Not bad but for 90$ I would’ve went somewhere else and they would’ve bodied this design with a lot more rhinestones and better shaping too

The guy that did my gel nails totally disregarded everything I said as far as what I wanted. Very messy look to begin with and I had to go to another shop the very next day to get them removed because of polish peeling and 2 cracked nails.

This is my go-to place. I always make my appointments with Sunny, she is amazing! She has attention to details, very gentle and my nail color last for a while. Just wish my nails wouldnt grow to darn fast.

Prices are very reasonable and I love the out come 🥰

Kelly is good but don’t like the prices on different visits because the length growth. But nails are good priced other than that

This was my 1st time at the shop and Tia did my nails. Very good listener, attentive and excellent quality. I wondered why I was overpaying at other nail shops? I am a true customer and will not return to the other nail shops . The price is the best in town!!

Set up an appointment two days prior and got a price on to what my nails would cost. When I got to my appointment I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. A white woman walked in and they gave her service ahead of me. She did not have an appointment. As I proceed to go and get my nails done the guy that worked there changes the price on me at least four times. Steadily raising the price. I never minded this.. He asked me how long I wanted my nails and I told him he told me that they charge more for the length because they have to use more power. I said okay. As he then proceeded to get the powder for the nails I noticed that it was acrylic. I told him that I did not want acrylic I wanted gel. he tried to charge me the price of gel for the price of acrylic which is cheaper. In the beginning I told him I also wanted rhinestones on two fingers when I first walked in and when I called ahead of time to make my appointment they told me it was $5 each finger. I winded up telling them that I didnt want the rhinestones anymore because I noticed that he was having a hard time doing my nails and I did not want to make his job harder than what it was. He told me that not getting the rhinestones will be a $2 deduction. I looked at him and stated that they had told me that it was $5 each each nail why was I only getting a $2 deduction when it should have been a $10 deduction. This place gets over on black people and they think all black people are dumb. He then told me that he was not going to do my nails because I did not want to pay him up front. I told him that he didnt have anybody else in there paying upfront so why would he ask me to pay upfront because Im questioning him about his pricing issues. They told me one price over the phone and when I initially walked in and then they change the price throughout the time I was getting my nails done .He then refused service and I told him to take the acrylic off of my nails and I just left. I dont recommend this place to no one they are very unprofessional and customer service is terrible.

I got a facial wax. It was pretty quick for late in the evenings. I think the owner was there and was more attentive. So.etimes they dont acknowledge you but he did

I came in and was told I needed to make an appointment which I did. Came back and the woman who did my pedicure was so slow that it took an hour for her to do them . As I’m sitting there several people came in without an appointment and was given service. Also the older gentleman who they had to do my nails never asked me which shape or anything he continued to file. So if you want to be disappointed this is the place to go.

Callie does my nails and they last at least 3 weeks Everytime... And look fabulous

I went in for a simple fill on my nails. The lady proceeded to rip off my other fake nails. I literally said ouch. She then painted them and I said I didn’t like it/it’s not what I asked for and she said. “It’ll look better with the second coat” still didn’t like it. “It’ll look better with top coat” still wasn’t what I wanted. At that time she said I was still going to be charged for an ombré, which I didn’t get, and that she was done. I left and say in my car looking at my nails. I called them and said that I got my nails done and they weren’t ombré yet I was charged for ombré. She said we can fix it. I said no because I had to go to work. She said she could take it off and give me a credit. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I’m not going to go to work with nothing on my nails when I drove an hour to get them done. She then said that they couldn’t give me any money back because they don’t do refunds. I would not recommend this place or any of the other A+ nails. They didn’t even try to resolve the issue and I simply said “no it’s fine. I just won’t come back here”. I don’t recommend.

This place is amazing!!! I come here every two weeks for a pedicure by a lady by the name sunny. She is amazing and very professional its definitely worth checking out

I hate this place, always my last resort & always regret going. IDC what no one says they have bad customer service. Today (June 19) I went in for a pedicure & gel full set, after seeing my pedi I was VERY displeased & changed my mind about getting my nails done. I wish I knew a black owned nail shop cause I just want to support my own, especially dealing with ones who doesnt care about pleasing their customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK & I WILL NEVER EVER RECCOMEND THEM. I give them 0 stars & 2👎🏾👎🏾 PERIODTT!!

I will admit Ive only been there once, but I can assure I will never be going back nor will I be recommending it to my friends. There may be some people who work here who are good at what they do but the lady who did my shellac manicure was absolutely horrible! What I should have done was walk out before I let the lady who was doing my nails continue to mutilate them but I didnt want to appear rude (Im really regretting trying to be polite and you will see why are you read about my experience). Its like people mentioned earlier, you get what you pay for I tried this place out because they were cheaper than the place I usually frequent, but it was so not worth it!The lady who did my nails attacked them so harshly with the trimmers and such that my nail beds were bleeding, my nails were trimmed crookedly some portions of them cut way to short so that they were painful. I kept jumping up as she just kept cutting away at my fingers but she was oblivious.Then while she was painting my nails she dug out that brush they all use (that is likely never sanitized to the standards that it should be) and proceeded to use that acetone dipped germ trap on her mistakes over my still bleeding cuticles/fingers. It was so painful I was just about jumping out of my chair and near tears all the time, yet again the lady was oblivious.Then.... she asked me how I liked the color, this was when I noticed that she did not use the right color, yes it was similar but still very different than the color I picked out, which had a hint of pink in it the color she used had no pink what-so-ever usually not a huge deal but because I was getting my nails done for a special occasion this was kind of important that they be the color I picked out. I know she had trouble finding the color # I picked out, but I assumed that she eventually found it, however what must have happened was she couldnt find the one I picked but just picked I shade she thought was similar. Not cool, if she really couldnt find what I had picked out originally tell me and let ME pick out an alternative color.At that point I probably could have told her it was not the right color and picked a new one that would work, however my poor fingers were hurting so badly by this point I was over it all and simply wanted to get away from her as fast a possible so I told her it was fine.Once she completely finished my nails I looked at my nails in disgust, about half were bleeding nearly all of them hurt, the color was wrong and it was sloppily applied and over my cuticles and on my skin in some places. Again, I probably could have asked her to fix some of this but by this time I was scared of her and just wanted to get the heck away from her a quickly as possible.Its now been over 24 hours since my manicure and about half of my fingers are still really painful, feels like she gave me hangnails on half of my fingers. Its horrible, its bad enough having a hangnail on one finger but on multiple fingers on both hands Im just miserable. Never thought a manicure could be so painful. Im now just praying that I dont end up with an infection.If you do decide to go here beware, my blood is probably still on that stupid brush.

