Dr. Qablawi did a terrific job fitting my new dentures, and went over and above my expectations. My new dentures fit perfect with no sore spots and holding well. Will continue with him as my dentist. The staff is very easy to work with, and make sure there are no questions.

I went there today and had 10 of my last remaining teeth out. Dr Qablawi and his hygienist were excellent and made me feel comfortable the whole way. I was pretty nervous so im very happy with how it went, very very fast. Would recommend 100%

Honest and straight-forward dentistry. Fixing what needs to be fixed and no up-selling for extras. Very happy with their cheery demeanor and their latest technology in making a visit pleasant and worry-free. I am actually looking forward to having my procedures completed in at timeliness which does not strap my finances.

What a waste of my time. Went in for what I thought was just a teeth cleaning. They neglected to inform me that xrays are needed before they even touch my teeth. Waited 1 month for the apt. Waited 30min in the sitting room with anxiety til I was called up. Was informed about the xray deal (sounds like a money grab) and stated I was not informed about this nor can I afford it. Left to make a phone call to find out more info. Took maybe 5 min. Found out insurance will cover it all thankfully, so asked if we could proceed with the xrays and such today. Nope need to reschedule.... not even 5 min later.. Cmon. Ive been a midwest customer in Madison for years. This is insane. Thanks for wasting my time and stressing me out waiting in the sitting room. Im going somewhere else I guess now... sad.

I grew up with Midwest Dental in Manitowoc and didn’t think of considering the competitors in the area, having been a customer since I was 12 years old I loved Dr. Garcia and her compassionate team. After the unprofessional treatment of family members I’ll make sure to never make that mistake again. Dr De Czitzo where in your training are you taught to tell your customers to get a job because their current one doesn’t pay bills? That customer went in with the idea and hope that you and your team will help with your SERVICES, no one asked for a handout, or charity. Do you understand the idea of a consultation or do you purposely berate customers to scare them from your elitist business? Also daily calls to schedule appointments that are not open until August is a bit overboard don’t you think? Work on your business practices and learn how to treat your customers like actual human beings.

I had to have 4 of my teeth worked on this week YIKES! However the entire procedure went amazingly well! Dr. DiCzito and her assistant Flo are such a competent and cohesive team. Flo sat in the room and chatted with me while my teeth were being numbed. This kept my mind busy from worrying. I found Dr. DiCzito to be compassionate, gentle and very personable. It seemed like they both cared about me and I liked that Dr, D. continued to explain what she was doing and what was coming next. I feel so lucky to have found this dental team who have removed all apprehension about seeing a dentist. The whole experience beginning with the friendly greeting at the front desk followed by a dental team that made me feel like a valued client made my visit a very positive experience. Dr Q is amazing and always makes sure the patient is comfortable and understands what is being done and what the options are. The hygienist and all others go out of their way to assist with appointments. My experience thus far has been great. I never thought I would say this about a dentist because I hated going to the dentist. I have no fear anymore and they have all become friends

Today I went to one of the best dentist, I’m honored to have met him and have him work on my teeth. He fixed my front tooth that had a grove in for years now because of my braces as a child. He did this the first day I met him and at my cleaning with no hesitation. My self confidence has improved just from that one little fix he could do for me. I highly recommend going to him. He is very friendly and kind and clearly does amazing work.

After going here for over 30 years I had to pay out of pocket for the first time ever for cleaning/checkup because the cost was too high for insurance. Unacceptable and time to find a new dentist.Update: I contacted Midwest via mail and have since been refunded the out of pocket amount.

This will be the last time my family will go to this place. They will tell you the charges during or after the appointment and then charge you more later. Last one was free, but the ended up charging $53. They have been doing this to me for 3 times now. They also said during the last visit that they cannot do root canal so they sent my wife to Sheboygan. Please visit other places if you dont wish to see more charges on your bill.

My overall experience at Midwest Dental was great. Dr Q is an excellent dentist, he was very thorough with my new patient exam. Very much appreciated. My hygienist Cheryl is also incredible. She too was very thorough with explaining what she was going to do with my cleaning. Great staff!

My 8 year old daughter had to have a tooth removed due to an abscess. Dr. Q and his team were amazing! Their patience, kindness and skill are more than noteworthy. She even insisted on writing a thank you note. The front desk staff are also always smiling and very polite.

Cheryl is one of the greatest hygienists Ive ever met. She is thorough with her job even when time is tight. She cares about the teeth of each and every patient.I’ve also heard great things about the new Dr.Q. I would recommend him based on all positives I hear from staff and patients.

Dr Q is AWESOME! He had to do a root canal on me and a crown and was going to be out of town for the crown and he had an opening where someone canceled and he told me he would fit me in and get both done in one appointment! He was so very friendly to his assistant, April. Such a friendly, kind, caring Dr. I told him he needed to stay as our family was going to find a new dentist as we were extremely disappointed in the past! Please keep this Dr. as he is so kind, caring, and compassionate for his clients. During my two hour procedure he kept worry about me and how I was doing? No one ever asked me that while I was in the chair before! This guy is a keeper! Thank you for the wonderful service! YOu wont be disappointed! Everyone that he spoke with while I was there was treated with such respect and compassion.

We did not have a dentist when we moved back to the area in 2014. We decided to try Midwest Dental and have been pleased with their approach. Good dental hygiene is emphasized. Dentists have been excellent with referrals to specialists as necessary.

