The lady cut her finger about four times and the work was beyond POOR QUALITY for the first two pictures! Then for the last ones the man did the white on my nails and made them super thick looking. will not be back

Stopped in on Wednesday for a simple eyebrow wax and ended up getting severely burned by the wax. The technician said nothing and I assumed it was only a minor burn until I developed a scab over my eyebrow that is still present 3 days later.

The manager Anthony Koung did my friends nails & she paid $90 they are lumpy POOR quality & he was rude when she told him to fix it because it was not what she asked for nor worth $90.Super rude & not professional for so called “manager”& then he told us “don’t come back”

I am unsure of the other ratings, but felt I should write/rate my experience! This place was AWESOME! They offered anything I wanted! No questions asked! This will be my new to-go place!!!P.s. I gave 4/5 stars only because I wish their website was more up-to-date with pricing/services offered etc 💜UPDATE: After getting my nails done with gel a few days later half of my nails broke! I then went back in and got them fixed and was told they would add more layers to the thickness. Remind you, I had to pay for it. Okay so I do this and then few days later 4 broke roughly the same time. I had to pay to fix this too! He also kept switching the price on me!!this point, I am going to try other places out! BUT most places in Madison cannot or dont know how to do designs, so I would come back ONLY to get a design!!4 star rating to a 2******

The man did my nails i told him i wanted coffin Shape i also paied 55 for long when it came time for length he said right here…he didnt give me a chance to speak ..he cut it not and it wasnt the length i wanted so the he porceds to to cut for my shape ..He cust it wrong i told him it didnt look like the shape i wanted he got an attitude a said its not done he continued to do my nail the more it didnt look like the shape i wanted he had a very bad attitude and told me not to come back to the shop😂..very unprofessional..

I had my nails done by Anothony, DONT go to this salon they will line up as many people as they can . Then rush through your nails and do a horrible job! . They are money hungry and then disrespectful when you report a problem!My nails did not even last six days 😡!

I wasnt allowed the nails i wanted to begin with. The man with the reddish hair rushed my nails and drilled a hole to my nail bed and its super painful. I also didnt realize till he finished that his hamd was bleeding and oozing for my whole manicure. And he didnt wear gloves or bandages 🤮 now im in pain worried about infection and cant even take the injured nail off because its an open wound amd acitone would burn.

They did a really good job on my nails and my eyebrows i loved it and the overall experience was amazing good customer service

My experience here is always been great- I speak on their acrylic nail services. I have worked with Anthony and an older woman and they are awesome. So detailed, they shape nails well, they’re thin and lay flat on the nail bed (I know some ladies like thick nails that are rounded- I’m not one of those). I would give them that 5th star If the place was cleaner and everyone did an amazing job like the ones I mentioned earlier. Give them a try!

Aweful! Paid almost $100 for gel mani and gel pedi. Both nails and toes chipped within 3 days. They had a very rude attitude about me asking to have them correctly do my pedicure. They dont do good work . Ive been there three times and every service was bad and didnt last.Ill go to the other nail salon at East Towne, Best Nails salon in East Towne mall, they do a much better job. Ive also gone to the nail spa across from East Towne by Noodle & Co, they are good too.But, Ill never go back here again.

Don’t waste your money. I’ve tried this place 2-3 times and their gel manicures chips within 24hrs. Their rude when you ask them to fix it and before the week is done half your gel has come off anyways. There are several good places outside the mall that are reasonable and do good work.

Horrible customer service. The owner has no interest in hearing from the customers. I was a customer for years and only worked with Kim, she went on vacation for six weeks so I had the owner do a fill. I was over charged and rushed out. I went in to discuss my concerns and he flat out told me he didn’t care. Which was obvious by the lack of clients.

The staff were nice and we were able to all get in at the same time, we had a party of 3, but the chairs were broke, the water was cold, it was a rush to get us done, the equipment and tools are shared and for one of us who did not get the whole pedicure, it was still full price. Very disappointed, I am hoping we dont get any type of infection or fungus. If they would sanitize and clean things up, it wouldnt be that bad...sorry.

