I’m very sad to give this company/brand a one star. I was supposed to be onboarded for the Ralph Lauren position and was scheduled to have the appointment. After trying to contact multiple people saying that they will “Relay to management,” they were finally able to reschedule for another day properly. The scheduling process was very confusing and quite unorganized. After first trying to do a later time the day before of, that was my first successful reschedule. After my second attempt since I was unable to make it during that day at 3:00pm (mind you did not miss the 12:00pm because I had rescheduled the day before of), I called to have it for the same time but the day after. After calling and getting it confirmed, I get an email telling me that I had missed two appointments and they are no longer interested in my selection. This isn’t even a week after getting selected for on boarding after my interview. After calling the location, the man was nice at first but when I asked for explanation, he started to become rude and even talked over me. When I politely asked him to listen to my situation, I was hung up on. I hope this gets seen as I was genuinely trying to get a job to support my needs but was shut down for miscommunication. I will no longer be applying from this agency any longer because of this ignorance and negligence.

This is a very irresponsible company. It will not take care of its own contract workers. I got hurt while working and broke my arm. It took two week for me to get assistance from Adecco. After that incident I never met any Adecco staffing company representative till I was laid the client for lack of work. I had communication only with the client and Adecco never contacted myself for the end of my work at the client. This is not a professional company. You can compare it a cheap road side grocery shop. Now it is 6 weeks after leaving the client I am still getting reminders from Adecco to submit my time sheet.

Several adecco recruiters in Florida will contact you about job opportunities in North Carolina. These recruiters give you wrong information about the job you are wanting and quickly set up an interview with the Greensboro office. When you arrive you are told different information about the job for instance, shifts, pay etc. Recruiter that you originally spoke with does no follow up. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Theyre hiring and the pay is pretty good they start you off with around $14 an hour

When I tell u this is a shady business they should shut this place down they do not care about its workers at all, I got covid because they dont want the employee to notify everyone else it will make it a hostile environment, but I got fired cuz I was letting people now I got covid, absolutely the worst temp service I ever dealt with they should shut this place down ASAP

If I could give them a zero I would. First they sent me an email sending me to a location of theirs thats no longer open. Then when I arrived they told me the job I applied for was no longer open and advised me I could call and check what jobs were available.Ive worked for several staffing agencies doing second jobs to supplement income and this one is by far the worse and most unprofessional. Try Advance Personnel or Aerotek stay away from Adecco unless you have no other options.

Beware!! Adecco does not tell the truth regarding warehouse positions. They will give you one schedule but the actual company you are working for will give you another one and the two are very different. If youre trying to work part time due to having another job or being in school, the Ralph Lauren job isnt for you. Its 8 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I resigned from their assignment, due to the lack of respect at the job and it took a month and a half to receive my 1st!Just recently found out that they still owe me my 1st check that’s in the hole!This was two years ago and still haven’t received my money of close to $500!I want my money!

Very unprofessional, I was scheduled an interview at the albert pick rd location,I was scheduled for a 3:00pm appointment.I showed up and the office was closed. Didnt even get a heads up or a rescheduled interview. I didnt even apply to adecco,they called me telling me they saw my resume,didnt get a sorry for the inconvenience,I was just simply told to come in and reschedule for a interview,when I was set to be sent to the place they had lined up for me,just terrible...

Manager is very rude. Youd think hed be friendly to potential employees but hes running people off. I love working for Ralph lauren Adecco but he wont let me work there anymore due to a missed phone call about a drug screen but I continued to call back and never got through.

Bad communication, did NOT PAY me!! Can not ask.any questions or get any help what so ever dyring my.employment. It took 6 attempts and 4 emails before i finally just gave up with them about a direct deposit. First of all, I was actually excited to start my temporary assignment at Polo, not realizing all the drama that would ensue. I always dedicated myself to any job attended through Adecco and worked very efficiently alone or in a team environment. We were usually always understaffed in the material handling department, but I still worked dilligently to get most of the work completed. Most bigger guys in other departments would sometimes get sent over to ticketing just to help but would escape as soon as possible. Adecco and Polo need to learn how to utilize and appreciate great employees like myself and put more qualified employees in the appropriate positions.

Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism demonstrated throughout this staffing agency. Not looking for quality candidates just those with a pulse.

I used to work with Adecco by getting a job at the Ralph Lauren warehouse. I’ve been working there for 4 months and then I got a phone call from the place yesterday about they’re ending my assignment because my percent performance hasn’t change and went down. I did material handling, usually just packing stuff all day. I work my hardest and try to move as fast as I could but I guess it wasn’t efficient enough to them. Why do they need a percent performance to determine whether or not they can keep associates? As long as you do your job it shouldn’t matter about how fast you go to keep that performance up. I’m going back to the adecco office and see I can find more opportunities and someone that will appreciate what I do.

Because this is slavery if they take more than you get paid! I swear this is Modern day slavery.

Three weeks ago I came on here and gave them a great review. With five stars. Not realizing I spoke way too soon, they are everything these people are saying in these reviews. I didnt believe it at first until a real situation happened. Nobody wants to take accountability or responsibility for their negligence. They assume, since 90% of their staff is African-American that no one knows their Labor work rights, beautiful thing is I do, and even though they keep trying to push you to the side as long as you keep track of your paperwork, your text messages with your supervisors, your call logs and emails! I have all four. Yes, North Carolina is a at-will state, but you do still have rights especially when it comes to your health care. I dont know about the people in these reviews that got messed over, I am not giving up.

If I could give them a negative triple zero I would. These bums that work at this site are a disgrace to society. They need to learn how to conduct business with clients that call to ask questions. The so called manager was very very very rude and of course he was white. He needs to be fired and I will call corporate and the news station to report him. Just never heard back from them after interview for the Ralph Lauren posting and after doing the paperwork requirements drug testing etc I tried calling to get an update on anything but to no prevail nobody answered.

Worst Temp Staffing Agency I ever attended. I went through all these hoops for about three hours of filling out this application. When I was done, I ask if I can get a break, a breath of fresh air. These two chicks had the never to accused me of not wanting a job. So, I went outside to take a break& the next thing I know they called me back in telling me I was disqualified. I messed around confronted them & left the place angry. They are Inconsiderate, assumptions, I believe they even have preconceive notions towards black males. I can sense they didnt want me there from the jump, and Im cool nice fella. I would recommend this place to Three Time Felon if his life depended on it.

I have multiple recruiters calling and leaving message about jobs. When I call back they act like no one call or they dont have position available. Adecco is not like it use to be. Very unprofessional.

Reached out for job have excellent skills. Made purchase for a key board for a typing test per the recruiter for a job. Then after taking the test was told I was over qualified for the job. Never heard back from them and that was a year ago. If you can go through the company as Adecco and many other temp services in the Greensboro area is not hitting on anything.

The worse staffing company in the area Ive submitted my resume online for adecco job postings and I fit all the qualifications and I have yet to hear anything waste of time! They only call for the Ralph Lauren positions and I have applied for other better paying jobs but never get a call nor offer for them!

If we were able to grade different categories on each place and not just and overall grade it would be a 4 but they tend to hire more than they kneed. They are very professional people but with the overall job placing people its a 2. I was Hired for the Ralph Lauren wherehouse but I have yet to receive a call when to start. I call and no one seems to be available to answer the phone good company but they bite more than they can chew.

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone at this point. I worked a 2 day assignment in Oct, it is now Nov and I have yet to received my pay. Ive been calling back to back, emails and they cant seem to rectify what happen. One claimed she mailed it out, we verified address && still have not received it. She also claimed that she was going to contact payroll so they can cancel the other check and issue me a new one,,,,NEGATIVE. After calling them repeatedly and leaving a message I decided to go there and now all of a sudden my background is not in nor do I have a job.To remind a little bit...Ive filled out an application with them, had to come back an redo my background and take the drug screen test. All of which took 2 weeks and everything was completed by 12/15/2017 including my background check. Waste....Of....My....Time!

