My nails always look and feel so amazing every time I come here!! The people are always gentle and patient and are able to do any design I throw at them!!! LOVE this place so much and the prices are comparable to everywhere else so youre still getting a good deal they also have tons of other services too!!

We made an appointment the week before my wedding. Upon arrival they greeting us nicely. We got our pedicures done but when it came to getting our nails done they claimed we didnt have an appointment and had to rush my nails. She ruined my natural nails. Went to a different salon to get them removed. I would not go back as they acted like I was a waste of their time when we had made an appointment. She was actually taking appointments and not writing them down as she was doing my nails, so Im not surprised my appointment was not made/written down

I went in for a pedicure after setting an appointment over the phone...at least I thought I did. The guy who answered was extremely hard to understand. However, the message went through and they were ready for me when I arrived. The service was excellent and would highly recommend overall. Its important to note they dont accept debit /credit cards, but they do accept cash, check and even Venmo for payment.

My sister and I had an appointment booked for another salon, got there and they we’re completely full. We ended up at Serenity and my oh my best decision. They did a fabulous job, we called and asked to be there in 10/15 minutes, we got there and got in right away. Maybe it was just the time, we went around 12:30, but they did an amazing job. Very delicate jobs done and their focused and really flexible on what you want.

Called ahead to make appointments for four Mani pedis a week and a half in advance. Day of they claimed we never booked. Had to wait while other walk in clients had priority. Had normal nail polish applied which began to rub off almost immediately. Had to return to have it redone and upcharged to gel to make sure it stayed for a wedding.

Always friendly. My nails always look great. Time efficient. Clean atmosphere. They do only except cash so come prepared.

A visitor in North Mankato, I went in for a.pedi and gel fill. I was impressed by the service I received. Excellent job!

Worst pedicure. Did even get all the calluses, didn’t use all the products, took like 10 minutes. Didn’t massage my feet and hardly used lotion. She pretty much just painted my nails and then literally left. Didn’t tell me when I was done, didn’t ask me anything didn’t talk to me. It was terrible. And they were super rude when I confronted them about it. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Serenity Nails is hands down the best nail salon around the Mankato area. I have been going there regularly for 6 years. They are always friendly and personable. The salon is clean and provides a relaxing environment. Krystal and Vanessa continously exceed customer expectations and they are always willing to help make your ideas come to life. I highly recommend Serenity!

I LOVE this nail salon! I am a college student who moves to Mankato in the fall, and since I’ve been back this year, I have had ZERO luck with my acrylics. I had tried just about every nail salon in Mankato. Each time I got a fill, it only lasted me a week. Acrylics are way too expensive for a college student to be paying $40-50 a week for nails. I was getting very disappointed and mad and was ready to start driving home to get them done. Then by a recommendation from my staff at BioLife, I was given the idea to go to serenity nails in north Mankato. She really hyped this salon up, and I was really hoping for a good outcome. This is BY FAR the best nail salon in Mankato. I have only been here once, but I promise you I will continue to come back. My nails still look fantastic, and have lasted almost a month now. If you are looking to find a good salon in Mankato like I was, I do not hesitate for a minute to recommend serenity nails.Thank you!

Best nail salon Ive been to EVER! I had an appointment for 3pm and I arrived a few minutes early to find they were super busy! Despite that, I was greeted right away and taken to my seat and got to pick out my nails colors. The nail lady wasnt there to do my actual nails until about 3:30, but they were super busy so I can see why and totally understood. I didnt get the name of the lady who did my nails but she was young with a lip piercing and was AMAZING! Ive never liked getting my nails done as much as I did today at this place! Experience was great as was the outcome. Got a full set of acrylics with gel polish for 40 bucks. Cheapest with the best service ive ever found anywhere! Will Definitely be returning!

I use to like going to serenity nails in North Mankato but not anymore. A week ago I went to get my nails done there and the lady doing my nails took 2 hours! And it was only a full set, short square white nails... She kept hurting my nails and when they were done they were uneven and the layer looked so thick.. The younger girl who I think was in charge was rude when I said I wanted them thinner. They didn’t even fix it. A week later, 4 nails came off as I was writing a paper for school.. I called to make an appointment, and when I arrived to my appointment they were closed. I tried calling 3 times the next day and they never answered the phone. Definitely Not Worth Going There.

If I could, I would give them ZERO stars. It was an awful experience!!! I called an hour ahead and got scheduled for 2:30. I got there at 2:30 and there was only ONE other customer. They put me in the foot bath and massage chair and LEFT me there for 30 MINUTES with not a soul around!!! When 3pm rolled around I literally called Top Nails while there and they told me to come over. I walked out of Serenity Nails and NO ONE said a word to me! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I do NOT recommend going there!!

Vanessa and Anthony run a very special nail salon. All their employees are very talented and personable, and the word is getting out! Increasingly, they are becoming very busy - drop-ins are welcome but there may be a bit of waiting. Scheduling an appointment may save you some time!

Ive been getting my nails done here for awhile now and I have yet to have any issues.I get solar pink and whites and in my experience at other places, the edges always start coming up within a few days.Not here. Most of the time a good majority of the edges stay intact up until a fill.The atmosphere is always great here too. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices too!I am even planning on bringing my husband in soon for a pedicure date :)

Ive been going to Vanessa for 4 plus years and wouldnt go any where else! My nails always last through the full time cooking, hunting,fishing, outside gardening and working on cars. Went to Vanessa based on the reviews I read, and she was good! I got in right away on short notice. I havent had artificial nails in a long time, but used to have my nails done all the time. I told her that I wanted them very thin, because I like them natural looking. She did white tips for a french manicure with acrylic. They are a little thick on a couple of the nails, but for the 1st time going to her, I think she did very well. I will probably ask her to file them thinner when I get them done next time. Overall nice little salon with fast service.

I got my nails done here for a wedding and the service was fine while I was there, however my nail beds must have not been cleaned throughly because after only two days the gel nails started peeling up on the sides. I went to the salon to get it fixed and they were very kind about fixing my nails and essentially redid all of my nails. However, once again, two days later they are peeling up at the sides. It cost more than other places and I am very disappointed in my nails. I wont be returning here, I have gotten gel nails in the past that last 3+ weeks. I didnt think I would have these kinds of issues here.

They were pretty rough with the file and cut me twice. The woman took over an hour and a half to do my nails and did not seem to know what she was doing. Another woman looked them over and tried to fix them. Was still charged full price. They also do not take Mastercard and have no signs saying so and I had to go get cash.

Love getting my nails done here. Vanessa is really awesome and funny, everyone is really friendly and the experience is really good.

The angles on my rounded set were way off, and it looked like she didnt even file them completely. It looks like a rushed job but it took an hour and twenty minutes... Not worth $50 and I wouldnt recommend.
