I have been Searching for a new nail salon since we moved to Saint Peter in February! I went to SO Many different salons, in So Many different town/cities, to find my next forever salon and was let down Every time. I have only been here twice but I Assure you, I wont be going Anywhere else! I am Thrilled to say, My Search is Finally Over!!!

T is the best! I have not had a negative experience here at all. My first time visiting, I noticed how exceptionally clean the place was, not to mention eye appealing.Everyone was so kind! And T did an amazing job on my full set. I love my pedicure so much too. Maybe one of the best I’ve had!I work with my hands (I am a dog groomer), but enjoy long nails, so between appointments I’ve broken a few off. I have never ever had an acrylic nail taken off so painlessly! Not to mention, the space between the cuticle and acrylic has always chipped off for me when I have gotten my nails done at other places, allowing my hair and dogs hair to get caught and tangled underneath. That has never happened here. I’m so satisfied with every visit!! I won’t go anywhere else!!

This experience was one of the worst I have had in a while. Lady in chair 1 was extremely aggressive and proceeded to throw my arm down because I was not relaxed. She rushed through my nails and seemed like she just wanted to get it done. Very disappointed and will not be returning. The shape was also not done very well.

The staff are very friendly and practices safe social distancing and everyone were wearing masks. They also ask everyone to wash their hands as soon as they walk in. I felt very comfortable and my nails turned out beautiful.The only thing I would ask is that I didnt leave with a raw finger. My nail stylist got my skin a few times with the dremel.

Love going to this location. T and Vicky are my favorites because I’ve gotten to know them over the years, but I’ve had great work done by others as well. Very fun atmosphere and great people to chitchat with. I’ve gotten many sets of acrylics put on and in a rare occasion that one would chip, they were always so willing to fix it. Great quality and very creative if you like that too. I always recommend this place to anyone looking for good nail techs.

First time experience: The woman who did my nails was quite rude and insulted my choice of color before putting it on, and she left tons of space between the color and my cuticle so it looks like my nails had grown out and the polish was old. I arrived early for my appointment and waited 55 minutes before I was able to get my nails done. The artist cut my fingers in multiple places and rushed through the manicure. I am disappointed in the salon and will not be returning.

I called and asked if they had any appointments at noon and was told yes. I arrived early and waited until 12:25 when I asked how long it would take until i would be seated. The guy working told me another 20-25 minutes! I was not happy about wasting a half an hour on my birthday waiting to be seated, and was not going to wait another half hour. Unprofessional, there are plenty of other nail salons in Mankato that I will be going to from now on

Ill make it short. Ive been coming here for a while and would rate my normal girl a 5. Dont go to the woman in chair 1. She was very aggressive and made 4 of my fingers bleed. My fingers were so sore today I could barely type at work.

Professional, friendly staff. It was great they were nice enough to call and say they were running behind so our appointment was rescheduled for 30 minutes later. We didnt have to rush to the appointment, we stayed home a little longer. We will return. Thank you

T does amazing work and is so great with customer service! She genuinely cares about the work she does on other people and wants you to be happy with the results. I am shocked that there are so many bad reviews when I believe these guys deserve 5 stars! They have never messed up my nails 😍

This was my first time ever getting a manicure. I waited over an hour before they got to me. I was just getting my fingernails cleaned up, no polish or anything else. The man seemed confused and frustrated that I wasn’t having anything else done. I explained that I work in food service and am not allowed to have anything on my nails. He went very fast and was quite abrasive. He used something that felt like a Brillo pad to brush my nails which hurt a bit. Then he used a tool to trim my cuticles and wound up ripping a piece of skin off which proceeded to bleed quite a bit. In the end I paid $17 for my nails to look immensely worse than before I went in there. Definitely a poor first experience and will most likely be my last.

The man in chair 2 was rude and roughand it was very obvious he was makingfun of me. Left my gel nails bubbled and streaky.

Station 5. He was quick and did a sloppy job. There was glue on my fingers and thumb. He also left spots of acrylic on my fingers. Did not treat me like I mattered. He through the entire process and my nails look bad. My nails were uneven and had pits in the acrylic. Thank goodness my for my niece. She had spent the time to file them straight and make the nails look good. DONT go to the man at Station 5. He is horrible. Not a professional in any way.

