This was my first time using this nail shop. It was quite busy but well worth the wait. Josie did my mani pedi and she did amazing work. She fixed my toenail issues and took her time to make sure I was happy despite it being her birthday. I will definitely be back to see her. My nails are usually short, but she accomplished short nail perfection!!

Everyone working is so personable and friendly. Great service, clean salon, good value for money. Evan went the extra mile with my fingernail and toenail color making sure I was pleased before leaving. Will definitely return.

Came for pedi/mani. Staff nice but Busy. Had to wait even though I came before one other person who did not have an appointment like I. The pedi was completely rushed. I finished before the person sitting beside me who was 20 minutes.I just got the pedi. And decided to try the nail spa down the street.I usually tip great but I just stuck with the 20%. If there’s no time to do my pedi, I don’t have time to reach for an extra dollar

Amazing experience. They were SO FREAKING NICE. I feel like I have 5 new BFF’s who all give good foot rubs and do amazing mani’s.Jo was fantastic and got my spaghetti feet in shape, and Kevin gave me the perfect French dip for my sisters wedding. I felt at home. I felt heard. I embarrassed myself but we won’t talk about that. 10/10 I am their newest regular.

This was my first time at Serenity and I could NOT be happier! I have tried a few salons lately and this one is a winner by far!! Jason is GREAT and did a polish pedicure and a gel manicure on me. He gave me the prettiest manicure I have ever received bc his attention to detail is impeccable. He even helped me pick out an awesome fall color with some flare since Halloween is this week. Needless to say.... I’ll see y’all again in a few weeks and will tell all my friends and fam about Serenity!

Always professional even when I let my toes turn into dragon nails!! They do a wonderful job on all of there services. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but it is well worth it.

This is the best manicure Ive ever had. Hands down no question...the best. My hands were in rough shape and a woman did the majority of it. But then another man finished but he also spent some extra time on my cuticles as well. The color is beautiful! For the first time, in a long time, my hands look beautiful. Staff is friendly with thri clients and seem to really enjoy their jobs and working with each other. The atmosphere is light and comical! I cant wait to go back for a pedicure in a few weeks!!

We waited 2.5 hours to get manicures and they were done ok. The prices at $15 more for the same services in the Nashville area and this was in the burbs of Jackson MS. I will not be back it was not “serenity” at all.

It was my first time trying this place, and I have to say that I was really impressed. It was a great atmosphere, and Kevin did an amazing job. I was very pleased, and I intend on going back again.

I am from California and I am the pickiest customer you know. I was highly recommended to come to the salon and it is an absolute must stop every single time I’m in town. In fact I come on the first day I arrive and the last day I leave because the manicure and pedicure‘s last so long and they are so outstanding. Honestly I can’t even find anything that compares where I live in San Francisco. Tram and her team Our expert’s and it is honestly the absolute best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever received. Ive been twice. I got the feeling that appointments were preferred. My first experience was very good. A man provided my service. He asked all of the right questions to be sure that he was designing my nails to please me. I wish I asked his name. My second visit was horrible. The female was very rude and constantly verbally communicated with the owner the majority of the time I was in her chair. The female did not remove all of the gel previously applied to my nails. I feared that I would need the service again in one week instead of three weeks because the application was not applied on an appropriately prepared surface. The polish was lumpy and left bubbles and separations on my nail bed. I kept trying to point out the flaws including I mentioned three times that the lady was applying the French White Polish too wide and the lady continued as if she could fix the mistake along the way. Finally I had to be firm to avoid paying more than I normally pay for service that wasnt going to last. The lady finally agreed to remove the application and start over. This was an awful time consuming experience. I paid and complimented the final application. However, my nails were not shaped, the French white is a different width on each nail and I have so many places that snag. This place is really nice and close to my house. However, I have paid less and receive far better. I guess the only way to be sure that you get a good person will be to learn their names and make an appointment.

Went in as a walk in and was told the wait would be about 45 minutes. They honored their time and got us in as quick as they could. The service was great and loved my manicure. Would highly recommend.

I live in Madison and have not found a good nail salon close to home, I usually travel outside of the county to get good service. I decided to try a new salon today and I must say that I had an Experience! I was greeted at the door, relaxing atmosphere and the Herbal Pedicure was AMAZING!!! I didnt feel like a number and I think thats what we all want is the experience and thats what I received today. Halle was outstanding and paid attention to detail. I will be back!

I will only use Serenity Nail Spa from here on out! My experience was fabulous and the service was 5 star! The spa had such a relaxing and soothing feel from the minute I walked in the door. Kevin (one of the owners) did my solar nails and they looked wonderful. During my service, I was with a group of friends and they were getting pedicures, they loved their experience, too. I loved seeing that the nail specialist used brand new liners for the pedicure tubs and new buffers and files for the feet. Kevin told me that once they use the materials on one customer they throw away the used tools and sterilize the metal ones. The cleanilness, friendly service, and relaxing atmosphere has made a customer for life!

Ive never had to wait, but I usually go during less busy times or have an appointment. Even if I did have to wait, its totally worth it!! They take theyre time when working on you. Ive never felt like I was on a factory line!! They really care for their clients. My polish, just a regular polish, will hold for almost a month. I like everything about this place!!

Nails looked good for 5 days and then started chipping. I’ve been getting dip nails for at least a year and never had them start chipping in the first week. I have had these for less than 2 weeks and they look horrible.... I have 5 nails already noticeably chipped. And they are twice as expensive as the place I’ve always gone to. I will never ever go back here.

Be prepared to wait at least 1 hour if not more. They are not very attentive and dont mind making you wait. What they do is they will tell you someone will be with you shortly, making you feel like you are going to be tended to, then they will place you somewhere and then you wait there for another 30 minutes. I have gone here several times and its the same each time. I have even gone on different days and still super busy. I guess because of it being so close to the gluckstadt area and it is a nice clean place they know business will not slack. I have left twice due to the wait being outrageous and not being tended to, they have sat me in pedicure water for more than 30 minutes, when finally I had to remove myself, put my shoes back on and leave. This last time I went, I did the wait because I had absolutely nothing to do and my fiance was paying for my nails to be done for my birthday and it would have taken more time to find another place to go so I just waited - while I waited, SEVERAL customers walked out saying they would make appts or they would be back. I honestly dont think appts are any better, may try that next time to see how that works out. But I have seen ladies walk in with appts and still have to wait??? The services are OK, they will be quick to charge you things without telling you up front, as in soaking off nails or old nail polish. They are also very expensive. Good luck!

First experience and it was horrible. I waited for about 10 mins and then a nail tech by the name of Kevin asked me to pick out a color. I got my color and sat at Kevin’s station. I waited another 20 mins and then I asked another lady “Where is Kevin”. Her reply was that he was in the back eating. He never mentioned that or even as a courtesy, let me know that he will be back in a few. I politely got up and left. I called back to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, Kevin answered. He was very condescending and declined to let me speak with someone else after I asked twice. So rude. I asked if the manager was available. He said no, they are home preparing for the super bowl smh. I didn’t see a need to tell me that. I asked for the manager’s name and he said to call back. Horrible.

Disappointing experience! Waited an hour and forty five minutes for a pedicure.....I decided to just leave. Warning....walk-ins are not welcomed, an appointment is needed unless you have 2-3 hours to wait.
