This was my first time visiting here. The staff were all very friendly and we had awesome, relaxed conversation. My nails turned out great and I am pleased with the results but I was in the salon for 4 hours for just those two services. Like I mentioned, I am happy with my nails and the results but I definitely didnt plan on a 4 hour appointment time! I would return here again but Im afraid of making any other plans for my day because the services took so long.

I got a gel manicure. My polish peeled off the next day. My nails were filed so thin that 4 of them just ripped off within 3 days of getting them done. None of them were filed evenly across so they are all jagged and crooked. It didn’t seem like they were using sanitized utensils either. This was not a good experience for me.

Worst pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had. It was my first time there and will be my last. Big toe smudged and they hold be they couldn’t fix it that night and to come back tomorrow to get it fixed. I was already there for 3 1/2 hours. Inappropriate conversation with my nail person and customer next to me. Everyone was drinking. Need to be more professional!Yes it definitely was. I didn’t say it was today.

When in Mankato, I have to get my nails done here, I enjoy the service and friendly faces.

Tammy runs a beautiful and super friendly/inviting nail salon. I started going to Nail group salon and spa this past June (2020) and haven’t been to another salon since. Natalie is my nail tech, and the only person I will let touch my nails. She never fails to make my nails beautiful. I brag to everyone about the salon, the services and the extremely friendly & caring staff. They treat me like family! I will continue to go to Nail Group Salon & Spa until the grave!

My granny took my yesterday, and i loved it. The nail art looks great and i felt as if i was at home! I would totally reccomend them!

We have gone in a couple times for pedicures and every time they try out great! The staff does an awesome job, they are so polite and always make sure everything is to the customer satisfaction.

The technical kept wiping her nose repeatedly then proceeded to touch my hands.When I complained she kept laughing. The worst manicure I have gotten tbh. Did the entire process backwards and just wouldnt listen to any pointers I gave. Another technician took over . Though I had no problems with her, the quality of what she did was just terrible. 2 days later, I have to get my nails done again.

The atmosphere here is always friendly and upbeat. Tammy always finds a way to make me comfortable and my nails always look amazing when I leave! I won’t go anywhere else anymore.

Everyone was extremely welcoming & nice! i loved the setting. the reason i only gave 2 stars... VERY slow & had plenty of workers sitting there looking at people who clearly needed their nails done or finished. my friend & i arrived at our appointment @4:30pm & did not leave until 8pm. my nails are nothing like i wanted although i dont hate the way they turned out. wished i didnt waste away my day & i was satisfied with my nails. i loved the lady Han, but personally wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone unless they werent looking for quality time efficient nails.

I have been a customer at this location for over 10 years. Every time Im here, I get great service. Anytime I have to wait, they accommodate me for the inconvenience. If the place is busy, that just tells me its a great place to get your nails done.

I never do reviews but i was a little upset because i got a basic gel pedicure it said it was 26$ and usually gel only costs 10$ more but i got charged 46$...gel should not be 20$ more, the lady that did them was nice i’m just not happy with the price:/

Came here to get my acrylics taken off, the place was PACKED which I understand was not their fault. It was loud and obnoxious, not relaxing at all. I sat down in the waiting area, by a customer SLEEPING on the couch with no shoes, no mask and a bra. Customers were sitting on the floor as well. The guy that removed my nails was very friendly and did it quick and painless. Just a little too chaotic for me.

Great and friendly as always. The only place that we go.

First time at the place . The girls are very nice, nevertheless, I Had made an appointment with Tammy but when arrived I was directed to another girl. Poor pedicure, nails were not evenly cut on hands. Utensils were already unpacked, so I can not tell whether they were fresh taken from the sterilization machine or reused from another person. They do not use disposable covers for the pedicure chairs. I don’t want to come back!!

I LOVE going here! They take their time to make your nails look great. Not to mention, they LAST AND DON’T LIFT UP!!

I loved that when I went here I explained exactly what I wanted to get and then they did it for me. The nails were durable (I got a full acrylic set) and lasted me almost 3 weeks before I went back for a fill. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. I always go to Tam for full sets!

I love this place!! My mom, my best friend and I went for a girls day and this place did not disappoint. We loved every minute of our time there!! They also have beverages and adult friendly beverages. Which was awesome!!! They have won all of our hearts and will most definitely be going back there for my beauty needs ♥️

Well $75 to have 4 nails that broke off!!! Not happy at all. First time I went there,was in there from 6pm to 8:30pm.

Friendly, experienced, visible sanitizing between clients - will definitely return in future.

Im here from Denver for a wedding. Words cannot describe how awesome this place is. The staff and service was phenomenal!!! We had such a great time and the work was fantastic! Two people working who actually know whats going on. The other two working had no clue. Always a long wait for anyone that was there. My pedicure left me with bleeding toe nails. Lots of gel color on my skin. Was told dont worry it will wash off in the shower.Worst pedicure Ive ever had.

Awful manger, the women couldnt solve a mistake her people made- instead she turned me away and left me never wanting to come back! I dont typically write reviews but these people do not deserve the money I work hard to make. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Best nail salon in town! Tammy and her crew really do a great job and get to know their clients on a personal level. Very friendly. Atmosphere is lovely and comfortable. Ive been to numerous local nail salons and this has consistently been a good experience.

I may have found my go to place in Mankato. Ive been to three or four different once and just havent been completely satisfied. Gave me what I wanted, didnt charge extra for a certain nail shape. I had a good first time experience 😊

Yikes I wanted an ombré and but I don’t think he knew what he was doing. It kept looking choppy and wavy and and he couldn’t manage to make my nail flat on the top. There is a huge bulge on all my nails and when I showed them a picture of the colors it was a plain colorAnd they painted on with chunky glitter for some reason so in the end I decided to put designs on all my nails instead of an accent because I wanted to cover up the terrible paint job and after all that they charged my $70. Definitely not going back. I was expecting a lot better...

Fun place

I’ve been here a couple of times and yesterday was the worse experience! My cuticles hurt so bad, i left with 4 of my fingers bleeding. There crooked, and nail polish was on my skin and wasn’t cleaned. I also had to clean up under my nails. Switching between 4 different people and it took 2 hours.

Love this nail salon! My go to place in Mankato! Friendly staff that take the time to do your nails right EVERY time! Highly recommend!

Got my nails done by the guy he cut me twice and the nails were so crooked I asked for coffin shape and I got more of a stiletto they were kind of thick too he also was very ROUGH and hurt me various times I had to fix the nails myself from how crooked they were also my pointer fingers were longer then all the rest he charged me $45. If you go here have Tammy do your nails. Otherwise he was nice. 🙃

Came here because my lady was closed. My feet are in pain thanks to the woman digging for gold in my big toes.

6/10 of my fingers were bleeding after getting a gel shellac manicure. A few days later and my cuticles look like a bit them off. Most definitely won’t be coming back.
