My wife and I had such a pleasant experience but her a newer car. Jeff did a Great Job. It was very quick. We narrowed our choices down to two(2) vehicles. Jeff quickly arranged for us to test drive both vehicles.My wife always need a day to run the numbers and check on the reports on each vehicle. To assist in her decision process, Jeff provided CarFaxes for both vehicles. The value for her trade in was very fair.My wife chose vehicle two (2). Filling out the paperwork for the loan was a breeze. We used one of BMW of Sudbury associated banks. My wife’s loan was approved within 24 hours.Her newer vehicle was ready in forty-eight (48) hours. BMW of Sudbury processed her new registration. My wife is absolutely thrilled with her new vehicle!!! The whole buying experience was efficient and painless!!!

I worked with Mr. Joseph DAlfonso on the purchase of my new car. Joe is very professional and extremely helpful. He is knowledgable about BMW models and always respond to email/calls timely.The auto market has been very hard for buyers since early 2021 because of the chip shortage. I did expect to be working with someone who may be pushy and obnoxious because dealerships has no issue moving their inventory. In fact they often have no cars to sell. But Joe has been courteous and patient all the way from ordering the car to delivery, which took more than 2 months. Regrading pricing, Joe was very honest and straightforward. We were also able to secure a good price in todays market.I would recommend Joe wholeheartedly.
Bill and his Service Manager (Al) corrected numerous problems with which an outside body shop left me high and dry, and they did this as a courtesy.I continue to be astounded at the exceptional and dedicated customer focus that my BMW dealership affords me. Clearly, the best recepie for customer loyalty to Chambers and especially to the Wayland dealership.
As usual... The service staff at BMW of Sudbury treated me with the utmost respect, courtesy, and understanding. Their knowledge of my car and the care that it requires, is second to NONE. The staff is candid and honest, which is extremely important when it comes to customer service in general, but even more crucial when dealing with the care of your vehicle. The technician sent a detailed video of the condition of my car and focused on the trouble areas AS WELL AS what was in good shape. My service advisor discussed options with me citing what was essential service that required immediate attention, and provided me with the best possible options for the things that were less critical, and when to schedule those repairs. I continue to be very impressed (as I usually am) with Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury, and I am a customer for good. Thank You Very Much for a most EXCELLENT customer service experience.

Just purchased a pre-owned M-B SUV here and had a great experience working with Wilson. I made an appointment and vehicle was clean and ready when I arrived. I was able to view the vehicle and take it for a test drive. Wilson spent a good bit of time working with me on my vehicle I offered as a trade-in and we were able to work out a great deal. I purchased the SUV and picked it up a couple days later. Vehicle had been completely detailed again and literally sparkled when I drove it off the lot. Overall, an outstanding experience and I would gladly purchase a vehicle here again. Wilson was a fantastic salesperson; extremely professional, and a real pleasure to work with!
This was a great experience. My wife and I now live in Tucsonand we are on an East coast road trip. Our oil needed a change and called last Saturday and a very efficient woman answered and set up my appointment for the following Wednesday at a good time.My son in law recently bought his very first BMW and recommended this dealership. He had shopped around and found that the Sudbury BMW was indeed a great place. What I liked was the service area which is set up with 3 bay doors allowing for 2 cars to enter each bay away from the outside elements. All my paper was ready to go for my X3M 40i so all I had to do was hand over my ignition key.Waiting was great and I got to talk with a service representative to go over the car to see if I needed anything else. I did need a map upgrade so that was doneAbout 90 minutes later ready to go with a car wash as wellYou really can’t ask for more
Probably the easiest car buying experience. Ray and the team were accommodating and didn’t go back and forth multiple times. Ray helped us test drive a few different models and picked out the exact car we wanted. At the time of delivery Ray went through the vehicle in detail which was very helpful.Looking forward for the next one at Herb Chambers BMW and working with Ray again.