Well it was my first time here and I had a older Asian man that looks very fit did my nails and he made them beautiful... you know that feeling you hoping that this guy won’t funk up your nails like the last guy did? Well I felt like that the whole time during my session! It felt very fast than usual and he wasn’t so rough when he filed my nails. Worlds fastest 10 minute pedicure. The gentleman literally just painted my nails. I could have done that at home and saved $30.

My mom and I went here bc we were in a hurry and had a wedding to go to after. When we got there we thought the people were friendly, but as we sat and waited for our turn we could tell they were taking bad about some of the customers. When it was our turn the lady doing my nails was very rough and even cut two of my fingers. She didn’t apologize at all. She didn’t even let me choose a shape for the nails. Don’t go here, my fingers hurt very bad. My mother also didn’t get the shape she wanted.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Considering the location, they often have people stopping by in waves. Normally you can get in pretty quickly, but sometimes there is a bit of a wait. Not a super glamorous nail salon, however $45 for a full set with gel polish, you get great nails for a super reasonable price!

I had a older man do my nails I have a middle length coffin acrylics but as he was doing the nails he was yelling at me telling me not to move(which I wasn’t) and even cut me 2 times and didn’t say sorry or nothing my paint on my nails are also starting to bubble up remind u I’m 11 Turing 12 next month but this place is a waist of time I think and I don’t plan on coming back ever and that’s my 3rd time there getting acrylics

I am rating 5 stars because of the customer service I received. I opted for my usual ombre nails but wanted to do colored ombre. They did not have the colors available. only basic colors. The lady who did my nails was surprisingly chatty which i appreciated because I was having a bad day.

If I could give this place a negative I would.. the owner is so rude and overcharges for a lumpy job on nails.. I’ve come here for a few months and anytime I ask someone a question they answer it nicely and I always tip no matter what I get.. I asked him about a price and he got defensive and starting saying “I’ve been doing this 10years and you can go somewhere else” all because I asked about a price difference respectfully. Never go here the service isn’t worth it, this was just conveniently close to my home but now I will travel if I have to not to deal with horrible service.

On several occasions I witnessed them not sanitize the foot baths between customers. Just drain old water, refill and begin with the next person. DISGUSTING. Ive also watched them not clean their tools between people either. They just use them and place back in the box, and move on to next customer. Very unsanitary and unprofessional

My pregnant wife went in and came out crying. She asked them to fix something and the owner just yelled at her. Very scary. They should be shut down. Horrible customer experience

Took both my younger girls there today to get their nails painted.Within 1 hour, one set of painted nails had already had 5 nails peel/fall off, then 2 more an hour later.And then later today, my oldest is also seeing that her polish is coming off as well.It didnt cost a ton of money to get done, but it was still $10 plus $3 for tip to get them done, and they didnt even last a few hours.I would expect them to stay painted at least for a day! My cheap $1 nail polish from home lasts longer them this stuff did :(

Avoid this place at all cost. They did the worst job I have ever seen in my 16 years of getting my nails done. It was pointless to complain and the only reason I went there was because someone had given me a gift certificate to this place. I cant even fully explain how awful the experience was. But I am now embarrassed of my nails and just want to wear gloves to hide them. The technician hurt me on purpose by dipping the nail tip into acrylic and then putting it on the glue on the nail. The acrylic reacted to the super glue heating up quickly and getting very hot burning each of my nails..... I asked why he was doing this. He said it make the nail stay on longer. BS. He was mad I wouldnt do gel which cost more and is easier for them to do. I will never go back to this place and what is the4 point of complaining I dont want a credit to their service. They should be closed down and banned from business. Nasty people.

Never again. I went with a friend to go get manicures and they wouldnt let us sit next to each other even though there was on open spot. The technician simply just didnt want to move. Then I noticed that my French tip didnt cover my whole nail on multiple fingers, he assured me that it would be fixed but never did. I complained and they just started going off in a different language so I gave up. Please take your money somewhere else.

Ive been here plenty of times before. Today my pedi was taken care of by someone new, she was trying to rush and she cut me. First toe, right off the bat. Not good. No bandaid or bandage was offered, nor was an apology. At the end of the service, she wasnt sure how to use the credit card machine... clearly shes brand new. Now Im left to wonder if shes even licensed. Ill find a new place next time.

