I came in Wednesday September 1 for a fill. I wanted matte top coat and after putting normal top coat he said “oh yea you wanted matte” and put it on top of the clear coat. Not to mention my thumb on the other hand is really lumpy. It’s been 2 days. Not even a full 48 hours and the matte was peeling off. I came in on my lunch break after calling and asking if they were busy for a polish change. They said no and I was in the door within 5 minutes. I has to wait half an hour because the gentleman who said he would fix it took a walk in pedicure before me. Then they charged me full price for a polish change. Will not be coming back.

Tried this place out in search of a new nail place and I will definitely be coming back. They did an excellent job, and I’m super happy with my nails. They had me seated right when I arrived, and the experience was over all super pleasant. She was super gentle with my nails and it only took 30 minutes for a fill. They also have very reasonable prices.

I got my nails done here and they did even last a week. Got a fill and the nails lifted in 2 days.Pedi was nice & they got me right in but for as much as nails cost, 2 days? And mind you, I do not do any hard work, very light on my hands

Today was my second time going to Vanity Nail. I had an image that I showed them I wanted. Tin did my nails and it turned out AMAZING! Just like the picture! It was a bit complicated but I appreciate that he took the time and worked with me to make sure I was happy and got what I asked for. I will return to Vanity and will request Tin every time.

My nails turned out amazing the only down fall is that i got my nails done on the 14th so almost a week ago i Dont know if its the gel nail polish or what but its already coming off witch sucks because on how much money i paid to have my nails done maybe they were not done right or it could of bean from the lady rushing witch i did not see what the reason was for her to rush unfortunately i wont be returning

Was 45 min late for scheduled appt. Girl was very rushed and extremely rough. I woke up this mornin g with 2 bloody and infected toes. I had to go to the Dr and get an antibiotic. I will be calling the Health Dept. Not only about the dirty utensils, but no social distance between pedicure chairs.

First time going here and Im in love! I was in and out very quick, not even a half hour for a full set, tech answered all my questions about gel too. She said afternoons are always busy so make an appointment for less of a wait. I would highly recommend them. She kept checking her work and asking if everything was okay or if she needed to change anything with the shape or length. I love my tech Andy, hes in #1! Been going to him for awhile. They do amazing honest work. Very clean too!

Mendy was great an she did an excellent job. Only one complaint do not ask for Tammy she always acts like she is to important for any. I believe she needs to take a step back and remember what customer service is all about. What she doesnt realize or take into is that her customers are hard working people and we have feelings on how we are treated. I tried several times 3x to be exact to set an appointment with her and all I got was nowhere with. She gave me instructions on what do and when I did she still had excuse that I was not able to get an appointment with her so I stop trying from this point on. I feel got the right person and it isnt her.

Went in on my birthday to ask if they could do what I wanted, which was literally a full set cut short with polish, no designs. A lady and a guy were at the counter. She said no problem they can do it and she looked at the guy assuming he was the one who would do my nails for me and he rolled his eyes and said you have to wait then he walked away. I walked out, dont roll your eyes at customers who ask for your help. If you dont want to do nails then find a different job. They lost a customer because of the poor attitude he gave me. Ill go else where and have someone gladly do my nails.

I love everyone in the salon! I have been going to Tri since I was about 16 years old & his work is the best around town. The team also does a great job, I had all of them do my nails at least once. Sometimes you have to wait a little while but it is absolutely worth every minute. Always a great sign when a business has a line of people wanting their services!

Very rude. I went in to get my pinky fixed because it broke. So a lady took me to her table and started to take the remaining nail off, after, she went to get the color (which I told her three times what it was and every time she came back with the polish it was the wrong color) before she painted it and showed the woman next to her and LAUGED. I told her that I had a matte top coat so she painted the layer and told me to sit for ten minutes at the dryer. So I did, and when it was dry, I noticed it was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the others. So I told her and what I’m guessing was the manager came up and proceeded to tell me that that’s what happens when the nails get “old”. (I got them done two days before) so she said, “well I guess we can put another coat if you want”. :/ OF COURSE. Then, she CHARGED me for the extra top coat?? They were laughing at my nails and were so rude when I wanted them to redo it. Will not come back here again.

