Love getting my nails done here they do an amazing job! They are friendly, fast and very professional. I always call and make appointments however they do walkins.

Received a pedicure at salon and male worker was insulting. Asked when the last time I had a pedicure. I stated 4 weeks prior and he completed. He stated my feet were dirty and unwashed. I replied that I had just showered prior to the pedicure. He then stated he didn’t think so. This is not the way to talk or treat a customer. Will never return.

Booked a pedicure with my friend. The male worker made uncomfortable and inappropriate jokes the ENTIRE time. I made it clear that I was not finding it funny and he continued. Further more, he rushed through my service and kept getting up to do other things so I received about 10 minutes less service than my friend did, for the same price. It was an awful experience and I won’t be back. Take your money elsewhere!

Made an appointment for my daughter and I, for the same time! They did my nails and he did a great job but the person that was suppose to do my daughters was working on someone else, we had another appointment elsewhere so we didnt have time to wait. We told them we would come back another day they kept insisting they would fit her in later that day, told her to come back at 5:45, so she did and they told her to go get something to eat and come back in 45 minutes. We were very understanding the first time and realize that everywhere is short staffed, but come on they messed up the appointments earlier in the day attempted to fix it and then told her to come back AGAIN! Poor service! I will not be going back there again!

Ive been going here for the past few years to get pedicures. They do such an amazing job. So relaxing!! I always get Tracy and she just makes sure Im comfortable and relaxed!

I love coming here I pass so many shops just to come here nail service pretty decent but the best thing is the deluxe pedicure! Omfg Thee best one and I only get the best and they even have massage chairs while you get feet done it’s just so relaxing

Julie is great. They do not, however, take appointments for acrylic. It is sad because Julie does excellent work and I drive nearly an hour to see her. If you are local, see her....she is a 5 star nail tech. The way the shop is managed leaves much to be desired, though, so I cant rate the location as high as I rate her.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I waited for 45 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. The only time someone said anything to me was to give back the gel polish samples because he needed it, then never gave it back. If you’re going to make someone wait, at least say something to them. Didn’t even get my nails done because The experience was terrible

She went outside of her comfort zone because she doesn’t normally do designs such as the one I wanted for my honeymoon toes but a he did amazing!! I am blown away and I’m always looking at them now. She was so thoughtful and worked so hard on them! I absolutely love them! Thank you!

Wait time is minimal. End product is beautiful nails. Pedicures are divine with wonderful massage and lovely products.

This nail salon is by far one of the best in the Toledo area! Julie always does my nails, and she does an amazing job every time. They are consistently beautiful, and she takes the time to be sure they look perfect. I have also gone to the rest of the staff for pedicures, and they are always a relaxing indulgence!Saturdays, obviously are their busiest days, so I recommend booking an appointment and being a little bit flexible. They try their hardest to service all of their clients equally and patience on an extra busy day will go a long way. When I have an appointment, I have never waited more than 10 minutes past an appointment time on a busy day for them to finish someone up.

Me and my friend had a horrible experience here. we waited 3 hours to get our nails. then they did a horrible job. my acrylics were uneven and poorly painted. i went to a new salon and its crazy how much better they were!! sad!!!

Very rude and not professional at all, every time i made an appointment i had to wait over an hour. They were all about the money and not about the costumer care, they charged me more after doing my nails without telling me. Very unfriendly and not welcoming when you walk in, they just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. i would definitely not recommend to anybody else, there are better nail care services out there that value costumers. most definitely do NOT waist your time here.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is so friendly. Im greated every single time I walk in the door by more than one of them. The service is amazing. My first time coming it was a little after 7 and they closed at 8. I went for a pedicure and they were all pretty busy already. I felt so bad coming that late. By the time I got in the chair it was 730. The lady didnt rush me out of there like most people wouldve. She took her time and she didnt know it was my first time. She made a great first impression and for that, as long as Im in Toledo this is where I will go.

Wasted an hour and 45 minutes on a manicure so bad I am going to have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get it redone.First there was the painstakingly SLOW sanding off and wrapping of old powder dip mani, then the new application was the slowest motion I have ever witnessed in 10 plus years of getting my nails done. The color didnt look right, but after a pained discussion with a bit of a language barrier I believe she said it will look like the sample when dry. Fast forward an hour and I can see that I am basically paying for a completely clear powder dip with an odd pink tint. By then I dont have time to ask her to start over as we are already way past the time I needed to leave.When its done she tells me customers dont like this color and usually want her to paint over with a different color shellac. She brings some, which are not what I want and whats the point of paying for powder if its going to be covered with something that chips off anyway.I paid and left and will never be back. By the time I pay for and sit through another one tomorrow Im looking at an $80 manicure.

My first experience there today was very pleasant and relaxing. Not many nail salons were open at 9am. I told them I had to be to work by 11 and they made sure to give me fast, yet wonderful service! They made sure I was satisfied before I left and also said they did not want me to be late for work lol. I will return.