I just purchased an X4 from BMW Sudbury and couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of service! The experience was easy and not stressful at all. Josue answered all of our questions and knew every single detail about the car. Excellent and responsive service. My service director Al was very responsive to my service inquiry. He was able to quickly address my service issue by providing me with a loaner car and arranging to have my vehicle returned to my home and the loaner driven back which enabled me to work without disruption to my schedule. Great experience buying a used BMW X5. They helped us find the car we wanted even during this hectic time of trying to find a car. They addressed all our concerns with buying a used car and did any repairs we requested, and gave us price quotes in a timely fashion for replacement parts. They register see the car for us which is standard for dealerships, and gave us decent options for warranties.
I recently purchased an Ex 1 from this dealer. I looked elsewhere prior to going here and all I can say is the team here is incredible. I went to Sudbury BMW after checking out a few dealers in the area. My lease in my X3 was not up until October. I was just looking to see what was available. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by the Manager and he introduced me to Joe D’Alfonso. Joe was professional and worked with me to understand what I was looking for in my next lease. He was very positive and truly cared to help me find the best car at a lease that worked for me. He was patient and answered all my questions and suggested a few options. The negotiations were very easy and I was able to get a custom car with everything I wanted at a great lease monthly. Just amazing. First off I would like to say everyone here that I met is so kind and intelligent. This was my first time buying a BMW. They are incredibly helpful and friendly. At no point will you feel pressured. And rest assured they will give you a great deal, new or used. Ray is AMAZING. He is so professional yet so fun, and made the whole buying experience so lovely and worry free. Even the front desk staff were so nice and friendly. I will take my car here for maintenance even though it’s a little farther than the closest BMW to my house just because I know for sure they will take care of me. Great service most of the time. Mechanic shows you a video of your car while they work on it. Very informative and helpful. Some liaisons are better than others. No haggling in price.... Cars are as stated.

Just bought my 2021 X3 here. This is my 3 purchase at Herb chambers and second from Sudbury BMW. I am transitioning from 328xi. X3 is excellent with all the needed safety features included in the standard options list - thank you BMW! i will be using this SAV for all my family trips.The pricing I was offered by Phil was very competitive and agreeable by me from the start. I also got a Loyalty bonus for being a previous BMW owner. Finally much thanks to Robert C. for making it all happen for me- for hanging in there, reviewing all the options, helping me get a custom order X3 with exactly the options I needed without pressuring me into a purchase. He couldn’t offer me my named price on my 328xi (trade-in) but I was given the flexibility to sell it elsewhere while still honoring the offered discounts on X3. I was Very impressed. Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury has been excellent. I brought them a non-running car and they diagnosed above and beyond the original issue to fix everything they found. Thankfully, they had previously recommended an extended warranty on my 2013 which covered nearly all of the work and parts. Plus I had a loaner for the entire time. Highly recommended.

Service was great…especially Bill, who was courteous and friendly. I appreciate the wash and vacuum. My only negative was that it took more than 2 hours for an oil change. An hour and a half would be more acceptable.

Terrible terrible service. Had an appointment at 7 Thursday September 16 for Shreyas with Josh and had to wait for 45 minutes just to get any attention from the sales rep. Asked multiple times to speak to any other sales representative but no progress. We already had a 1000 dollar deposit on a new car here and all we needed was design the car and place the order. The dealership at 8 and we didnt even have the time to finish all the stuff and get a test drive. With all that being said if you value your time I dont recommend anyone coming here.

The team (sales, service, management) and customer service at Sudbury BMW is of the best quality. I have been doing business with this dealership since 2016 and they continue to impress every time I go their. They roll out the red carpet for their long term customers the same way they do for their new customers. I literally drive by another BMW dealership on my way to Sudbury BMW, which adds another 30 minutes to my journey, but I would have done the same if the added drive would be an hour.

Salesmen are very pushy as can be expected with car sales, however they absolutely refused to price negotiate whatsoever on the used car I was looking at purchasing. Very atypical for selling cars. We cannot discount the price whatsoever as our algorithm has determined this is a fair price. Disregard the fact that they will tack on the typical fees and dealer fees and taxes that make the final and total price several thousand more than the price of the car that they said was a fair price.Additionally I was called daily for about 3 weeks and my email was inundated with Herb Chambers advertisements continuously until I had to very forcibly tell the salesmen I was not interested and add Herb Chambers to my spam filter.Overall 1 star for refusing to negotiate on a sale, but I will award 2 stars as I can appreciate the fact that all staff were courteous otherwise and impeccably dressed.
John was right on top of each step of the process of repairing my car. I hadnt driven my car much during the pandemic, so more work was required than I had initially expected because an important part had frozen from lack of use. Recognizing that this might be an unwelcomed surprise, he handled it well and very professionally.He was just the right level of communicative, he connected well, and I enjoyed the experience.Actually, every service adviser and employee who has assisted in servicing my vehicles at BMW Sudbury since it started has been great.

