The owner James was very sweet, he made sure i liked every nail before he finished. The overall service was great and they will definitely be seeing me again!!

My first time there and definitely won’t be my last. Had my nails done last week at another salon and they did a horrible job. I took all my nails off and went here and got a full set that I absolutely love. Anna is my new tech and if she’s not there I’m not there. Thanks Anna love my nails and my wax.

This use to be ocean nails and get bought out. Now it’s tip top nail 3. Way over priced for there services. Never have enough people for everyone who is there. Had an appointment and they took people they wanted ahead of us. Did even get what I wanted done.

I was so disappointed with the service, I needed gel removed from my nails and the person who did my manicure did not soak it off, he used a tool to grind it off and he damaged my natural nails. It was the worst manicure I have ever received, he forgot that I requested white tips on the manicure and had me dry my nails and when I asked about the white tips, he said he would have to start over!! I had to actually shape my nails myself after I got home! I will never use this shop again and I will NOT recommend it.

Love love love this shop!!! Affordable and the nail techs give you their best efforts! I’ve been a loyal customer for about 3 years I’ve only stopped going recently because I moved back to Louisville but I amconsidering making the drive just for the phenomenal service. Their medicures are awesome!

The employees were extremely nice. The issue is that I asked for matte black gel nail polish. My nails were painted regular black and then wiped down with nail polish remover to take away some of the shine and called matte. Not only was I charged $30 for a color I didnt ask for, the polish now has little dips all in it from where the remover took some of the polish off in places. I wish they had turned out better because the people were so sweet I would want to give them my business.

Ocean Nails is the best! I will not go anywhere else. I have been going there for over 2 years. Anna always takes the best care of me and my nails look fabulous and are as strong and as healthy as ever! They are not over priced and offer anything you want. I make appointments or call ahead and never have to wait. Do not waste your time going anywhere else!

Ocean Nails is great. I always make appointments with Helen. She does my manicures and pedicures every two weeks and they always look great. Helen is awesome. Ive been going to her for almost two years. She always remembers what colors Ive liked in the past and if I didnt like a color and have forgotten shell remember and remind me that I didnt like it. She has a great memory lol. The shop is always clean. You can do walk-ins but I prefer appointments and Ive never had to wait.

Got the deluxe pedicure with my friend about 2 weeks ago. They served us right away and were really nice during our pedicures, but the man who rung us up was super rude. Kept calling us baby and joked about how me and my friend looked (he kept asking about my height and literally asked my friend what have you been eating). It just ruined the whole experience for me and I wont be back. Not to mention 2 weeks later half the nail polish had chipped off when it lasts twice as long if I just paint my own toe nails.

I love the atmosphere at this establishment! Staff members are very kind and accommodating. My special technician is Helen. she always has patience with me! Im very picky and pay attention to detail and Helen is the perfect technician that accommodates me in that manner! Not too knock the other technicians, Ive never had them work on me, however, the very first visit here, Helen gave me full service manicure and pedicure and I was very pleased from day one. Im always fortunate to go visit when the crowd is at a minimal of maybe two or three other patrons! I love to visit here to get my nails done since I want to always feel pampered without having screaming kids running around. Lol!... When I go to a nail spa I want to feel pampered and that is what I get when I visit here! 💅👣

I looked everywhere in the Huntsville Madison area to find a nail tech that could get my nails just like I like them. Helen is just amazing if I were rating just her it would be 5 starts she always does my nails the way I like them and I only had to explain it to her once now I can just go to see her and pick my color and move on she listens to what you ask and dose it perfectly my only complaint is try to actually call and get a appointment with her it seems every time I have to actually drive there and hope she is available.

I was recommended to go to this shop by a friend. I went in for a dip powder set and everything was fine until the lady who was doing my nails started to rush because another customer came in. She eventually handed me off to another tech so they could finish my nails. The next day, i woke up and all of my nails were cracking off. I called to inform them about what happened and to ask for my money back, but they got an attitude and said the most they could do was redo my nails. When i arrived to get them redone, she had an attitude with me and was rude about redoing my nails. I will never go back to this shop. Awful customer service and cheap products.

They do a good job BUT THEY REALLY JACKED UP THE PRICES!!!! They charging 20 for gel polish. They’re really over charging due to COVID-19 and they’re not gonna tell you until you’re all finish and you pay.

I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time, and I’m new to the area so decided to check this place out. I was helped right away and the guy who did my nails, Tommy, was AWESOME!! He was so nice, and gave me suggestions on what to get. I definitely recommend this place, it’s well worth the price! I will be coming back here again for sure.

Love getting manicures from here and pedicures but they need to stop cutting the sides of toes to “get rid of ingrown toe nails” because everytime they do that my toe is in pain and now one of my toes looks infected and has a blister because they cut the sides of my toe nails

I will never go back. I have dip powder on my nails and they charged me $5 to take it off. I’ve had my nail done there two previous times and they didn’t charge me. I’ve never seen a salon charge to take off shellac or dip powder especially when they are the ones who put it on. $40 is way too much. When I questioned her about she acted as if she did me a favor because she didn’t charge to take it off before. Definitely my last visit there. Too many other options in the area.

This place is the best! I always call ahead and make sure Tommy will be available to do my nails, and he kills it every time. He’s very intricate and you can tell it’s his own personal policy to not let you leave with anything less than perfect; it rarely happens, but if he’s not satisfied with something he did then he will redo it...without you having any idea that it needed to be. Often his standards for my nails are higher than my own lol. He’s so personable and hilarious, and it’s never boring. Everyone (that I’ve encountered) at Ocean’s is wonderfully skilled! Go here!

Tommy is my guy ! Always satisfied . I’ve only been disappointed when he is rushing and doesn’t execute the twinning of my nails.. ultimately if you tell him to fix them for not being identical he will.

New owners have updated the place, including using pedicure bowl liners and not using a Cheese grater like the previous owner. Anna, who was my tech, was very friendly and my pedicure was great.
