Terrible customer service. Booked an appointment for 2 people, arrived and wasnt able to sit next to my friend as requested. I witnessed one customer get their finger cut and asked the tech to please stop. The tech put an unknown ointment on the open cut. Very unsanitary. Very unprofessional when the customer requested they stop. Not a great experience.

Worst pedicure and dip manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. I keep retrying this place because it’s so close to my house but every time it gets worse and worse. The man was filing my finger not my nail to the point where I left gushing blood. They were all thick and crooked, I requested a women who had good reviews and ended up with another person.

I usually go here . not that good but up the street from my house so its easier to go there . i called yesterday to see how much a full set with gel polish would be with a design on all of my nails . they were very rude and said $65 and i said thank u and hung up . i called again today to make a appointment and just to double check i asked how much it would be WITHOUT a designs ! she got very angry and yelled at me and said you called me yesterday asking to and im not gonna get a call from you every single day ! i dont know why you keep calling like the prices arent a gonna change i did not know what to say since im only 13 so i just said um okay thanks and hung up . i did not call them a hundred times like she said . i called them once yesterday and that was it . I only have $65 so i was making sure it wouldnt go over the limit . she was very rude and i will not be going here anymore . instead i will be going to luxury nails and spa down the street. i heard they are much better and NICER ! i am disappointed. i hope they know that them treating people bad doesnt help them or benefit them! very shocked and surprised . might need to take anger management. LOL !

Work is quick and good. Sometimes it is tough to get an appointment especially for weekends.

I had asked for square nails and 4 of my nails were not even with the rest. They gave me 2 layers of nail polish but u could still see the acrylic underneath. I wish they did another layer. Also they didn’t clean my cuticles or anything they just jumped right into it. Last time I was here it was amazing but this time it was a different person and I’m not satisfied. I drove an hour to get to this place and it was not worth it

Came here for the first time today based on a recommendation from my cousin and i will most definitely be returning!! I showed a very complex design and they pulled it off flawlessly. Very profesional and friendly. Place is cute and clean. Shape/design of my nails overall were better than I’ve had in a long time! Thank you!

For the past 2-3 months, I have exclusively been coming to perfect nails for dip powder. The staff is extremely friendly and the salon is extremely clean. I have never had a bad experience, and not to mention that their prices are extremely reasonable compared to other nail salons in the area. Their online booking makes it so easy to get an appointment! I have had multiple staff members do my nails each time and every single one of them has done an amazing job. They also have a great selection of dip and gel colors unlike many other salons. I can not say enough nice things about this place!! Highly recommend!

I went in for a pedicure hoping that I could get some relief from my swollen feet (9 months pregnant). I didnt get anything near what expected. My pedicure was rushed & careless. The hot stones were used for literally 2 seconds and once she drained the water i was expecting a massage like every other salon Ive ever been to but instead she put a dime size amount of lotion on me and barley rubbed it in enough for it to soak up. That was it it was over. My feet were not rubbed once....Sadly I left disappointed in less then 30 minutes with aching feet....

Nguyen is phenomenal! I had went there with hopes my nails would be beyond Perfect for my wedding day and he DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I did an ombré French with diamonds and they were perfect literally!I highly recommend !

Went in for a regular manicure. Booked an appointment that way, said it three times after I walked in, picked out regular nail polish. Then they started doing a gel manicure on their own and when I questioned it, they said oh this is much better, lasts much longer. I did not have time for them to take off what they had done and restart, so I ended up having to pay for this service that I did not want when I went in specifically to have a regular manicure (as I only wanted it for the weekend, not much longer). A month later, my nails & cuticles have *almost* finally recovered from my trip to this salon. Will never be going back, and do not recommend.

Its always great to be here. They keep updating new design trends/ colors. Small place but always do a great jobs.

Great place to get your nails done! After a bad experience with another salon I was very wary about trying a new place again. They knew it was my first time there, asked me my name and did a great job. The ladies were was so meticulous. This salon is new - love how clean and modern everything looks! I was very happy with my overall experience here.

I have just returned home from a not perfect experience at what shouldve been an easy task. I booked an appointment after work and was excited to try out a new nail salon. Everything was going really well, until anything I said, was commented immediately after in a different language. my nail tech did a great job on my new set, until the salon began to close down. At 7, when the salon was closing down, our party of three was asked if it would be okay if some of the employees left. We had no issue with that, we are people too, we totally understood. However, the nail tech then began to glob on some sort of glue in a jar onto my nails, covered it in top coat, and carelessly placed gems all over my nails. When I left my nails didnt look like the design.. there is glue all over my nails, underneath, and both cured and uncured gel on my fingers and nails. I didnt appreciate my hand being constantly hit in order to relax that is inherently not relaxing. The nail tech kept cutting my hands and I had to tell her that hurts! ouch! because pulling my hand away and the jolt from the heat of the drill; was simply not enough. I now have oil inside of these cuts, I hope they dont get infected. I have a big company party this weekend and I am left with no way to have these fixed in time. Overall, Id say the experience was interesting, parking in a gas station parking lot in order to access the building. Im happy to say I didnt love this place enough to drive the 45 mins it is away from my home. Ill stick with TNT Nails II in Worcester.