They do great if you have short nails . On another note if you have long nails i dont recommend going here . My nail broke 2 days after going in and they were very uneven . The cuticles were waaay thicker then the tip and they wernt filed correctly. Very bulky and wavy .

Ive been to many nail salons in Mankato and this Nails by Jordan is by far my favorite! The staff are friendly and do an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place for all your nail needs!

T did an amazing job! I haven’t had nails done in a long time and she did not disappoint my full set looks exactly like the picture I showed and throughout the application she triple checked to make sure they looked how I wanted! I highly recommend her!

My nail shop to come to when Im in Minnesota.🥰 Always following Covid safety laws. 💯They take temperature and ask customers to wash hands. Then you sign in and write your name, phone number, and temperature. Very clean and safe!🤩 They really know how to do nails!Great job🤩🥰🥰

Went in for a pedicure. They were professional and did amazing work. Felt very comfortable with the people working and did everything they could to keep everyone safe that was there. Definitely will be going back!!!

If I could gave a 0 I would.. I called and made an appointment for 6:15 he told me if I come early it would be better. So I got there at 5:50 and I sat there, he told me it would not be long at 6:40 ans I sat there till 6:50 and finally walked out as I had other things to do. There were people that walked in after me said they had an appointment and got in before me. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone and I will never ever go there again. Very very disappointed.

All of my girl friends and I have been going here throughout college (the last 4 years) and these girls (& guys) have gone above and beyond for us. They do an incredible job, reasonably priced, and they are so sweet and professional. T and Vicky have gotten to know each one of us and they remember stories we tell them from one appointment and they follow up at our next appointment as to how our event went, really giving that “like family” feel when you walk in.Definitely the best salon I’ve been to in all my years ❤️

My favorite nail salon in town. I always go to Ken, but everyone that works there is great! Detail oriented, clean and they take their time. 10/10 recommend!

Horrible job and rude guy yesterday! I just needed a fill and asked to keep the length and shape. Its not a lot to ask for each nail to be the same length and shape! He ruined my set I had just got done 3 weeks ago. Going to get a refund today!Update: T had me come in to fix my nails. She’s amazing and wish everyone could be as good as her!! I got my nails done by T and she did amazing! She was very precise and wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. All staff here are personable and very pleasant!

Once again, excellent service like I always get. The nails are durable and if something goes wrong, like you break a nail, theyll fix it right away.

Im visiting from AZ. I was in need of a manicure... walked in no appointment. Waited an acceptable amount of time. Paid $30 for a gel manicure which is reasonable. The lady next to me had been coming to this place for 25 years so if thats not a sign if consistent good service I am not sure what is... Id go back again if ever here again.

Loved going here for pedicures and gel nails! The staff was very informative, inviting and sweet. Their chairs are very comfortable. The only negative is their prices are higher than we were use to.

This is the cleanest nail salon i have ever been in. They all are very friendly and professional. I am very impressed with this nail salon. They are on time also. Very pleased and will definitely continue to come back to this nail salon.

I was excited to try this place out. They had SO MANY colors and designs to choose from which was nice. The place was clean and I had heard good things about this place. Once I sat down at station 5 it went south.. quick. I was there for 30 minutes, which seems very fast for a fresh new set of acrylic nails. Any other place I have gone normally takes 1+ hours. The guy did not clean up my nails. I had some gel polish left and it was not cleaned off. I have NEVER had so many blobs of acrylic left on my skin while putting my hand in the UV dryer. The acrylic put on my thumb nail had dripped off the side and dried INTO THE SKIN ON MY THUMB. He did not remove it for 5+ minutes while blood was dripping down my hand. I was told to relax multiple times. I now have a very deep gash in the side of my finger. My nails are uneven, different lengths and VERY sharp on the edges for square nails. I was also with my friend who also had a similar experience at the same time. She was also getting a fresh set and the lady she had cut a chunk of her nail off and tried to put the nail glue on it to replace the part of nail she lost. Let me just say that I have NEVER cried after getting my nails done but this was extremely disappointing. I definitely regret paying $50 for this service and most likely will not be returning here.

