Convenient location. not bad pricing. the employees are nice and trying their best but honestly the way the staff manages things is just not working for this shop. they took way too long to do a full set and toe polish change. 2 and a half hours on something’s another store only takes an hour. everybody just kept getting passed from one person to another. one person just didn’t specialize in everything. one person knew acrylics, another did toes, and ANOTHER did painting. too many people came in at once, and everyone made appointments and still had to wait. they couldn’t decide a method on how to remove my old acrylics. they cut some of my skin off my pinky nail. nothing severe and bleeding but it really hurt. when that didn’t work they tried to scrape off the nail with a plastic tip. then drilled it. then just soaked it in acetone. i brought friends too and i’m embarrassed that they also had a bad experience. the painting was terrible for them. and the lady said they don’t accept credit cards even though i and everyone else paid with a card??? im only giving 2 cuz of how polite they were and my nails came out surprisingly decent. but we cannot come back here.

I came in for a pedicure and I was planning on doing my eyebrows, however, the reception I was greeted with deterred me. As I walked in the lady looked at me like why are you here. There were 2 people waiting so I thought maybe they were busy. She said nothing for a bit before she said I would have to take your temperature. She did then rudely said wash your hands. I felt like leaving, almost did. I should have. The ladies that were ahead of me, they started and techs made a big deal to wipe the chairs for them, they started my nails no wiping of the chair. To add insult, the ladies that started ahead of me and even a lady that was there while I started were still getting a pedicure as I was leaving. I tipped them like they treated me.

They were super friendly I was a walk-in at 530 thought they might be too busy to take me in but I sat down right away and I love the way my nails came out massage was amazing !! Will come back :) thanks !

I love KC Nails, Cindy does amazing work!!! The staff is friendly, and everyone here does amazing work. I love it here. They have so many options of colors to pick! Here I have coffin shape with an OPI gel. Come here and you will not leave disappointed!

This is the best, friendly, and most reasonable Nail Spa in Coral Springs. The negative reviews are probably from previous owners. These nail specialists here are great and also with other services, eyebrows, etc. We changed from Venetian Nails to KC Nails to have Mae as our specialist again. We used Mae when she worked at Regal Nails in Walmart on Coral Ridge Drive. When you get a gel manicure here it last over 2 weeks, no kidding. They’re professional and take their time for manicures, pedicures, and other services. Also, the place is clean and they are following CDC guidelines.

I love coming here Tracy does amazing for me on my Gel nails . I chose hombre new changing nails... I love them 😃 Tracy does everything, waxing, acrylic, and designs on your nail. Everyone here is very friendly and the place is spotless

I had a fabulous visit. It was my first time and Celine (sp?) and her staff were phenomenal. I was pampered - their pedicure stations have elaborate massage chairs that even massage your legs! I am definitely returning the next time Im in Coral Springs.

This is my regular go to nail salon now. Everyone are so nice there. I picked this glitter pick color and they suggested me I can mix with this cute pink if I want. I love the idea and It turn out great. I love it! Many of my friends asked me where had I get this done. I love that they are super friendly and give you great experience. I called for my first pedicure appointment here. I was luckily placed with Lucy who was AMAZING at my pedicure. They give you water during your service which is a perk. She took her time & during our conversation, I had her wax my eyebrows, which also turned out amazing by Lucy. Highly recommend & I’ll be back because of her!

Love that Mei is the new owner. Great service and she does the best job waxing. I dont know what I would do without her. Everybody needs to go see what a great job her staff can do for you!!

This nail salon is AMAZING! Its the best place to get a mani-pedi and facial. Celine is gem and really cares about her customers. Cant wait to return. The atmosphere is very zen.

Today I went to get my nails done. They took me right way. Cindy the owner was very friendly and helpful. She did a very nice job. Even though she was busy with other customers. She still had the time to do my nails. She took her time to they do them. Which is a good thing. If you are in pinch but need your nails done if you’re not in a hurry I will definitely recommend this place. I am definitely coming back. For my first time here I’m very impressed. They keep the salon so clean which is good first time impression.

Mei is the best! So happy she is the new owner. Very accommodating, super sweet and knows how to take care of my hands & feet! I always leave with a beautiful pedicure that lasts for about 3wks-4wks! She takes her time to get rid of dead skin, trims toe nails down, files and shapes perfectly! She also polishes precisely- not messy or careless. Cant say enough about her skills and personality. I have been a customer for about 4yrs.

I found this little quaint place personable, professional and clean. KC knows her business: I am picky and have a peculiar way of getting my nails done, she understood, there was no language barrier and she has the patients of a saint I totally recommend her. I dont live close by but I will be getting my manicure and pedicure royally there. Keep up the good work KC.Jackie

I can not say enough about the hospitality and the customer service at KC Nails! Cindy and her team are always warm and welcoming. My girlfriend has been visiting for a little over year and whenever we call they are always super accommodating and nice.My girlfriend began getting NextGen Manicures and their work is always flawless. The salon is always very clean and bright. They also good AMAZING brows.I would recommed KC nails to anyone!

It was a good nail place to go to until the last two times I went. I get gel polish on my nails, its $25. So the woman doing my nails globbed in on there and said it was my fault it didnt dry and that it got messed up. Hows it my fault? My nails looked horrible. And the last time I went which was a day ago the woman didnt even polish all my nail on my two thumbs.. I noticed after I got home. Oh this is the best part, Im cashing out and then they tell me its $28 now because the rent was raised. Didnt even bother to tell me the price changed when I made an appointment or when I got there.. They decide to tell me as Im paying!! Bad business that isnt right. Well I wont be going back anymore, nice while it lasted.