Is no words to describe how bad this place is the service not good at all the employees are mean today was my first time there and when that lady (jeny) ask me what shape I want I told her coffin and she said will be 5 dollars extra for it I mention that I never paid just to cut my nails before and I been doing my naily entire life she didnt liked and she said she will not continue to do my nails she ask another employee to do it and they said no so I let everyone know in the salon what was going on and the person doing her nails by me told them the same thing that she never hear about charging just for cutting your nail. Super bad experience no one apologize for her attitude.

Ive gone here since they opened. The last 2 times Ive gone there only to be left sitting forever so I left. I wont be back. I cant sit around waiting all day while someone that came after me gets taken care of. Im done. 45 minutes were wasted waiting on nothing this last time.

Stopped by to check out prices and sweet an appt possibly. The second I walk in Im told were closed. See prices and try to ask about an appt but nothing was said I left came back next day looks like a nice amount of customers. Never get acknowledged went to another salon after 45 minutes

I thought right at home

I did a walk in on a Friday. It wasnt very busy and was attended to by a male. I had already called ahead and asked about prices for what i wanted they said $33-$38. I get there and he tells me no $45. So i figured it was fine. He started doing a full set and had a really hard time putting them on. The whole time he kept saying i moved too much, which i only moved because he would move my hand, which was frustrating. He then began to file my nails and pushing my cuticle in too hard. I kept telling him it hurt but he kept doing it. He tried small talking but he seemed like he was really trying to concentrate. He seemed angry almost annoyed that i kept moving. I feel as I over paid for them especially when the nails at the end were crooked, the color didnt go all the way around, i was in pain because he filed my nails way too hard and they werent shaped very good at all. I dont think ill be going back.

Tri is the best for sure. Last two times I’ve gotten my nails done by him they were great and lasted for at least 3 weeks!

Cheyenne is amazing made an appointment for full set was literally done in 45 minutes with coffin nails and gel. I usually go somewhere else and its an all day process to get a fill

Every time I visit Vanity Nails I am happy with the results. I can’t say that about other nail salons.

Just posted a picture of my terrible nails. They are the nude square shaped ones. Just paid quite a few of bucks to walk out with my nails looking a week and a half old and needing a new fill in. Definitely wont be coming back here.

Absolutely the best nail salon Ive ever been to!!!! Mindy and Tri (pronounced tree) are fantastic!! Theyre very busy so I suggest you call and make an appointment. Theres no color they dont have or design they cant do.

No personal touches, or conversation..prices dont fit the work that they do. My dtr got hers painted & it was sloppy & the wrong color that she asked for..she may only be 5 but my money was grown!! #neveragain

As the woman was telling me everything I wanted (including the shape of nail) was going to cost extra, she couldnt even glue the tips on straight. When I asked to have it fixed she got up and refused to finish my nails. I was then told to come back another day thats not so busy because Im too picky. Forgive me but, if Im paying all of these extra costs is it so unreasonable for me to want them to at least be straight? Im never going back to this place again. Rude, pushy, and cheap.

My mother is 90 and been going there for years. they treat her very well. prices arent bad either.

I called to verified prices explain to lady exactly what i wanted (Fill in with gel nail polish) she said $32. older female added a little acrylic and did poor job filing my nails uneven and had too continue pointing out obvious mistakes . I picked pink, gold and pink glitter gel nail Polish (1 color per nail) she kept painting my cuticle and rushed through the drying process. Once I proceeded to pay she said 37.28 since I picked additional color. Wasnt very satisfied with my nails. With in 5 days the nail gel nail Polish started peeling and coming off in big pieces. will not be returning or recommend anybody here.