Customer service was terrible!! The man doing my nails was so rude and in such a rush. He didn’t let me get the color that I wanted because he said it was see through even though see through is what I wanted. The design on my nails is horrible and the lines are so uneven I could have done it better myself. He also charged me 5 extra to do coffin which I have NEVER been charged extra for a shape that I want and he didn’t even make them coffin. He was yanking on my arm the entire time and when I called after for a refund they said they cannot do it because it’s in their policy. Do not go to this place the service is horrible

I could go on with more. But never going back there. 0 starts...hurt my feet while jamming the cuticle thing into my toe. I told them i was super upset. He said to me better communication next time to me. Like are you freaking serious. Your workers cant speak english

The receptionist was rude,and keep saying what kind of nails.Got a 1;30 appointment,and he acted like I made it up.Finally got a seat at 1:55.The girl said she would be back in a while,at 2:20 I walked out.Never going back

Super sad about my latest trip to Nails by Jordan 1. The length is not consistent at all and several of them are very crooked. I paid $48 and now I’m going to have to go elsewhere to get them taken off and redone because I can’t have my nails like this for two weeks.

I have made 2 appointments in the last 2 months. I arrived on time and still had to wait at least 15 minutes. I give up on this business and will go elsewhere.

Did my toes super quick and I paid for the expensive pedicure. Nails were fine. All super fast.

Went with my sister to get our nails done today and we are so disappointed. I told the lady I wanted to have my acrylics a little longer than my nail and then she used my nail for the tip instead of putting tips on it. My nails are so short. I also said ouch numerous times while they knicked me. My sister got her finger glued to her nail and pulling it off made it bleed. Such a bad experience.

I never leave reviews but I absolutely loved this salon! I have gone to a bunch of others in Mankato area and have always left only halfway satisfied. The people here take great pride in their work, are very thorough, and made sure I did not leave until I was happy. Conversations were great too and the atmosphere was awesome. Many people coming in were repeat customers.I got a full set acrylic and pedicure. The pedicure was awesome- Just the right pressure and nails look great. The full set acrylic.. I can’t even say enough kind words- my nails look amazing and I will be a repeat client from now on. Highly recommend!!!

They rush you dont offer any designs and you end up not pleased by what you have to pick in 20 seconds

I don’t ever post negative reviews. I had Kenneth, and he seemed irritated and rushed the whole time. I tried to be friendly and he was not friendly at all towards me. I got my nails done for engagement photos and they were done sloppily, and I was cut on my middle finger by the drill tool used on cuticles. It was also relatively pricey compared to other salons. I wouldn’t really recommend this place, and likely won’t go back.

I went there today with my friend. We didnt have an appointment, but they didnt seem to be too busy. We waited in their waiting area for 45 minutes before being told to move to a chair for our manicures. They did my friend first before moving towards me. Not a huge deal, but that is when the store began picking up. Therefore, our lady began rushing to get our nails done, so she could get to the next person. My friend had gotten acrylics with gel nail polish. The lady had gone so fast that her nails appeared lumpy and the nail polish didnt even cover her full nail! My friend didnt even get the courtesy hand massage. When it was my turn I showed her a design of a simple spider web to do as an accent nail and asked her if she could do this to my nail and she said she could. So I thought awesome! Well turns out she couldnt do the design at all! And just like my friend, my nails werent even fully covered in polish! She didnt even allow me to say anything about my nails! She applied the top coat and was standing up to leave for the next person and told me to go to the check out. I never got to look at the design as she speed through the nail process. It looked so bad that I made my friend drive me to Walmart to buy a different color of nail polish. I then proceeded to go home and rip off the polish I had the lady apply and fix it on my own. Needless to say, I will not be going here again!

My mother in-law and I had the most terrible pedicures here. Water was cold. Worst service, worst massage and a terrible paint job. She didn’t put a top coat on, there is polish on my skin. Didn’t ask if I wanted to upgrade or what kind of pedicure I wanted. Honestly your in a small town and word spreads fast. My in-laws know many many people in town. The lady that did my mother in laws didn’t even bother to get off her phone or stop laying her head down on her manicure table to lay check her out. She actually didn’t even sit her at the drying station or turn her dryer on, we had to figure it out ourselves.

