Favorite nail place in Mankato!! Every worker is such a sweetheart and I’ve never had a bad experience or manicure from this place. Vicky is incredibly talented and an angel!!

Extremely clean, organized, and relaxing. They pay close attention to detail and my nails look great! I am very picky about my nails and usually have to file, shape, or “fix” something myself when getting my nails done, but not this time! I will definitely return.

I went there for a manicure and pedicure, my appointment was at 1:30 and they didn’t finish my pedicure until 3:15 .. than I sat down to get my nails done and he glued the acrylic on and said excuse me for a second, was gone for 20 minutes and I found out he was eating and when came back he cut the first nail and than the next and next without comparing lengths and than asked me if it was okay, they were all different lengths and he wanted to just keep going so I asked to talk to someone because I wasn’t going to continue him doing it poorly and me have to pay for it. They said i would have to be there until 5:30 just for a regular full set. Solid color. I told him just take them off which he started aggressively filing them and ruining my real nails. Completely unprofessional. I get my nails done regularly and was in Mankato verses my regular salon and was shocked at the way he didn’t even know how to cut my nails the same length. Won’t go back ever.

I have had the best experiences with TT nails. Welcoming, calm environment, and friendly staff. Best pedicures that I’ve ever had! Great gel manicures! I recommend an appointment, they are usually pretty busy. The process might take a little longer but it’s well worth it because the quality is great! I would rather have it take a little longer for the quality vs. rushed and being disappointed with the quality! Best nail salon in Kato!!!

I have been to countless nail salons across the US and this has been the first and only time Ive been asked to pay before receiving service. If you pay cash you receive a bit of a discount (5% I believe but its hard to read the card they quickly flash at you about cash discount and paying upfront) but if you pay via card be prepared to also pay for the tip upfront as well which I find appalling. Tips are based on the work and treatment youve given not what you say youre going to do. I even tried holding onto my card slip to add tip and sign at the end but kept getting pushed to sign it. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and the end result wasnt even close, then after having paid for two pedicures and a dip on my nails (all separate charges on my card because they didnt realize it was all together) I was told at the end of my dip nails they forgot to charge me $5 for dip removal so I had to dig around for cash since it couldnt be put on my card due to the minimum charge amount. I spent almost $200 in services and then they have the audacity to come at me for $5? I would not recommend this place just on poor business practices alone theres bound to be better options.

Loved it. The previous place I went to caked on the Acrylic. The lady who helped me was very polite and understanding. She did a fantastic job and I plan to go back.

I showed up for my appointment was shuffled into a waiting area to select a color, I waited 15 minutes for my technician to come get me. The pedicure and nail art is great. They are not timely and will leave you sitting in a tub or bowl of acetone soak until they move through the assembly line of people BEHIND you. No mindfulness of your time. I sat in a acetone soak for 15 minutes before washing my hands and leaving. Wished I would’ve known how long it was going to take and how many people they were jumping between during my appointment- I would have kept my old nails and left. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOUR LOOKING FOR TIMELY SERVICE!

Literally was in there from 4 to 8 and they turned out so crooked and I told her they are crooked and she said “no it’s from your angle” like I’m pretty sure I can tell when a nail is going a whole different way😆 did a horrible job didn’t do what I wanted at all made my nails bleed and switched the whole design I wanted and the whole color was completely wrong too! Don’t recommend at all. Not coming here again🤣🤣

Staff was amazing. This was my first time visiting and I will be back. My husband and I both had manicures and pedicures. I felt so relaxed after getting my nails done. Nathan was very conversational and professional. I would definitely have him do my nails again.

I got a french gel manicure on my own nails, and they did a wonderful job!!! They had to peel off layers of powder and acrylic that other places kept putting on...to get down to my actual nail. My nails look better than they have in months, I honestly couldnt stop looking at them when I got home :-) and I was only charged $30. Thank you so much for taking so much time on them and making them look beautiful! I will be back! 👍

My girlfriend is super happy with the service. the Spa Pedicure is fantastically relaxing with the cooling mask and hot towel. Im very pleased with the gel manicure, it last more than 3 weeks. I definitely recommended TT Nails if you want to spend good quality time to relax, and quality service.

