I didnt have an appointment and i was able to get in right away, Nina has amazing customer service and has done the best nails i have ever had! Love it here and would definitely go again!

I walked out of an appointment elsewhere because of poor service. My wedding is in 2 days and they not only fit me in, they did a beautiful job on my fingernails and toenails, and they even stayed late to make sure everything was done to my liking. I will be using their services again

Very bad customer service! I called in for an appointment early in the day for an appointment at 5:00 pm for four people. We arrived early and our last person was not seated for over an hour and twenty minutes!! Ridiculous amount of waiting. Only took off $10 for the long wait. Rushed on the last persons nails and didnt do what they wanted to save time. Also let two people in front of our group because they were regulars.

Supper nice people! Good pricing! But I recommend not going after 7:15 when there about to close. They just rushed out with out telling me how long to dry my nails for they just leave right as soon as there done..

I have gone to Serenity Nails, TT Nails, and Nails byJordan 1 and this by far is my favorite Salon in Mankato. Every other salon I have gone to has cut my skin but I haven’t had that happen at this location. The female nail tech takes her time and gives you a chance to say if you don’t like how your nails are shaped or look. On top of that, the salon is clean and staff is polite.

Ive been going there for a few months now. Service is fine, nails are perfect, but they have promised to get my color for the last two months and found it wasnt ordered until the last time I was there. Next time I go, if my color isnt there I will be going somewhere else.

Will never go back!!! Didnt use a nail clipper to clip my toes used some other instrument. Corner of a few toes are sharp.Unplugged the massaging chair for no reason. Have polish on the inside of my finger. And both my child and my skin is beyond dry with brown spots.

Im not big on having my nails done but why with my daughter for manicures before her wedding. The gentleman who did my manicure was very friendly. I got gel nail polish. He roughed up my nails to make the polish stay longer but its ruined my natural nails now for several months. I wont go back . Overall her did a great job, but I dont want to deal with the months of aftermath.

They rushed and were rude while doing my nails. The acrylic was on my skin and built up underneath my nails. Not to mention we called ahead of time and asked if they had openings and they said to come right in, then we ended up waiting 45 minutes while 3 other people went ahead of us.

I went in and said I would like shellac no mani. The lady I had didnt seem very friendly. She hardly said a word to me the whole time i was there. All my nails are different lengths, my polish is smudged, and she charged me an extra 10 dollars. I am not pleased with how they turned out at all, might not ever go back to this place.

I was told my nails would not fall off until after prom. They have been on for 5 days and half of them have fallen off. I do not recommend at all and they blamed it all on me.

Poor service. They did not complete my manicure and pedicure and yet claimed that it’s done and charged me 110. Very poor service don’t recommend at all

The stuff is rude, they talk about you in front of you and I am paying for service so if I ask something you should do my nails the way I want it to be done, not the way you want it to be done!!!!