Highly recommended by both me and my mother-in-law Diane. Easy to schedule a same-day pedicure appointment. The owner greeted me by name and introduced us to Tan and his wife who would be doing our pedicures. They had the massage chairs ready and we didn’t have to wait. Both employees where very inviting, respectful and professional. I also received feet and toe nail care advice from Tan that nobody ever asked me about. Excellent customer service and affordable prices with different options to fit any budget. Diane and I hope that the gratuity was included because it wasn’t an option to add it. Great place!

Ive been coming to this place for pedicures for several years. Usually Ive been happy. Well, today the one doing my nails didnt look happy. She was quick and didnt even ask if I wanted a flower or design during my pedi. Could be time to find another salon...

Rude workers, always irritated by your apparent coming to their place of service, poor craftsmanship etc. First time doing my nails by a salon and the poor attitude and disappointing mess the worker did on my nails left much to be desired. I did not want to fuss so I paid anyways. You’re better off doing your own nails. Trust me. I’m just disappointed by the whole experience. My sister and mum were slighted by their behavior as well ( insulting me when I asked if the nails could be polished up a bit to make them look less than horrible). They looked like bubbles honestly 😩Smh

Nice staff, clean, and able to do walk-ins. The day we went it was busy, but they got us in quickly. I got a pedicure and it was reasonably priced. A base package $26.

My experience today was so unprofessional. Lady at the first table is rude as hell. Unfortunately Ive had her more than once and each time she makes faces at the length I choose or color I want. Files and files and files until it hurts and Im pulling my hand away. Then, she gets irritated at me, and tells me to stop watching. There are good nail artists here, I must just just have terrible timing because I never get them anymore.

I went in to get a simple set of acrylic nails. My appointment was at 7, so plenty of time to complete a full set by closing time, but still felt totally rushed. The lady who did my nails completely tore my nails and fingers to shreds because she was moving so fast, trying to finish in the shortest time possible. Almost every one of my fingers was bleeding and she didn’t even seem to care. She did not listen to what I wanted and just started filing away without asking me anything. I asked if she could do a coffin shape for me, she seemed very annoyed. I have been to this salon once before and was very happy with my nails when I left, but after this experience I will not be returning.

Terrible service wouldnt give a discount the lil guy at the front very rude everyone has a terrible attitude yelling at customers. I will be call the bbb they should be shut down. My nails were crooked and they were unwilling to give a discount . Ill Never go back . and charged to much for awful service

Im a little dishearted to see all of the terrible reviews as I have never had bad service at this salon. Ive been to a lot of the salons in Mankato and this is my favorite. They typically get me in right away and do quality pedicures. Last time I got gel polish it lasted 2 weeks with no chips and was pretty awesome!

Okay so I’ve gone here 3 times. The first time was fine. I got a guy and he didn’t say much and was kinda distracted, but the nails looked alright so whatever.The second time I got the same guy and he was VERY distracted looking all over and seemed very discontent doing my nails. He did not shape my nails properly and they were crooked and chipped right away. I was so unhappy with them.I went somewhere else the next time.But I went back a third time because it was right where I was shopping and I needed to get in somewhere quickly.I got an older lady and she was kind of rude to me when I asked her to explain something. She didn’t speak to me much. I just wanted my nails off and to file them and put a protective coat on to heal them from having fakes on so long.She asked me if I wanted a manicure or if I just wanted them filed and put the polish on? I said sure why not do a manicure too!My nails were not properly manicured and I feel as if I could have just said file and put the polish on and got the same results. I paid extra for this and I’m very annoyed. I won’t be going back. They aren’t even evenly filed.

The guy i had completely split open my fingers and didn’t even seem to notice or care. i wasn’t just sitting there either, i was twitching my finger and pulling it away. left the salon very uncomfortable. definitely the last time i go here, many other salons in mankato with better services.

Ill post a photo, but I paid 32$ for a French tip and my nails have been on for 3 days and the ring finger fell off, but ill just wait to get my nails redone here until they all fall off. The rest seem pretty sturdy.

I was only transporting my wife who was injured and couldnt drive. The strong smell of nail polish and remover was too much. I was never more glad to finally leave.