I went to this place on a Thursday 03/16/17 because I was going on vacation on Friday, by Monday 03/20 the end of my nails were Turing back/dark I came back home on Wednesday and went back to this place to explain the guy I was not happy, I suppose was the material they use.. I have done my nails in other places and they have NEVER turn or look this way!! the guy say was my fault because I cook ( really??? who cook on there vacations??I didnt even have time to cook! ) and that was the reason why the nails look that way, and Im not allow to returned to this place to have my nails done again ... .. Of course Im not coming back to this place! and Im not going to recommended neither!

Even though the salon is not luxurious, the people are friendly and they do a good job. They work extremely long hours for commission and tips only. Due to their location, they get a lot of walkin customers, young people, low class people. All of whom do not tip well if at all.It could be better, but who else is open to do your nails at 8pm?! Good in a pinch.

You’ve been warned: do NOT go here. My mom and I went here on a Sunday evening (because other places were already either closed or booked) and we won’t be back.They asked what my mom wanted she told them whichever is fastest a fill or just removing the old acrylic and then a gel manicure. They said ok a fill. But then ended up removing instead which I thought was odd concidering they told her they were going to fill. But whatever. The way this guy was removing her nail was nothing I’ve seen before. And I do nails! He was using different artificial nail to pry off the nail and was my mom in pain!! We both told him that your supposed to soak but he ignored us! He was not very friendly at all and didn’t speak much to us during the time we were there.There was a huge language barrier that was obvious throughout the whole salon because I overheard another client saying she didn’t ask for what she had got.Although the lady who did my nails was nice and my nails looked nice at first....my nail chipped just four days after getting my gel manicure.Sorry but I’ll be going elsewhere for my manicures or just do them myself like I normally do.

This place was terrible. although they had great costumer service. my mom took me here which is not our norm place. we went there and i realized they didnt have dip nails wixh is what i normally get so i decided it was a great opportunity to get gel nails. they didnt have many color options i wanted a light blue and they only had 1 shade. it was close enoogh to the color i was looking for so i got that shade on both my hands and feet.everything looked well till the day after when i realized that there were bubbles on my fingers and like the polish wasnt applied evenly. i asked my freind if she ever got bubbles while she had gel and she said yes but they would go away. a week later more and more bubbles kept on showing up and some turned brown also actually 6 days after i got them 2 of the nails fell off. worst nail salon.

Horrible place to go for a pedicure they did the worst job ever. Stay away from this place, I will not return. Even my 6 years old can paint better and they reuse their dirty equipments too🤕Still I give the man $10 tips because he does a horrible job. The guy that works there is very rude. Twice been there and nail polishes chipped that day. Even the gel polish that he kept harping at me about. They also need to stop disrespecting customer rifriin front of them. U do nails and arent even very good.

Do not waste your time and money coming here. I wanted to treat myself to acrylic nails last week and I was shopping in the mall so I just thought I would get my nails done. They made me wait for over 2 hours for my nails to dry, and the acrylics they used were just terrible. The polish and acrylic started chipping off after 2 days. I will never go back, and on topof all of this they are very unfriendly.

I have never in my life had my nails done so thick and sloppy in my life. And two weeks after getting them off i still have hole where ahe dug the nail file in my nail bit. I will never get my nails done there in my life...

Place is a joke. After going here for a year religiously I stopped because the last three times I was overcharged and couldnt get what I asked for. Was in the area and decided to give them one last try. Glutten for punishment I guess. After calling to make sure my tech was there I get there only to be told he stepped out for an hour. An hour and half later he strolls in and waits on someone else. NEVER AGAIN!

I’m a boy and yes I went there to just get my toe nail trimmed and they did the worse thing to have my toe hurt and bleed a little. I was only 6 or 7 years old.

Where do I begin!?! My friend and I went in to get our nails FILLED and they took her nails COMPLETLY off and tried to only put polish on her nails. Once we explained it to them 5 different times she wants a fill like mine they got it right. We were then charged to for there mess up. 2 fills that were supposed to cost $70.00 ended up costing over $100! Awful service and the technicians were YELLING at us!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They just laugh at you when they mess up and then refuse to fix it. I will NEVER be back. Dont do it.

