way too long because there were some discrepancies that day and my mother is Moody bossy and fussy so for her to leave satisfied and complimenting Christina and serenity was a beautiful thing.. they have had an issue or two like some places do but who doesnt.. overall this is the only place I feel comfortable with taking care of my nails.. the atmosphere in there is a plus relaxing and beautiful.

Really great experience! Our group was greeted by management & front desk when we got there, and got started right on time! The facility is gorgeous, super relaxing, and felt safe with Covid. Jordan was great, very personable and professional, super quick too! 10/10

My first VIP pedicure and it was wonderful. Cidney was terrific. She did not rush the apt at all. Spent time explaining each step to this newbie and made the experience so delightful. i loved the papering and the massage and the mud mask. I have such pretty feet and that says a lot from someone with ugly toes. Thanks Cidney for such a fun evening out with my friend. Mary Beth

My Mom and I went for a self care day, staff was incredible, helpful, and kind, especially with my Mom, who has a bad knee. Jordan gave an amazing pedicure, the massage was so relaxing!! My Mom loved her pedicure with Lei! Lei went the extra mile to help Mom feel comfortable! We had a great time and it was much needed!!

I had an amazing experience! My fiance got my best friend and I a vip manicure, pedi sauna and foot soak as a birthday gift. Wonderful atmosphere and felt welcomed and soo relaxing! We are definitely going to do this again!

I’m really sad about the quality of my nails because the spa is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and professional.The Good: The facility is quiet, clean, relaxing and well maintained. They had every product and color I am accustomed to.The staff are so friendly and obviously care about their jobs and their customers. I can’t stress enough how friendly the nail tech was and how much energy she put into trying to give me a good final product.The Bad: My acrylic fill-in with gel polish is just not good. I was nervous the entire time because I’ve been getting my nails done for 16 years and you just kind of know how things should go after a while. I came in with the perfect base (my regular nail tech is meticulous - she just wasn’t available) and left with lumpy acrylic and gel polish, frayed edges, an inadequate apex and completely different short stilleto shape than what I started with :(. The technical aspect of my nails (which affects the aesthetic) just aren’t appealing. Worst of all, I’m stuck with this for at least two weeks.

It’s a beautiful place and Sophie did very well, but I have 2 chipped nails and service was completed on the 19th, I would think a gel manicure would last longer, I plan on following this review with a phone call.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to, they care about the well being of your nails and take the steps to ensure their health. I highly recommend Kristina, she’s my favorite

I wish I could remember the name of the girl that did my Mani & pedi! She was great, my toes still look great and it has been 2 weeks!

This place is amazing and I try to tell everyone I know to get their nails done here. It’s clean, relaxing, and their customer service is incredible! As a mom this is where I escape to get some much needed me time. I now wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done.

My daughter and I celebrated her 30th birthday here. We were greeted with a smile and a Happy Birthday sign. Jordan and Li were exceptional hosts and ultimate professionals in their craft! We got the VIP mani-pedi and could not have been happier with our time there and our results. We were so relaxed and were treated like royalty. We will definitely be back time and time again!!

This was my first time visiting Serenity Nail Spa. I treated myself and a friend (who’s very pregnant) to a pedicure with Kiersten and Maria. They did a fabulous job!! They were a joy to converse with as well. The place was spotless and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely be returning and requesting either of these two ladies. ❤️

I visited this spa for the first time. WOW!!!! It is absolutely gorgeous. The spa is amazing. I had some time in the infrared sauna prior to having my nails done. The entire experience was amazing. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and my nails look perfect!!!! I am already excited to go back!

I visited Serenity Nail Salon & Spa today. Let me just say...WOW! It is absolutely beautiful!! The ambience is so calming. I relaxed in the infrared sauna before receiving a mani/pedi with Kiersten. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs from the time I walked in the door until I left. The experience was exactly what I needed!!