This place is sooooo slow. My daughter’s appointment was scheduled for 4:50pm. They called us and told us to come in early. We arrived at 4:30. At 4:54 they still hadn’t started working on my daughters teeth. When we came in for a cleaning it took them 2 hours! My daughter said she sat alone in the chair most of the time. She hates this dentist and refuses to return to them. They need to be quicker, more efficient.

Ive always hated the dentist. Today I needed to have 4 teeth pulled and it went so smooth! Dr. Q was amazing! I didnt even know he was pulling teeth 😄 and before I knew it I was done. Definitely would recommend them to others!!

Dentists are (were) a fear of life for me until Doc. Q was found at Midwest Dental in Manitowoc. I have gone though many dentists in my 60 years and Doc Q is the first dentist to actually listen to me. Doc Q and his staff are class A in everything they do. From the time you walk in the door, have all your dental needs taken care of until youre walking out the door everyone treats you with respect. Midwest Dental in Manitowoc with Doc Q. and the entire staff make a CLASS A establishment. I will refer everyone to go there for any dental work they may need.

Dawn at the desk is friendly and helpful. Samantha and Cheryl are excellent hygienists. All costs are explained clearly and there is always a positive response when I say I want to think some procedure over before committing to it. I highly recommend Midwest Dental!

I absolutely despised going to the dentist until going back to Midwest. Dr. Meyer and his assistant Brianna make it such a pleasant and painless environment and the outcome of each visit (I have had several over the past few months for many fillings) has been nothing but positive. These past few visits actually make me want to go to the dentist.I have only worked with one other assistant and it was also a great experience and I apologize for not remembering her name. Everyone is friendly and they dont make me feel guilty for having less that desirable dental hygiene (I really do try but my teeth are not cooperative). Dawn and Tammy behind the front counter are also awesome in that they look out for the patients best interest. Their knowledge of insurance and honesty is greatly appreciated.I highly recommend Midwest to anyone who is scared of the dentist. The environment is great and the staff is fantastic! Ive been going to this office for probably 3 years now and never had a bad experience. I will always choose Dr. Meyer. He explains what he is doing and why, and what to expect afterwards. He does extremely high quality work. The dental assistant I had - Flo - was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a better, smoother experience than the way these two work as a team. The front desk woman is always welcoming and friendly and goes the extra step to help every time Im there.

The office staff had no idea what was going on. I was moved from room to room, they said I would be receiving prescription strength toothpaste that I never received. The receptionist was taking stuff out of my hands for stuff about financial aid. She had no idea what payment plans were. I told her I am not allowed to have credit cards but was trying to shove the credit card pamphlet on me. Also kept asking me questions that were meant for the the dr to look at. Trying to have me explain the doctors notes. Never ever want to go there again.

Lets be honest, no one likes to go to the dentist when you know they are going to be filling a cavity (or in my case, the permanent filling on a crown following a root canal repair). But all went well. Quick explanation by Dr. Meyer on what he was going to do and 1-2-3, it was done. Great job!

I have been a patient at Midwest Dental for over 12 years. I believe service starts when you walk in the door and that is the case with Dawn and Tammy at the reception desk. They are eager to make you feel welcome, and address any questions I may have. They make sure that my exam is on time. I have never had to wait in the waiting area longer than 10 minutes, and certainly not passed my scheduled appointment.Cheryl is a great Hygienist! She takes the time to explain what will be involved during the exam, makes sure that I am comfortable during the exam, and lets me know the results of the exam. She is thorough and explains to me what I need to do on my own from a preventive standpoint.I have very little dental problems so I am not able to provide a honest review for the doctor.

I see Dr.Q and hes a great dentist and everyone at Midwest are very kind courteous. I highly recommend them.

Midwest tanto called me and inform me of an opening for a cleaning. I went in that day for a cleaning and received extra attention for other problems that I have. The dentist was very kind and assertive towards developing a program to fix my dental problems. Very pleased at the care I received!

Not clean, doctors room was dirty and the floor was ripping up, office staff was friendly, my cleaning was also friendly, I had Cheryl. But the helper Flo and Dr.Deczito were rude and I felt like they were talking about my oral problems behind my back. Too much giggling and weird eye contact between them. It was like being in a room with two old crows. I don’t trust them with my teeth, I wish I could keep Cheryl without the doctor. I’m going to try Lakeshore Dental instead. You should too.

Dentist made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Requested my records to be sent to my new office 3 times and they were never sent. Find a private dentist office if you can.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend went in to get a wisdom tooth pulled and now he has horrible a infection. The assistant told him he had it before they pulled it and the dentist said he doesnt have an infection at all. They then argued in front of him! If he had an infection or not! So unprofessional. He then went to a dental surgeon and he claffied that he did indeed have an infection.

I would hate to go anywhere else, patient, polite and respectable staff. They understand my anxiety. Would strongly recommend this office to all!

I am so disappointed in the customer service at Midwest Dental. Ive been going there since 2012 but after my most recent visit I am changing offices. I went in because a filling of mine fell out. The dentist told me that it needed a crown, and that if it wasnt hurting me I should just wait to have the crown put on instead of going through the process of having a temporary filling put in. So, I said it wasnt killing me and that I could wait. Come to find out they couldnt get me in for an appointment until JULY 20TH!!! (this was on May 9th!) I was furious!!! You think that would have been nice to know before the dentist told me I could have a temporary filling or wait! I called the office back today to say I need an earlier appointment or I would find a different dental office, and the receptionist was just like, Ok! That sounds good! Geez...guess they dont really care about my teeth or my business so I will be taking it elsewhere!