Very Professional clean Establishment

I had an awesome experience here. I have had a pedicure done before at a place in the mall and the service was cold. Here, it was the exact opposite! The sweet guy I had was super personable and really knew what he was doing. It was very comfortable and extremely reasonable for the price!

Great energy there. Kathy is my favorite but they all have a good heart sense of humor.

I set up an appointment for 12:15pm for a pedicure and a gel manicure. They didnt get me in a chair to start my pedicure until 12:45pm. My gel manicure peeled off 3 days after I got my nails done. Luckily I have my own LED light and gel nail kit at home so my nails dont look janky. The nail salon itself was dirty. The person doing my nails was on his iPhone while doing them and they kept leaving randomly. I will not be back.

The prices cant be beat. They do a great job but the place is filthy. Sometimes I just go elsewhere to pay more because I cant tolerate how dirty this place is.However this spa will give you way more than any other spa for the price. I absolutely love Ms. Rose. Ive had so many different people do my nails and I have never been satisfied until her. Ive been seeing her for 5 plus years i followed her from her last shop! If you go here ask for Rose shes THE BEST!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every single time I call to set up an appointment, they’ll put me in. Then I will get there and they will let a walk-in come in before me. I always have to end up sitting waiting for my turn. I have come in here a handful of times and every time it’s always the same experience. I sit there waiting for my appointment as they let walk ins come in and get their stuff done first. And after sitting for 20 minutes or more and watching walk-ins come in and get their stuff done right away while I, who had an appointment, sits and waits for her turn, I get up and walk out. I always call KLC nails after to set an appointment and they always get me in and I’m serviced right away. I like going to a plus nails first because I want to save as much money as I can because KLC is a little more expensive. But I guess you get what you pay for. A+ nails is definitely not worth it!

Very depressing environment. Not sociable at all- very quiet. On top of that my nails did not turn out well. The man that did my nails was rude. I told him I wanted coffin shape and he said I know! in a harsh tone, and I still ended up with a square shape. I went in for a fill, and I have to go to a different nail salon for an actual fill, because it looks like he didnt even do the fill. Definitely wont be back.

Terrible!! My daughter and I went in on a Saturday and by Sunday one of her nails broke off and another on Monday. My nails looked like I needed a fill the next day. My real nails broke and are stuck to the fake nail and the acrylic is shedding away. They look so bad, but I haven’t had time to remove them yet. Also, their nail dryers half worked so even after restarting it 4 times my nails still weren’t dry. When we left, we had to go right back because my daughter’s nail got messed up because hers wasn’t dry all the way either. I will never go there again.

It was such a great service. The staffs are so friendly and the price is amazing. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I love getting my pedicure done here I can give that 5 stars but I couldnt say the same about my full set my nails onlky last a week or less and when they put them on it hurts it feels like something burning on my nail

They are going down the drain. I have polish on my skin, my toe nails still have skin on them and I had to ask for the lady to remove the skin in the corner of my nails. Sad, I use to live coming here but no mor!😡😡😡😡😡

The prices I see online is what I pay for services. I love the spa pedicure and refuse to go anywhere else because you cant beat the awesome NEW massage chairs, exfoliating, hot towl and hot stone! Nails is a different story and they could use a major UPGRADE on polish.

The experience was really good but they cut my finger and it was really dirty it also feels like my acrylics are going to fall off. But overall I would come back.

The online prices are wrong compared to the actual prices in the salon. It was not clean, and the maintenance of hygiene was bad. They used the same towl and tools from the last customer with out cleaning or washing them... Also the cleanliness of the salon itself was horrible. It was painful when he pinched my finger with his tweezer scissors and it drew some blood. So you get what you pay for, in my opinion its worthy the extra $5-10 dollars to go else where, and that is what I plan on doing. I advise the same for you.

Very unprofessional and rude!!! An hour wait to just to get my eyebrows done which is ridiculous. I left even though I like My to do my eyebrows only since I moved to Wisconsin. The rest of the staff is RUDE and don’t do a good job with nails. Guess I’ll have to look for someone else to do my brows.

Very rude! I told the lady she was hurting me and she continued to do so. So I have to leave with unfinished nails! Never again!

The manager is a short young girl, I went to her with a simple problem she was very rude and dismissive. In the mist of us discussing the problem she blew me off when and sat in a pedicure chair got on her phone and then began talk to her employee in their native language as if I couldnt tell they were talking about me. This is only my second visit to this salon and I am very reluctant to return with these type of manners from management.