I am the most peaceful and loving person and I am mortified by my experience today. I took my 2 daughters to get our nails done and mine were not only crooked and mis shaped and all different lengths depending on which finger you look at, and not only did it hurt the whole time the guy was doing my nails... but immediately afterwards they were bleeding underneath and it HURTS BAD! I said something because I was very unhappy with the way they looked (I could have done my own acrylic nails at home and did a better job).... but what I will not let go is the fact that when I said something they made a huge spectical of me! The 2 men were yelling and laughing at me and got the other people (customers) involved and were pleading their case to make me look like I was ridiculous! My pinky nails dont even have a tip on them that is how short they are shaved down. As the 2 men treated me just awful and the guy who did my nails stared me down as to try and intimidate me (didnt work), there was 1 girl who was trying to be helpful (she seemed embarrassed by their actions) but even she could only offer to file the rest of them down as short as the ones that were already hurting which is just mind blowing.... or I could have had them soaked in acetone and ripped off and have them start over. Obviously when my nails underneath are already BLEEDING that is not a good choice for my well being and I tried to explain that to her, but she then got mad too and said I was just trying to talk and keep the problem going. So she offered to take $5 off for my troubles! I asked her hasnt anyone ever stood up for themselves in here before? because I just knew this couldnt not have been an isolated incident.When we were done, one of my daughters showed me her nails and although they werent as bad as mine they were horrible! She had acrylic all over her hands and skin.I do not think the guy that did my nails nor the girl that did hers are certified and licensed... CANT BE...I will never step foot in there again and I hope that someone puts a stop to this place

Not very many steps were done when i got my mani/pedi. I been to plenty of nail salons and the process was way more in depth than here. When i left my feet felt as if i had soaked them in water then pit lotion on. They were not smooth at the bottom like theyve been at other nail salons. Idc how long its been since my last pedi, i should not have rough feet after one day. When u get a pedi they are supposed to give a a massage on ir feet n legs. Here i got a massage for about 30 seconds. U know how ur feet n back hurts and u ask one of ur kids to rub it and they half ass do it cause they really dont wana fo it for u. That is exactly how the massage felt for 30 seconds. And on top of that, my polish is awful on my fingers. I got colored tips. And now that i look, i have a big drop of nail polish on each nail that isnt smooth like its supposed to be. The staff was nice tho. The wait wasnt long. Its very dark. Not much lighting. And can u believe after paying $115.00 for my sister and i to get mani/pedis, i still have a hang nail. No wont be going back. Dont u waste ur money. Trust me. Give it to someone who actually will take time out to do ur nails right. I give the staffs treatment of customers 4 stars but the work performed i give a half a star.

When I left it looked like I needed a pedicure, $48 down the drain. Sooo disappointed!!!

Literally tore my cuticles apart instead of trimming them, yelled at me bc I took to long to pic a color (two mins) which he had me do in the middle of my appt ???, didnt paint my full nail, and constantly threw my hands away when he was finished w whatever he was doing. Oh and my entire appt took fifteens mins total ... for a full acrylic set. All because I wouldnt upgrade to gel.

This place is literally a joke. I had my nails done for less than a week before one of them cracked. I went to get it fixed to be told it would be $5. When I checked that it would be with the same color, mine are the color changing gel polish, the price changed to $25 for one nail! When I asked why they said the $5 was just to fix the nail and that it was $20 for the color. Are you serious?! Then when I asked how much it was to get them all taken off I was told $15. I asked if I could just get them removed because it wasnt worth $25 for one nail, they told me they didnt have time, to go home they were busy and come back the next day. So over this place!

Nasty as hell those people did my little girls nails yesterday by that night the nail color came off. I sent them back the next day and they shooed them off and said no. I called the guy told me we dont guarentee and he said Whatever! Im like really! Do Not go there. They also need to be reported I should have been the one but Karma is a MF. The guy soaked my nails off and poured the solution back in the bottle ewwww never went back. The only reason my daughter was there bc I didnt take her. Im pissed. Unprofessional nasty MF
