The Man Cave always delivers such a quality experience for those of us who take our grooming seriously. I had a beard trim today from Jeremy who was absolutely spot on with his delivery, care and genuine enthusiasm for what he does. I have had a beard for almost thirty years and living on a remote island means it doesn’t get much care, so simply asking Jeremy to do his thing was the right idea and he kept it looking it’s illustrious and powerful self, but instead of board shorts and a tank top, I left wearing a suit. Thanks Jeremy you’re boss and I’ll be back.

And everyone was ready for my appointment on time.They also offer various drink options (Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic), COMPLIMENTARY!Susanne was my Barber or (Junior Barber as stated in her Profile). THERE WAS NOTHING JUNIOR ABOUT HER SKILLS!! She was friendly, professional, attentive, knowledgeable & NOT rough in any way. She was also conversational though out & I hate a quiet Barber!I didnt have much hair to work with & I have fine hair with a very complicated Triple Cowlick! Yet I received one of the Best Fades & Cuts in Sarasota County in 20 years!! I always come to a haircut with clean dry hair ready to cut. Came across ManCave when we were going back to school shopping I needed a last minute cut for my son who is afraid of going to barbershops because in the past some barbershop have cut off too much. Raquel did great with giving him just what he asked for. she was also dual license in barbering and cosmetology so she can do great with coloring!

Frankie communicated with me about my hairstyle as we got started and continued to be a great conversationalist through our appointment. He has great personal style himself. Raquel has been cutting my hair for 8 months now. It is very easy to schedule an appointment at ManCave in advance online. I am consistently there every two weeks. Everyone at the salon is very receptive from the front desk personnel to the other barbers.

Denny was the professional who cut my hair and trimmed my beard. He did an amazing job and was very precise with what I wanted done. I had not had a hair cut for almost a year so it was long but this was no issue for him. I usually have issues with skin irritation after a straight razor shave but Denny was very careful and I walked out with very minimal razor burn. This hair cut helped get my confidence back and snap me out of my funk ive been in. A little on the expensive side but worth it. 10/10.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I cant not share my experience.. My normal barber is out of town so I decided to check this place out since it looked good online. I work on the south side of town and wasnt able to get to the shop until 6:35. I walked in at 6:40 thinking it would be no problem but found out that because they closed in 20 minutes that they couldnt cut my hair even though every chair had a barber and customer in it. I work in the car business and sure we close at 7pm, but if a customer comes in at 6:50 and wants to buy a car Ive spent more nights working 2-3 hours after closing then I can count to make sure they were taken care of.. I dont expect any business to ever stay hours late to help me, but 15-20 minutes to a paying customer shouldnt ever be a big enough deal to turn business away ijs.. I get my hair cut and beard trimmed multiple times per month and always tip well. I also work with more then a few guys that work the same hours and are always looking for a barber they can count on. Ill stick with the two shops I know I can count on, and unfortunately this place isnt one of them. It looked like they had some great barbers but treating me like my business didnt matter regardless if the girl up front tried to be nice about it doesnt sit well with me ever. Ill go somewhere that wants my business and wont be back coming back here. I gave 1 star because the shop looked nice, otherwise my 2 minute experience here was a complete waste of my time 🤷🏼‍♂️

I just moved to Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch and needed to find a really great person to cut my hair. I did a Google Search and booked with Izzy for the next morning.I was there a few minutes early and Izzy was able to take me right away!The shop was nice, clean, stylish and cozy all at the same time. All of the Stylist looked real sharp and Izzy took the time to talk with me about what I wanted and offered up suggestions. Nick, Jeremy, and Denny always gives the best cuts, been with them since they moved from another shop. been with them for over a decade.Also Celeste is a magician for massage. She doesnt focus on the painful or sore areas, but works on the connecting muscles indirectly. I was paying much more at other places for MUCH less. Normally I would say about 40% of my tension would disappear after a good massage, with Celeste about 90% was gone.

Jimmy is the best barber I have been to for years. His hair cutting and beard sculpting are always fine work. You can count on him to do anything with the utmost professionalism. As for ManCave, the other employees are very welcoming and polite, and the shop is well maintained.

I also schedule a visit with Izzy when I am in town to get a great haircut. I cant wait to go back next month.

Schedule with Izzy! Because I was not organized, I showed up as a walk-in just as the location opened for the day asking for both a full haircut and a straight-razor shave. Izzy assured me that this would be no problem for him to accommodate and that was even before I took off my hat and revealed my unruly mop of thick curly hair. He was not wrong. Excellent service. Friendly conversation and highly skilled work.

I googled barber shop near me, and “Man Cave” popped up. I went to the website and made an appointment for the same day for a beard trim/fade. When I walked in I was greeted as if I was a celebrity and have been a client for years. The young lady at the front provided me with an ice cold beer and I was then greeted by Jeremy. Jeremy sat me down and took the time to listen to what I wanted done and spent almost a whole hour perfecting my beard! The experience I felt in the shop was like no other. Makes me want to do a beard trim daily just to go relax and talk with the barbers. By far the best shop I have ever been in and the prices are so reasonable, especially for the resort style service that is given! Jeremy by far made my beard perfect and I can’t wait to go back again! This is the first review I have ever left for any company but they def deserve the credit! Thanks Jeremy and Man Cave!

Every barber in this place is skilled. Jeremy is my barber and he has been from day 1. His attention to detail is second to none and he has truly mastered his trade. Ok, so my 16yo son wanted to try highlights for summer and we had to do it quick since he was leaving for summer camp for 4 weeks. I was desperate to find an appt before he left. I decided to call Man Cave for Men and this sweet voice answered, Raquel is her name. She got him in 2 days later. My son was so nervous because, dont know if you know, but 16yo boys hair is VERY important! LOL Ive not seen my son so happy in a long time. We all know when you look good, you feel good.