I have been coming to this salon for a few years but will never go back to this man.This time I had the guy who seems to run things there with the short crew cut hair who just reeked like cigarette smoke. He was very unprofessional to say the least. In my experience he wascruel and does not know what he is doing. I am a nurse and I go to a podiatrist (a foot doctor). This guy actually cut into the side of my big toe nail and then proceeded to PULL OUT the corner of my toenail! Like he was ripping it out, skin and all! I screamed and asked him ‘What are you doing?@ (My face was red and I was fighting back the tears now, trying not to make a scene.) He said, “ You have an ingrown toenail” Now that is #1., a Lie. I do not. I have NEVER had ANY issues and I KNOW how to do foot care! I never cut the corners of my great toes! #2., You do NOT RIP OUT a nail that way EVER. My toe hurts so bad I have not been able to sleep for two nightsNow. He saw how much I was hurting and said sorry but tried to keep in doing it! And he charged me the whole $35.00 for the ‘spa’ deluxe which I never asked for. It was so fast he did it before I even realized that’s what he was doing. I must add that my daughter and I were the first ones in there when they opened at noon that day.And for her sake, I didn’t say or do anything as she didn’t want a scene and they had a waiting list by the time we left.Now I know a couple of the other girls and they have always been kind and thorough. But this guy - owner? Manager? Is very rough.. In my opinion He shouldn’t be allowed to work in this field, and it appears he has No Idea how to cut nails. Or what proper nail care is. Who do I report him to? Anyone know? He should not be allowed to practice at all. My toe is still raw where he pulled the nail off.. which is a form of torture in some countries. 😢

They filed my nails down and i started bleeding, left nail polish and glue all over my hands, they were very aggressive with me and my friend’s hands

I read reviews but still went there because it was convenience. But surprisingly the tech who worked on my gel mani did very good job. it has been done for 2 weeks already but still solid. Am I lucky or they have improved?

They were very nice and I had a large selection of colors to chose from and they didn’t act like brats like some OTHER salons I have been to.

Hands down, one of my favorite nail shops to visit! Ken does a fantastic job of always making my nails looking fabulous and better than I could ask!

I went to go get my acrylic nails removed and there was no respect for the pain, as they ripped them off.They didnt do any filing or anything after either, just ripped them off and sent me on my way. 😵

I normally do not choose this location because of the rating but I had a gift card. So, the positive is that I did not have to pay for my manicure....Positives:-I did not have to wait.-The cost of the manicure was covered in the gift card.-It took less than an hour.Negatives:-The cuticle trim was haphazard and not thorough. In fact, the nail tech. actually just caused my normally well-maintained cuticles to split, peel, and bleed.-The nail tech. trimmed her own long nails straight across so that the edges were jagged, right before the massage at the end. She kept scratching me with her sharp nails because of this. I pulled my hands back several times because of the scratches but she kept doing it.-They did not have the chrome glitter I asked for.-The manicure was messy at the end.-Not worth the time.

The women there were so nice! Went for pedicures with my mom last night. It felt so good! I never get to do that so it was a really special treat!

I went here today to get a manicure. I am not able to have fake nails or wear nail polish at my place of employment. The lady was very rude, she soaked my nails for about 30 seconds and started to Chop at my cuticles and was basicly throwing my hand around and even cut my cuticle and I was bleeding for an hour. The lady never filed or shaped my nails. I could have saved 15 dollars and had my daughter do my nails. At least I would have had a conversation and my nails would have be done the right way. This used to be my goto place, not anymore. I mean who does a manicure in me a than 10 minutes .

My nails are not the same they get smaller when you go down from pincky to thumb. They were nice but Im not happy that they are not equal

I went with my mom, she got a mani-pedi with regular polish and I got a full-set with gel polish. They do a 10% discount when you pay cash, we got charged $81. I didnt think much at the time but before that discount they would have charged us $90. For 1 acrylic set and a mani-pedi for 1... on their website it should have been $26 for me and $35 for my mom (40 if you didnt do the combo discount) so somehow $26+35=90? Watch out at time of check out if you choose to go. I havent gone back to discuss this with them. Wish I had gotten a receipt (they didnt offer one)