Updating my earlier post. It seemed that I had not received the 15% discount on my brake service that the coupon I received in the mail from BMW of Sudbury entitled me to. The dealer called to point out that the discount was applied on the invoice page after the page describing the brake service. I appreciated the follow up call and receiving the discount.
I recently purchased an X7 m50i from Jack O’Donovan at BMW of Sudbury. Jack was great throughout the process. He was patient with many questions and multiple test drives of different BMW vehicles over multiple different weekends. There was no pressure and honest assessments of BMW cars and competitors. He was regularly communicating with me once the car was ordered. In addition, Rami within the financial services team was great. He walked me through various options for warranties and finance, again with no pressure to buy. Overall, a great experience - I recommend working with Jack at BMW of Sudbury if you are interested in a new BMW.

I brought my wife’s car in for a few items including annA/C issue. Patrick Peterson, my service advisor, was very helpful in providing up to date info I needed to make a decision on the repairs. The dealership’s video communication really puts the customer in the trench’s with the tech so you can make an informed decision and trust the diagnosis.I only have this BMW dealership service my wife’s car and will continue to do so.
As usual the service department is really great, from advisor to mechanic. On the down side waiting area is a bit dulled and no coffee. The area used to be better. Areas to improve would be making the waiting area as it was before, clearer, water, coffee, etc. Dont cramp so many models in the sales area it makes it look cramped, have more loaners available in the meantime.
In response to the owners response to my wifes review (Angie Sun), we did not drive down to New York with the car. The owner obviously has no idea of what he is talking about. We were going to pay MSRP, so I wouldnt call it a great deal. They low balled us with the trade in offer, after two other dealers had offered twice as much for the trade in car as BMW Sudbury. Just to get the same trade value, we had to basically pull teeth to get an amount close to what was offered by others. As far as being informed of paying cash up front, we werent told until we were in the business office the next day, no one mentioned it the whole of Sunday, if they did, we wouldnt have allowed the whole thing to proceed as it did. We are extremely angry at the whole situation, as well as it seems the vacuous response of the owner, who doesnt have a clue.

He kept in contact with me and kept me apprised of the issue; when it appeared as though the car was going to take longer than initially expected, he was able to secure a courtesy vehicle for me so that I wasn’t without a car for the holiday weekend. BMW of Sudbury was hands down the best experience Ive had getting a car. This is my third BMW but my first time going through Herb Chambers. It was such a seamless and pleasant process and it was truly a result of the terrific team that works there. The Sales Manager (Alex Robbins), the Sales Consultant (Rob Cappalletti) and the Finance Manager (Tegan Von Wasserman) were outstanding, personable, straightforward and transparent throughout the entire process. I always find the process of financing a car to be stressful but they made it easy, quick and fun. The experience I had working with those three particular team members are reason alone for me returning to BMW of Sudbury in the future. Id recommend working with them to anyone looking to get into a new car. Bravo!
I scheduled a test drive for a vehicle and very quickly made the decision to purchase the car. I ended up in the dealership for over five hours, with excuses that they were “short staffed” and lies about how much longer it would take (we will come get you in 10 minutes, ended up being 45). I scheduled to pick up my car at a certain date and time but did not get confirmation from the dealership. I tried calling the salesperson and when that didn’t work I reached out to the finance manager, noting I knew this wasn’t her responsibility but was wondering if she could check in on the status of the pick-up. She wiped her hands clean saying her part was finished, and didn’t offer to help. When the salesperson finally confirmed the pick up date and time, 5 minutes before scheduled pick up he called me and asked me to come in two hours later. I said no as I was about to arrive at the dealership and although I was promised it would only be a few minutes, it was over an hour. The detail they performed on the car was the worst I’d ever seen. When I made comments, the salesperson attempted to buff some spots that should have been taken care of to no avail. No offer of free detail or anything to comp me for my wasted time and horrible detailing. I will definitely not be back.
I always get great service at BMW of Sudbury. Thats why Ive stayed with them for 20 years. They are polite, professional and considerate. I hope when Covid is over, they bring back the danish and cappuccino!
BMW sudbury fixed a couple of malfunctioning mirrors on my car and did an amazing job. The car is good as new, the process was very transparent.
Purchasing a gorgeous BMW sedan at BMW of Sudbury quickly became an extremely pleasant experience thanks to Client Advisor Jack O’Donovan and everyone else I met there. When I returned a few days later for a state inspection sticker, I was similarly surprised by a cordial reception and exceptionally high level of professionalism. So I certainly look forward to future visits.
Oulay was exceptional today with providing service at BMW Sudbury. He was knowledgeable and clear with information. He was able to accommodate the timeframe I had after explaining that a loaner car wasn’t possible for just an inspection and small part to be fixed. But he did say he could try to get one for me if necessary and I told him we could wait and see how things progressed. The wait was barely an hour long with a car wash included for time. He also didn’t charge me for labor which lowered my bill. He was friendly as well to add to the experience. I was very pleased and satisfied.
Sudbury at BMW was a destination for my car hunt. They have took a step forward and given me a competitive discount quote were no other BMW in the MA and CT has come forward daring to match that price. The time of my purchase was very bad given the Covid 19 crisis resulting to shortage of semi conductors chips as result that felt on new car stock. Especially i should thank Emanuel also known as Manny who was extremely helpful in the entire purchase process. Rami a financial director was extremely patient, Kind and professional and has spent nearly 2 plus hours with us during our check out day. Overall i would highly recommend this BMW center which is a a very different to other showrooms given their professional and supporting nature in welcoming the new customers.
It started out great with the test drive and then quickly went downhill from there:1. Destroyed my credit card deposit before running it.2. Could not find my credit application that I had filled out on line. I went to Herb Chambers, but not BMW of Sudbury. Apparently the dealerships can’t share info. They even ran a hard credit check.3. Gave me the wrong amount for the certified bank check. They ended up having to refund me money.4. Spend over 2 hours waiting for license plates as RMV kept rejecting. I get that, but I should have informed of the issue much earlier to assist.Overall too many incidents made it a frustrating experience. They can do better.