When a customer walks into your business number one you should have a receptionist but if there is no receptionist one of the 10 other people that work there should say hi how are you doing today someone will be right with you but not this place. I stood there for almost 10 minutes without anyone saying one word to me so I rightfully so walked out and would never go back there!

Im giving it only one star based on their friendliness otherwise I wish there was negative stars. So prior to going (new in the area) I called and asked if I could make an appt for the next day with someone that was going to do a good job. I was assured I was and given an appointment. While the girls were lovely, the quality and the work was terrible. I went for a nextgen mani/gel pedi. They both didnt last a week, my natural nails that Ive grown out that looked very nice broke (2). Ive been getting nextgen and gel every 3 weeks for the past year before I moved and never have they chipped or cracked. The shape of the nail was terrible with bumps and super flat areas.I think they have the whole nice aspect down, maybe if theyd invest in better products and more continued education and training they could do great.

Horrible customer service as soon as I walked in...absolutely disgusting. The manner they speak to customers ( not only myself) as well as the attitudes are horrendous. Must improve on customer care component of their business. Id give a 0/5 if it were possible.

Absolutely horrible. I went to get my nails done the ladies were from the start very rude. My acrylics were crooked the nail color was not what i expected. I asked to make sure you wouldnt be able to see my nail through the acrylic and the lady said no. When she finished it was transparent. I nicely asked if I could change the color they all gave me attitude... I waited 2 hours for them to change the nail color. In the end my nails were crooked the polish wasnt nicely done and the service was awful. The prices are cheap but I strongly suggest not to get your nails done here.

The worst customer service ever. No matter what day of the week or what time of the day, they have a problem doing waxes (under arm, legs or anything). There will be 3 employees playing on their phones and they wont help anyone. I have walked out so many timee. I live dorectly across the street so I always try to come here first but never been helped. Not one time did I come here and have something done. Its pathetic.

Went there for the first time and the man in the front asked if I had an appointment when I said no he huffed and told me to sit down after a few minutes he started on my daughters nails then to only move her to another seat to have someone he was training work on her nails. He then sat at the front and told us he has an appointment coming and continued to read a magazine. Then another lady came out who had to do both mine and my daughters nails and to be rushed by this man, he spoke down on her telling her what he expected our nails to look like she was clearly uncomfortable. He then later on asked me why I didnt make an appointment and thT I should call sheD, they need to remove walk-ins welcome from their door because I really dont think thats the case. I gave this place 3 stars because the quality of the nails were good my gel lasted over 3 weeks with no chips, they just need to work on their customer service skills

Worst manicure I ever had. Should have had my 8 year old paint my nails. Johnathan does not know how to paint nails and he did not clean my cuticles at all. Waste pf money amd time

Terrible! They did not use any new or clean tools. The woman doing my pedicure never spoke to me. And I saw them add eye drops to the bottle of nail polish she used on me rather than getting a new bottle. Will not be returning

Wow... where do I start. So the first time I went my experience was good... I guess. Cindy did my nail. She was nice but unfortunately she had to stop like 4 times to answe the phone or take payment. It got kind of annoying but I didn’t get mad. Today I went back and... I was p@st off!! I made an appointment for my daughter and I. It’s my daughters birthday and I wanted to spend time with her and talk and just have a girls day. For that reason, I made our appointment with different people but at the same time that way we can just hang out together. So we get there n the person that was supposed to do my daughters nails was not there. In fact, the only other person there wasn’t licensed to do gels nail and she only does pedicures. So because of this Cindy did both of our nails and the lady did both of our feet. So I was not happy about that AT ALL. Then when it was my turn to get my nails done, Cind took another lady and told me to let my toes dry... uuummmm since when do your toes have to be dried to get your nails done? So....I said something and she turned it around real quick and said “ I’m just taking off the polish” she wasn’t though because she was talking about what color the client wanted... anyways. Cindy finally starts my nails. 7 times she stopped!!!! 7 times!!! Then told me how much headache she gets from having to do nails and be the receptionist. Then when she got back from a call, she asked me what nail she left of on!!!!!!!! Then when I told her I didn’t know ( I really didn’t bc I was on my phone) the lady gave me an ATTITUDE!!!! She said “well it’s bc you change hand” (whatever that means)! Long story short... kind of, lol, my nails looked fed up!!!! I hate them. Some are crooket, very sharp and MESSY!!!! Never going back! Oh wait I forgot something!!!! They have a text reminder system. So they sent me my reminder like last week sometime. Reminding me of my appt on 1/19/18 at 10:00. So when she took the lady before me, right when I said something to her complaining, she says to me “ you missed your appointment”. “I told her no I didn’t”. She said “we sent you a reminder of your appointment for yesterday” I said “yeah, you JUST NOW sent that” she tells me, “no I sent it last week” she notices she ducked up and instead of saying she messed up she tried to put it on me. I told her that she sent me a reminder already, the correct on but I wasn’t about to argue with her...She was sitting there TO MY FACE LYING!!! Right to my face!!!! CINDY, YOU ARR DEAD WRONG!!! Never again!!!

Terrible cindy is rude and nasty. Kept tugging my arm and telling me to calm down. I got up and left and she came after me saying sorry and she would give me a discount. I didnt even want a discount she is so horrible. They do a bad job and nasty customer service.