My favorite nail salon, period. The artists do a great job and the prices are fair. We came here for nails for my girlfriend’s wedding, they got a large group of us in and out quickly.

Great nail salon. I got in very fast and received exactly the french manicure I asked for. The lady took her time and made sure my nails were even and completely dry before I left. Also reasonably priced. I will return.

Quite frankly I’m upset with how I was treated like a fool in front of everyone, but I will not be rude back on here. A woman left me at the front door to turn around and speak in her native language and laugh me. Regardless, they still do a very nice job. However, my night is still ruined... Shout out to that very special woman! Like I said before, they do an amazing job and usually they are very kind. So, I will still give a good rating.

This was my first time at this nail salon and I received excellent service! Although I had to wait about 30 mins for appt, IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT! My nail technician Hi went above and beyond on my pedicure! It was absolutely the best one Ive ever received from any other salon. I would reccomend to my friends!

HORRIBLE! !!! Service is terrible. I have given multiple chances since everyone can have a bad day but this is ridiculous. The quality of work isnt that great, lacks creativity but shop is located near my home so Ive given more chances than I should have. I would highly recommend they hire more techs, even a receptionist as Ive walked in and not even been acknowledged. Stood at the desk, where the employees clearly see you, and no one says a word. There are sooo many nail salons in toledo. Spend your money where it is appreciated and the work is good...which is absolutely not here!!

They took care of me, even though I came in late. Everyone was so nice; my hands and feet feel/look great!

The tools they used on me didnt look disinfected. When I asked if the are, it felt like the lady didnt even understand me and just smiled and nodded. Overpriced and average quality work. Wouldnt come back here.

It was great service, my sister and I came here on mothers day and it was wonderful they were very nice. It was our first time getting a pedicure. WE LOVED IT. WE will come once a month from now on. Lan and Tina were our techs, and I hope they will be our techs from now on. YAY

I got my Nails Done there

Great job. I was from out of town and felt so welcomed!

My friend and I went to get full sets. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, they just stared at us. The lady who did my nails was very harsh and only spoke to her coworkers. I told her I wanted almond shaped nails and when she shaped them I said I wanted the tips a little bit more rounded. She yelled “well that’s not almond shape” and could tell she was upset she had to shape them correctly. While this was happening there were 4 other workers just standing in the back, while my friend still hadn’t been sat yet. My nails were almost done when the lady goes “ok you switch now”, she should have finished my nails and then started my friends. After all of that I sat down to get my nails dried and I accidentally bumped a nail and told her it got messed up. She replied with, “oh it looks fine, and put more top coat on it. After just a day my nails are already chipped and you can see she did a very poor job painting my nails, you can still see the acrylic around the edges! Stay away from this place, I will stay faithful to jonathon khoi from now on

Called for a mani/pedi appointment for 2 people. When we arrived they said they were behind and to come back in an hour. We did, and even then they only took 1 of us for a pedi, and 2nd pedi didnt start until the first finished. Back angle adjust of pedi chair was broken, so slightly uncomfy. During pedi she knicked my cuticle when trimming too short. Quality of mani/pedi was about 3 stars - Paint not to edge of nails, just a little sloppy. For $50/person (+$10 tip each), we expected more spa-like treatment and quality.

As soon as I walked in, they immediately asked me what I want. I told them I just wanted a gel manicure. the lady sighs as if i was the biggest burden. She replies well we have a lot of peiple waiting.I signed in and took a seat. Only waited about 10 minutes, and the other lady walks up and says can you come back? I said sure, when? she says whens good for you? so confused, I laughed and said well. Now is good for me, when is good for you? she said uhhh. Come back in a few hours it was 2pm, and they close at 3pm. Could not believe how rude and disrespectful they were.

I have an appointment at 2:00 today and never once was I asked if I had an appointment ! They made me wait for 30 mins before they even talked to me !!!! They are every good at what they do but there timing is way off !!!

Gave another chance and went again - this Time I walked in .. no body greeted me, I sat down and the guy who didnt have a client made eye contact with me and then went in the back thought he was coming right out but when he returned he still did not say anything to me ... how rude ! I left .. and won’t go back .. . they have lost my business and I plan on telling everyone not to go there !!!!! Sad cuz Julie is good but sadly when she is away the place falls apart . The husband gets too overwhelmed . They don’t answer the phone they tell walk ins to come another day .. it’s horrible .

Made appointment for 6pm. At 7 pm, we were still waiting. Another lady came in without appt to get her nails painted, and they took her before us.Basic look, no greeting upon entry. Unfriendly service. Colors were subpar.

This place is a joke I go in at 7:20 to get a color change and the lady tells me she is closed and when I explained that what I needed wouldnt take time being it stated they didnt close to eight she had another reason. Wont try again here.

I`m so frustated to hear my wife complaining about the humiliation she had there that I decided to write this review.The lady there has a serious problem to accept feedback and they cut her fingers so badly
