I had a 6:30 appointment and the guy who did my ombré nails did not rush at all even though it was past closing time. He did an excellent job and took his time to make sure my nails were perfect. All of the staff was super friendly. The facility was clean and I could tell the nail tools were regularly cleaned. This was probably one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. I will say to not make an appointment online. They don’t look at those so just make sure you call. I would definitely recommend this place!

Well that wasnt fun or relaxing. The women who massaged my legs left bruises all up and down my legs, even after asking her to stop. They also gave me two different colors! I told them they didnt match and they said they would when they dried. Fat chance. Dont go. Not nice.

Asked for dip nails. Nail tech bragged about how most salons don’t do them correctly. The nails we uneven, and the dip wasn’t smooth. It looked like waves. It was the worst dip I’ve ever gotten. Will never go back.

I did the number two pedicure and oh my goodness it was the best pedicure I have had in my 40 year life. Very professional very nice very clean. Did an excellent job on my toes! I will be back over and over again thank you guys very much

Made an appt online and got a confirmation that the request was received, stating a confirmation for the appt would come shortly. After more than 12 hours, I called to confirm the appt, and was told they dont look at the online appts. Fine, whatever! Got an appt over the phone and went in.Upon arrival, I showed the gentleman the design I wanted and asked if he could do acrylic nails like the picture. He said he could. However, he didnt do the design. I stopped him as he started to put the top coat on and asked about it. He said it was too late for the design I wanted and he said I could pick a sticker to go on top. Fine, whatever!So, just a fair warning, if you want anything specific, I would refrain from going to this establishment.

Not a fan. I looked up the price ahead of time on their website and asked the price when I booked the appointment. After the appointment I was given a different amount and told prices went up. I left with the gel polish on my nails looking like its already chipping around the cuticle because it was painted so unevenly.

Had a very horrible experience there today. I was very much looking forward to trying some place new due to the positive reviews this placed had. I usually am not a picky person, nor the type of person to leave a review. However, I got a pedicure today and left with both big toes blending due to how short they were cut. My boyfriend waited with his feet in cold water for over 45 minutes and no one ended up giving him a pedicure and we left. Unfortunately, won’t be going back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have tried to get mani and pedi done here on 3 separate days at different times. Each time I was told they couldnt help me because there was only one person there. Not, can you wait and I can help you when I am done with this customer, just, no, we cant help you.

Overall a nice experience. Was able to get French tips over my lunch hour.

I went for just a polish removal and was greeted quickly and worked on quickly. It wasn’t busy of course but I enjoyed the service the older lady provided. She was very nice and friendly, most importantly, she was gentle! Definitely recommend.

They were very affordable only 40$ for acrylic gel. They weren’t rough with my nails like most places are so I didn’t leave bleeding which is always good . Tipped them 20 they definitely deserved it!

Made a reservation for a deluxe spa pedicure online, arrived, and was told that you have to call. They don’t honor the reservations made online on their website. When we asked why that option is on their website and why we got a text confirming our appointment, she just turned her back and walked away.

If I was a state board inspector I would give them a perfect score. As a salon owner for 15 years, I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

I went for the dipped nails. The girl who did them was efficient and they looked great, but they were not durable. Several broke within a week. I went back and let them know what happened. Steven immediately sat me down and redid them so they were perfect; and much stronger. THIS is what I expected and they did the right thing. I will do business with them whenever I need a mani or pedi!

I dont like that theres not many techs available to perform services but when i go i have no problem getting in and out. The quality of nails is nice and i like the personality of the owner. Hes very personable. Would highly recommend.

One of the worst nail places around! Ive lived in Huntsville all my life and was excited to try a new place- my nails look worse than when I got there. Dont go!!

I went in to this nail place for a pedi, asked for the jelly deluxe the technician had no idea what she was doing. I did complain however the establishment did nothing about the issue to correct it. My toes and feet looked about the same as when I went in. This will be the last time I try this place or a different place than the usual. So disappointed!

I absolutely adore this nail salon!! Their prices are reasonable and the technicians are kind. I do the powder manicure and it lasts for at least 3 weeks. I will never go anywhere else!!

I went to change the color of my nails, brought my own nail polish and they charge me $10. I could have get a acrilic fill in in my regular salon for $15(color change and fill). Needless to say, never comming back.

First time going here and thought they were friendly people. However within 1 week of having my nails, I noticed that I had a FUNGUS growing under one of my nails. I have NEVER had this happen, in the 10+ years I have gotten my nails done. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Doesnt deserve any stars. Thats just GROSS and unsanitary to say the least...

Worst nail place ever. Daughter had nails put on and they glued them to her skin!! Also techs ask very personal questions and persist even when you indicate that youd rather not talk. Never again.

I had my eyebrows and top lip waxed here one time but one time was all it took! When they pulled the strips off after putting them over the wax, it took my skin with the hair!

Don’t. I’ve already wasted too much money and time to give a lengthy review of all the things wrong... just don’t go here.