I recently had tire replaced under the tire warranty we purchased with the car. Since it was urgent they got me in fast. Everything was seamless and done as I waited in the lobby. Always nice to have a car serviced at bmw Sudbury.

We walked in on Thursday and were completely ignored. I will admit, they were pretty busy but quite a few employees walked by us and didn’t even acknowledge our existence. A simple hello would have gone a long way. We walked out and will take our business elsewhere

John, our service specialist kept me informed throughout the process and my car was very well taken care with all the issues addressed and washed and cleaned. Couldn’t have been pleased more. Update (moving up to 3*): We had to take the car in for an issue with the door sensor and Mackenzie was great in informing us of the progress on the work. I got a loaner at the time of dropping off my car (lesson learned from my experience below).Earlier review:The servicing of the car was done as expected. But the communication aspect of the service was terrible this time around.I had taken in the car for a regular oil change. They found an issue with the gasket and realized that needed extra time for that work. There was even a nice video of what needed to be done, which was good. I asked the service agent for a loaner in the afternoon and was promised one by evening. I received no calls about the loaner. I called and left a message for the service person with no response. I called again closer to the closing time and the supervisor promised to call me with the status of the loaner immediately. Got no call back and no loaner. The next afternoon I got a call saying that the car was nearly ready. I was offered a car detail in exchange for the inconvenience caused, but that does not make up for the lack of communication.I’ve been to this place so many times, and this is the first time it was this bad, so this experience was very disappointing.
My new car was delivered several weeks ago, and this is to complementan impressive sales team and the salesman, Robert Cappelletti. Robertis professional, knowledgeable about his product and exudes enthusiasmabout BMW automobiles. I drove three different models during whichhe thoroughly explained basics and equipment operation in clear, easilyunderstandable terms. BMW of Sudbury has always taken care of me. Ive had a 2016 X5 and now a 2019 X7. Ive always gone to this dealership to purchase my BMWs, service them, and regularly maintain them. BMW of Sudbury consistently provides excellent customer service, always trying to understand what the issues are. They do their best to be quick, which is never a problem since Ive always been given the convenience of a loaner vehicle. Highly recommend BMW of Sudbury!
I bought my vehicle at Herb Chambers of Sudbury and prefer to get it serviced here even though there is another Dealership nearer to my house. The experience in all aspects, this dealership is excellent and they make everything convenient and easy. And yes, the facility is state of the art and great.Oulay Inthaphone was my Service Advisor and he was excellent and explained all the necessary issues and helped resolved them. Brought in my 3 series for an emergency tire replacement. Also got my brake fluid service while I waited. Elmin Jonuz was my service advisor and he communicated clearly my options and was very helpful.