I usually love TT nails. I go there all the time to get my nails done and havent had any issues. I brought my 3 friends to get their nails done and I wish I didnt. My friend and I got the older lady and she was RUDE. Very aggressive with us and pulling on our hands and pushing out hands around instead of politely asking us to move our hands. She didnt talk to us at all during the whole time. I had also gotten my gel taken off and nobody told me it cost extra, otherwise I would have did it at home. Also, the manicure is supposed to come with a hand massage at the end and she didnt do that for any of us. I paid $145. I expect professionalism when Im paying that much and that is not what I got at all. I will not be going back.

I was so happy to find Tina, Vicky, and Henry when I wasnt able to get in to my previous salon. Tina is very gentle, so sweet, never rushes. Excellent work.The other employees were very kind and considerate to their clients as well.The facility was very clean. Checking temperatures on arrival, contact tracing. Cleaning well between clients, using disposable liners for foot baths. The environment was calming.All in all an exceptional experience. I will be back.Thank you, Susan Gersch

When we first got there we waited a long time for them to get to our nails BUT they did have a wedding party before us. So when they did get to us they were very friendly and kind! Laughed with us and talked about nail care and colors. They were super kind and funny and we had a great night 🙂 10/10 would visit again.

They just upgrade all the new massage chair for pedicure and have great efforts to maintain the best hygiene. The service is excellent. You always feel welcome here. And the gel color collection is awesome with variety of kinds and color to choose. My new favorite is their Cat Eye collection. So gorgeous!

They are always friendly, I have my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks, show them picture of what I want, do great job. Lost a stone on one nail, stopped in and I was back out the door in 10 minutes no charge. Highly recommend!!

They are wonderful! When I needed to get in for my nails, they helped me out right away. On a very busy day they stayed passed closing to make sure my daughters nails were completed. They did a wonderful job on my nails for Christmas. There was a tiny bit of polish on the side of my nail but the shape and color and shading was gorgeous. I was so happy with these nails.

Me and my friend went in the other day and we had never been there before but they were so friendly and welcoming. We had also gotten our nails done at another places in town and they fixed them. 5/5 would recommend.

Bad service due to the fact that I made an appointment in advance & had to wait almost 2 hours to get in, bad coffee & definitely not good employees expect for one gentleman who was very pleasant & polite his names started with a (C). This place isnt very welcoming to there customers. Its very disappointing. I was offered a coffee but its was colder than the weather & when I asked the lady if she could maybe warm it up a bit has I waited for my turn she said yes but never did. There was another gentleman there who said he was willing to do a service for me for free since it was something small & simple but than last minute decided he wanted to charge me . When I said no to the service he rolled his eyes at me. Definitely disappointing & upsetting.!!

My experience here was horrible. The lady didn’t ask me what size nail I wanted she just cut them. She failed to ask what style nail I wanted as well. One of My nails is cracked in multiple places she seen this and left it alone. One of my nails also has a spot that is visibly only coated once with color. They are not shaved underneath at all on any of them. I definitely will not be returning here and will not be recommend to ANYONE.

Spa day with the girls. Lisa and her husband were waiting for us all and actually greeted us outside! They treated us like royalty, pulled out all the stops, gave us the full spa day excursion and made sure we were very well taken care of. Everyone was absolutely AMAZING! 🤗Thank you so very much for making it the BEST day ever for each of the 5 other girls! The woman asked if I was local, the only thing she said to me. I said no. She filled the glass with cold acetone and left me and went and helped someone else. The guys there were super nice, I cleaned off my own nails and I tipped him 5 dollars. I went to another place and I always tip $20. Ill be here for 6 months and I will never go back there. If you go there, make sure you get one of the gentlemen there.

