I have visited this salon twice now after being referred by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with my nails! They are very good about listening to what you want and making sure you’re happy. All of the people who work here are friendly and helpful. Thank you for being great!

This is my 2nd time at this location, and unfortunately may be the last. My nail tech was clearly new, which I had no issue with. She was quiet and didn’t talk a lot, which was fine with me. I had gone to a previous salon who really caked on the gel polish, so she was working hard to get it off. Instead of using a drill or letting them sit and soak, she used a nail file to get the gel polish off all my toe polish. It hurt bad! Overall though, my pedicure came out clean and nice. When moving to my finger nails though, I was less than impressed. I had her cut down my length to fingertips, and can’t complain about the length. It’s exactly what I wanted. However, I wanted a French manicure, and did have a bruise under one nail due to breaking the nail off. So instead of using a base coat to cover it, she painted a yellow flower on it. I didn’t oppose to it because by this time, I could tell they were rushing as they were closing. I then asked for yellow polka dots on the opposite finger to incorporate color on both hands. I wish I had taken photos when I first left the salon as there was white gel polish ALL over my fingernails. My nails are so thick from acrylic, bumpy, and the French tip is sloppy. The polka dot swirl is also very sloppy to me. They had my fiancé pay before I even finished, so wasn’t worth disputing. Photos I have provided show that my nails weren’t cleaned before applying new clear acrylic, the thickness of my nails, and sloppy designs. I am so sad for leaving such a negative review as my past experience was great, but I am embarrassed to show off my nails. I hope this can be used as a learning experience and to help this tech grow in their career

I’ve been going to Lacquer Nail Salon regularly for almost 2 years now. I won’t go anywhere else for powder dip nails or pedicures. Melissa does such a beautiful job each and every time. She shapes my nails perfectly and always adds perfect touches to make them really pop! My nails easily last up to 4 weeks with no chips or lifting, which speaks volumes to her skill. We laugh and chat the whole time. The owner, Andrea, is kind and friendly. She makes sure every customer is satisfied and has also done a lovely job creating a clean, warm and inviting place.

I love the salon! Super clean and the staff is super friendly! I encourage people to come here. Andrea is an amazing tech and owner. Definitely would recommend!!

This place is amazing! There is normally wonderful service, but the one time I had an issue not only did the owner fix the nails but she insisted I come back a few days later so she could do an even better job and now they look amazing!

I went there because another place messed up my nails and Gina was able to fix my nails they way I wanted them done in the first place, she was so sweet made me feel really welcomed and made my nails look great for my pictures

The salon is clean elegant the art work of doing nails was good problem as within 2 days my nails started lifting than had then done a second time same thing cant do a third I am walking around with nail glue in my purse

While visiting from out of town, I needed a mani/pedi. Scheduled online for appt today. Ir was easy. All I can say is WOW! The entire experience was Fabulous. Nikki was the Best. She meticulously manicured my cuticles. She filed my nails in the oval shape I requested. And the Gel Polish job Hotness was Beautiful. I definitely will be back next time Im in town.