They closed the Winston Salem branch location down so everyone is forced to come to this office. Very unprofessional people at this location, and one lady at the front desk felt she was able to comment on my arrival time not knowing my personal schedule. I guess she felt she was in a position of power to speak to me in the manner she did. Im college educated and will never tolerate that kind of degradation from anyone especially a young girl who works a desk job. I have worked with this company before in an administrative position and never missed a day, but this location is very abrasive and unwelcoming. They NEVER answer the phone and expect you to have a scheduled appointment even though they NEVER answer the phone. I would not recommend this agency to anyone I know. Your quality has gone down tremendously.

Horrible service, went in to get my W2 as I was told by the payroll department and no one could seem to help me, and when they did the lady sent me a phony email that didnt work, very unprofessional atmosphere and the rating is accurate 2.1.

Worst staffing agency in Greensboro, they are liars,promise 40 hours received only 18, change your pay rate, change your starting date, send you home early everyday sometimes on arrival turn you back home. They will send you to a location up on arrival they say they dont need you. Staff members are slackers they dont give proper information to new hires.They hire a lot of people thats not needed for the assignment only for commissions gain to Addecco when you get there the company only needed two people. I can assure you this would be your worst experience, you will not be able to pay your bills or take care of your family, its pointless!!!

I recently moved to NC and need steady work to get me established in the area so, in addition to other agencies, I applied online for a full time warehouse position through Adecco a few days ago and was immediately set up with an interview at Adeccos Greensboro location. I was immediately sent contact information, directions and reminders via email.I went in for my interview yesterday and their office was clean and spacious. I was asked by reception to fill out a quick cover sheet confirming my availability, references, the jobs pay and my personal information. I was entered into the system for the warehouse job immediately and the front desk receptionist was very personable and helpful. She even informed those of us there waiting for interviews which locations were hiring immediately and which had a waitlist so that no one wasted their time and could plan accordingly which I appreciated.I completed onboarding paperwork using one of their computers which only took around 15 minutes and met with a recruiter shortly thereafter. I was given a quick drug screen and the recruiter met with me to confirm my availability and asked which shift I would prefer and whether I would like full time or part time. The recruiter was very friendly, professional, and informative. She ran my background check immediately and it has already come back so Ill be starting work in a week. They will be contacting me this week regarding orientation. The entire process was positive and seemless to me.Adecco has met my expectations and I had also had a positive experience working for them when I lived in Ohio. I would personally recommend them to anyone. In the beginning I was apprehensive based on the negative reviews this location received. However all reviews must be taken with a grain of salt and I understand most people are quick to write a review if they had a so-called negative experience. There are unfortunately not enough truly objective business reviews or even positive reviews out there.If you have the mindset that Adecco will guarantee you a job immediately just because you apply or contact their office, you will be disappointed. That is not how any temp agency works. Temp agencies work as resources to help individuals find work based on contracts they have made with local businesses. Having worked in the HR and recruitment field for a few years I recognize that these contracts can change at any time based on the businesses needs. A temp agency adjusts accordingly to meet the needs of their clients and can never guarantee anyone an immediate job.It also helps to treat an appointment with any temp agency like an actual job interview, because it essentially is one. They want to ensure you are an appropriate fit for a company, and remember you represent Adecco if youre hired. Take it seriously, dress like youre going to an interview, make the effort and leave a good first impression. Even if they have no immediate positions for you, they are more likely to consider you for future positions if you dress and act professionally. If youve called the office and no one picks up, leave a voicemail and give them 24 hours to respond before calling them back. Be persistent but understand that they are serving a large demographic and cannot get back to everyone right away.

Ive some different experience at Adecco. I went there and within a week I got job in Polo. Yes its right that over croweded there and its mean people trust them so visited in rush.I was need for job and Adecco gave me that.Nasir

The staff is very biased on who they work with. Once they figure out if they can use you or not is whether or not you hear from them again.