I went somewhere else for the Las 12+ years, I wouldnt let anyone else do my nails but one person. Before going in I always scheduled an appointment. The last two times Ive scheduled an appointment I had to wait at least half hour to an hour before I got in even though I made an appointment.I called TT Nails, they had an opening and I went in and had a great experience from the moment I walked through the door. They were all friendly! And she took her time on my nails and made sure they were the way I wanted my nails.This is my new nail place!

I should start off by saying I’ve never been here. I called as it was recommended to me to try this place as I recently moved to the area and have a wedding coming up I wanted to book for my bridesmaid and myself but when I called to confirm some questions I had, I was greeted by a woman who sounded annoyed and uninterested. She came off extremely rude. Unfortunately it made me feel extremely uncomfortable that I couldn’t even finish asking my questions before I decided it wasn’t worth my time if the woman didn’t care herself.

Fabulous place. I had a great time getting pampered there. Highly recommend the place...Chris knows his stuff. Thank you to all at TT Nails for an enjoyable afternoon.

I paid 55 dollars just to get my nails different sizes, and they made 2 of my friends nails different lengths. wouldnt recommend.

I feel bad leaving a bad review but I feel that others need to know what to expect here. I was excited to come in since they had such great reviews, but I am still disappointed in this place. The first thing is, this place is DIRTY. The walls are dirty, and there are literally old nails on the floor. When I sat down the lady started picking up old acrylic nails that were left from the previous client and just tossed them behind her on the floor and I even noticed that there were old nails (basically, garbage that should have been swept up or just thrown in a garbage can to begin with) near my feet at the station. She did not wash her hands after touching those other nails. She was eating and went straight from eating (handheld food, not with utensils) and touching those old nails, to working on my nails without even washing her hands.The workspace for doing manicures is dusty and grimy along with the bottles of products, and the tools they use do not look like they have been cleaned between clients. The cuticle cutter that the lady used on me had just been sitting on the dirty counter before she started using it on me. They left dead skin and some nail polish around my nails. The massage was about 10 seconds on each arm so not relaxing. Two positive things were that my pedicure was good and the people seem nice. Like I said, I feel bad leaving a bad review but this place is very unsanitary and dirty, and it felt unprofessional.

Went with my 2 friends because I had had great experiences there before... not this time... didnt push the cuticles back... didn’t file the nails... used old files... which is illegal... our gel polish came off within 3 days. We live an hour away and this is what we wasted our time for. We also had our toes done and only top coated half the nail. I thought it was just my nails and it was maybe an off day for the lady... but my friends also had the full nail of gel just come off. Probably won’t be going back.

I went with my roommate so we could both get an acrylic fill. They get busy so make sure to call ahead of time. We had a guy and a girl do our nails and they were so sweet and entertaining!! They had us laughing the whole time but what’s even better is that our nails were done so well, I was amazed and will definitely be returning. I’ve never been so satisfied with going to a new place for the first time.

Seriously an amazing place! If you want to go somewhere they are down to earth and dont fake customer service, this is the place to go. 2 of us went in with botched nails from a different nail salon. They took the time to fix them and had us walking out with in an hour. Id recommend that you call ahead and make an appointment as they are super busy. Hands down best nail salon we have been too.

I’ve come here a few times and always had decent service but this time my heels are still feeling like sandpaper, the painting in my fingernails looks like my 4 year old did it and the lady ‘forgot’ my massage. I am pretty disappointed. I also found it gross they were eating while working on clients.

Today (I left about an hour ago) was the second time I chose to vote with my dollars and I was (again) a happy customer. Vy is Amazing, professional, stern but informative (Im a skin biter/picker and I broke T.WO. nails 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤣), and always happy to see you. I made an appointment for 2 p.m. and was seated right away. There was a scheduling issue so I waited for a bit but the situation was out of my control but not out of control. I waited MAYBE 20 minutes (felt like TEN😁) and I was okay with it. Overall, I 10/10 recommended TT nails to ANYONE. Thanks for taking an otherwise unprofessional atmosphere and making it welcoming again. 😘

Under new ownership. They dont seem to know what they are doing . Toes looked awful. Asked for a design and he made an ugly triangle on my toe!! Will be going to TQ nails by Old Navy from now on they do a great job.

