Ive been to this salon twice I seen Lori the first time for a cut and color and I seen Peggy today just for a trim and both times I received the most amazing customer service Ive experienced in a hair salon. These ladies are so helpful, kind, and are clearly passionate about what they do. I learned so much during my haircut just on ways to style and dry my hair that will save me time and energy. I highly recommend this place, and very highly recommend Lori and Peggy!

I can not recommend these ladies enough.One stylist named Sara(h) was on my original contract and without reason cancelled two days before the wedding. Luckily the salon was able to replace her with another stylist. I do not hold the salon accountable for her actions but would not recommend booking with someone who may cancel on such an important day, with very little notice. Even more disconcerting, she didnt realize who I was and while getting my nails done the day prior to my wedding she approached my nail technician and requested an appointment to get her own nails done! I wanted to say something to her about cancelling but did not. She is clearly very unprofessional to walk up and discuss herself during an appointment, cancel service contracts, and also she brought her child in who was sitting in a chair while she worked for the duration of my 2 hour appointment On a prior occasion (which I received multiple apologies for from Valerie as he was unattended).

I do not recommend letting Bex color your hair. I had beautiful dark hair with beautiful highlights that I wanted updated. They had grown out. I was too impatient to wait for my normal hair stylist so I tied Bex. Biggest mistake of my life. She ruined my hair. If you look at the pictures, the dark hair is before and the lighter hair is what Bex did. Both were styled by me so I know how to style my hair or I did before she fried it. All I wanted was to bring my subtle highlights up and darken them, but she essentially bleached all of my hair. She left the bleach on for so long that some of it was purple from the toner. She called this a balayage but my hair looks nothing like the pictures I showed her of dark hair with highlights. My friends even thought she just gave me an all over color. The color now is after both Bex and the owner tried to fix it. My hair was less brittle after the owner fixed it but a lot of my hair has broken off and it’s extremely dry. I’ve never had this much hair fall off. Im getting married in December and my hair is destroyed. I paid roughly $160 for this disaster. I just hope no one makes the same mistake I did. Dont let Bex touch your hair. I wish everyday I could have my beautiful natural hair back and that I never met Bex.

Got my hair cut and no-shave November beard trimmed by Marsha. My second visit to the salon and second time with Marsha. She is an excellent stylist and consummate professional as well as a pleasant conversationalist. I allow Marsha to style my hair as she sees fit and haven’t been disappointed. I will definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot say enough great things about Kelly! She has done my eyebrows now for (over 7 years! time flies!) and they are perfection every time! I always get compliments on them and recommend her to everyone I know ha Thank you Kelly for always being awesome!!!

I came here for a mani/pedi before my wedding and was highly disappointed. I wish I would have known they specialized in hair, and nails was something fairly new to them. The nail technician was kind, and she did her best. Often I had asked her to touch up a few nails, and she did, but it still wasnt right. As soon as I left, I headed to another salon and got them redone. I only went to Definitions of Design because I had a gift certificate. I do not think I will return. What normally takes an hour to an hour and a half took 2-2.5 hours of my very busy weekend.

Lindsey is amazing with my straight, thin hair. Shes creative and very nice about explaining options and ideas. Location is always pristine.

Ashley does an amazing brow thread here! She is sweet, professional, and very cleanly. The front staff is always friendly and efficient as well. My appointments are always right on time...huge bonus!

Call ahead and make an appointment as they always seem pretty busy. Which isnt a negative issue more a suggestion for you. I took my daughter here for her first haircut and it was a great success. Maddie took great care and did a phenomenal job even though my 3 year old is incapable of sitting still for more than a few seconds at a time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly in person and over the phone.

Bex did an amazing job with my hair. 10/10 highly recommend

Brittny Hurst is the best. Been seeing her for 3 yrs. Took me from dyed hair to natural grey effortlessly. I get many compliments on short hairstyle and natural grey.

Had my hair cut by Alaina. She did a great job! I loved that she listened and was conservative with cutting so that she did not cut off too much hair at first. It gave gave me the option to cut more if I wanted.

My stylist, Alexis, is the best. My hair & color always looks great after visiting her. The other stylists seem friendly too.

Such an awesome place- Changes to the interior make it brighter and welcoming. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Hairdressers know color and stay educated on cutting techniques/ whats trending. Everyone works well together. THE place to go to for updos.

I dont usually write reviews but Lindsey deserves this! I went in with my hair so messed up by another stylist I was actually embarassed to go anywhere. Lindsey made me so comfortable and knew exactly what I needed and wanted. I will never go anywhere else. Loved the whole salon!!

Very dirty and disorderly salon. Not a welcoming environment by any means. Would have to say that I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. Much nicer salons in the area, in my opinion.

DO NOT GO HERE! They will screw up your dye job and say tough luck! I paid 242 dollars to have my hair done even showed her a pic of the dye job and my hair is orange! She told me to go buy box dye!