I was given a gift certificate as a gift. I went the first time on a Sat the young man said that there were a lot of appointments they were really busy could I come back on Monday. I went back they did take me all I wanted was a nail shaping and painting the nail I did not want a manicure. They did it. I went back again there was a receptionist I told her what I wanted a shaping and painting of the nail.She keeps asking me if I want a manicure I keep saying no. She turned to another women they spoke in Chinese I think not sure of the language. They dont speak English between them when they are talking to each other I find that very rude because they can speak English. The receptionist looks at me very sheepishly and says it will be a hour wait there were only 2 people waiting. I knew she was lying. I said fine Ill wait I got in in 20-25 minutes. At one point there were 4 people waiting & they were saying a half hour. Its apparent that my little nail painting job wasnt making them any money. When this gift certificate is done the next time I want my nails done Ill take my money else where.

They cant do smiple nail designs,nails are not straight and may have some dents. They dont pay attention to your color choice and used the Polish for me. Not impressed. Wouldnt recommend.

I would “Not” Recommend this nail salon the technician cut in between my toe with her finger nail I had to say “Ouch” to make her stop being so rough. I’m big on 2nd chances this is not the first issue I’ve had here.

They took me, my mom, my sister in law and neice in last minute, were wonderful and stayed past closing. They were great with my neice. Definitely coming back!!

I was desperate to get my nails done and finally found this place. The manicurist did my gel manicure and really did a great job. I highly recommend them if you want to pamper yourself.

I went originally 2 weeks ago. I had said before I sat down that I wanted UV gel full set . (Which I have gotten there before) the lady said okay. I sit down get ready to put the base on and she goes for the acrylic and I asked about the UV Gel again. She said they don’t have it.....so now I’m stuck. I hate acrylic because it lifts on me everytime. So they convinced me to try the DIP I said ok fine what can I do I’m halfway done already. Came out beautiful. Loved the work. Two days later it’s lifting. Wonderful. So I live with it. Go back for my fill. 40$ no one told me they had to remove the entire thing. Tips and all everytime. I never would have said okay if I knew I had to pay 40$ every time. Not to mention when I came in this time I was scolded repeatedly for not making an appointment. When they take walk ins. “Call next time” they said. I was there for about two hours. My nails are crooked and not shaped well and I’m very disappointed. I had the same person do a gel manicure on me before and that time and this time I have bubbles in my polish and the shape is horrid. I noticed the bad shaping right away but I already felt scolded so I didn’t say anything as I don’t like to complain. After I was done I said thank you not once but twice and got no response back I have been coming here since I was about 17 I will be looking for a new salon. Even someone else came in complaining of the work she got done.

I keep posting this of a horrible rash their cheap lotion/oils gave me and this photo for some reason keeps disappearing I don’t understand how or why(this is the 4th time I’ve had to repost this) and my rash still hasn’t gone away

I went in cuz my clumsy self bent her nail backwards where my real nail came off almost very painful ky fixed my nail for me he was very gentle he didnt give up till it was fixed it was a tricky nail too nd he fixed it with patience nd kindness very courteous workers

I have come here a few times most of which Ive had a good experience, I was trying to request one of the owners to do my nails because Ive seen their work and also much more pleasant than the guy who did my nails recently. ( theyre away on vacation right now.) My nails were done by someone else 4 days after they began to peel and 2 broke. I called to have them fixed he said okay, when i got there i got cold service, he made me feel like its my fault 5 nails chipped and had bubbles underneath and didnt bother to shine the rest of the nails so now they look uneven and different sizes. Not to mention the first time I originally got them done I didnt get the full treatment I walked out tipping 10, 5 again today and still unhappy. I dont think Ive ever left a nail salon so annoyed. Sucks because I do love their pedi services but I dont think Ill chance it here again.

Pedicure and leg massage great for people with diabetes

I would give them NO stars. They received over 5 years of business from me. With good tips. But towatds the end of those years,the staff were horribly rude to me. Id walk in and would literally have to stand there and make eye contact with a staff member, before anyone would greet me. They even did this reluctantly, and after speaking very abruptly in their native language. I dont know if it was because Id ask for a certain staff member (Hein) to do my nails, or what. Maybe that was it. Maybe they figured if I was sitting and waiting on a particular person, theyd be losing business. Whatever the case, it doesnt excuse their rudeness and lack of professionalism. And even HEIN was nastyle and rude and curt with me. I would never go back there again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

I went once and had a good experience but the second time I went I had a terrible experience. The nail technician cut me while doing my mani/pedi about 7 times. I was bleeding all over the place. She never even said anything. It was the most painful mani/pedi I have ever gotten and it didnt even turn out good. Im not one to make a scene and complain there but they definitely lost a customer. Dont go here unless you want scabby nail cuticles.