Not impressed at all. The gel polish is touching my skin. They didn’t push my cuticles back so there is nail polish over that. There are parts that have the white polish with no clear coat that you can visibly see. My toes look the same way. 65$ for gel mani and pedi. These look terrible. I would not recommend going here. I just got my nails done today and there are parts on the edges that are coming off since the final coat wasn’t evenly put on. Very disappointed.

Ever since Jenny and Lisa took over the place has turned around. Every time I walk in the girls always greet me and make all their clients feel special. And THEY SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH!!! They always understand and give me what I want.

Never got to sit in a waiting chair...At 11am she said 1am... as older women chuckled.Nails by Jordan... immediately seated. Prompted, and as advertised service.Got a haircut and mistakenly went to this place.Probably a drug front considering you cant find them on a map.

Went here for the first time and I fell in love with this salon . The staff are super enjoyable to be around while being provided excellent service . My nail technician did the most detailed work I have ever had done on my set of acrylics . Jenny and Lisa I believe own the place, and they were very personable and professional. Highly recommend TT .

I love going to this place. I’ve been going to them for over a year. They listen to what you want and they do an excellent job. Everyone here is very personable and they make your experience fun. I’ve had almost everyone here do my nails and they are all fantastic at what they do. I have to disagree with anyone who has left a negative review on this place-I think your expectations are a little ridiculous. If you have visited enough salons you will know that this one is awesome.

Went there a couple weeks ago. They rushed on our nails. My nails had to air dry. My nail isnt even painted right. The other girl that was with me has the same issue but the top of the nail was fatter than the bottom. It should be 0 star.

The ladies were very nice, but I got gel nails and they started chipping 3 days afterwards. I would not go back.

Prices were good but polish only lasted one day and already started chipping. Not real thrilled that they use the same nail file on every client. That sort of grossed me out. Dont think I will be going back.

Nice people but....Not very clean. Soaked my nails, but didn’t even push the cuticles back and started hacking away at them. The polish is very uneven and bumpy on all my nails, some polish touching my skin, and he didn’t put any cap on the tips to make them last longer. Half way through, he took a phone call and was on it for the rest of the time. He had lotion sitting on the desk but didn’t bother to put any on my dry fingers showing the wrath of the cuticle clippers, fingers looked crummy. Cheap, but wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve had two bad experiences here now and will never go back. I had hoped the first time was just a fluke, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Twice now I’ve had two different people do my nails and switch in the middle, leaving me waiting and half done. The first time they broke skin while scrubbing my foot which ended up bleeding and left a scab on my foot for nearly two weeks. During my second appointment one nail was smeared (unintentionally by the lady doing my pedicure) but instead of fixing it it was painted over, and after waiting to pay for services, I was asked to leave a tip. I do not recommend.

How the nails came out looking on top is cute but there were definitely some questionable things. The work desk of the girl was covered in piles of acrylic shavings and cotton pads, from throughout the day. They also used the same nail file from prior clients. What really confused me was the base coat. When she applied it she didn’t paint my fingers one by one. Instead, she dipped her brush into the polish once. She then rotated my hand so she could do one sideways stroke across my nails at once. This resulted in only half my nails getting a coat and my skin having a bunch on dried polish on it, that I had to pick off later. I went to dry my nails, but nobody gave me clear directions on how long to dry them. I was told at least 5 minutes, but you never really know. I accidentally tapped the side of my polish on the table twice, causing it to smear, and the girls were willing to repaint it for me. Once I left I noticed that there were still some loose acrylic pieces hanging to the nail, which I was able to pick off myself but I feel it’s something the nail techs should do. I think for what I received $30 was overpriced. The girl seemed more concerned with time than doing it well. I’ll probably go somewhere else.
