I was recently told by one of the shops in Dearborn to take my car because it had an electrical issue. They exceeded my expectations and when I got there I have never seen a shop so clean. They had it for about a week and my problem was fixed. Ever since they told me that they do a wide variety of things I’ve taken my car to do oil changes, brakes, and even let them take care of my muffler noise that’s been bothering me for a while. They are professional, on time and do a great job in providing the best service every time I’m there. Thank you guys so much Ali and Mike for all your help and dedication. This is the worst place to go get your car fixed, i took my car to this guy to fix my car, i left my car for 2 days and paid him whatever he asked for. It worked for 5 hours then the problem came back. I took it back to him and he said that i am a liar, and that’s not the problem and i took to fix the same problem,i never seen someone do business like that . When he can’t fix something he will charge you and call you a liar after.. don’t ever try this place

They do great work if you have any issues with your vehicle its almost guarantee theyre going to fix it been going here for years.

My instrument cluster was out due to an unknown electrical issue, as I had checked every fuse and attempted swapping out every possible part that usually would cause such an issue. So I figured it must be a bad connection or short circuit somewhere, and took it here. Ali was very professional, explained everything he did, and got instrument cluster working. All done at a very fair price for all the testing he had to do to ferret out the problems and confirm what was still good. Highly recommended.

The worst customer service.

Ive been dealing with an intermittent electrical problem for 3 years. Every 3 to 6 months my car wouldnt start with no forewarning. Exhausting. My car has been to 2 dealerships and 3 auto repairs trying to get this issue resolved. A friend recommended Dearborn Auto Electric. I was there no longer than 30 minutes and my car was evaluated and diagnosed. Its been 3 months since my repair and I do believe they found the problem. Service was professional and geared towards customer satisfaction.

I was charged over $200 for labor on an easy access part that needed no tools to fix. Autozone would have done it for free.They only fixed one of the 3 issues I had.Very disappointed

I told her that my husband and I have been using Dearborn Auto Electric at Ford Rd near Beech Daly for many years and have been very satisfied with their work. What we like is their expertise and commitment to solving a problem. The entire staff is dedicated to being thorough & will flag any potential issue that could lead to a future costly expense. The do not make up repair problems. Also parts used are quality grade and not inferior material.When you bring your vehicle in for service the office manager writes up your problem and gives you an estimate of price and time involved. If an additional issue is found or noted, she will contact you & explain the situation & allow you to decide what you want to do.My husband & I are very confident when we go out of town or travel the freeways & are away from home that our vehicle is safe & in good repair & therefore have no fears of a sudden breakdown issue. I would take my car to no other place. Bob Alimpich, owner for nearly 40 years, and the other two mechanics there are top-notch! My dad took his cars there for oil changes and repairs first, from at least as long as Bob was the owner. Ive taken our cars there for at least 15 years, and now my children take their cars there, as well. (In fact, my daughters fiance just dropped his car off there today, coming from Westland!) I refer people there all the time, and this is why: Bob and the other staff, including Sue who runs the office, will go out of their way to help customers. All are very generous, and just as important, honest. They will never steer a customer wrong, and will only do work that is necessary, and will never use substandard parts that they know will not last. They are upfront about everything, from the moment you are there. They will give you all the information you need, then the decision is yours about which repairs to have done, or not done at their shop. I know that when my car is being repaired at Dearborn Auto Electric, it is being repaired correctly, with high quality parts that last, and with the best of workmanship, as well. Also, they can tackle the tough problems when other places cannot. Often, they get referrals from other places that cannot handle certain jobs.

Tracked down and fixed a short that was making my van go completely dead for no reason. Came in UNDER their estimate. Will definitely use them again.

Very bad work, terrible attitude, I took my truck there twice charged me twice for diagnosing it and never found a thing .first time was there a week didnt find a thing second time was there for a whole month I asked to check three things only checked one and left my truck sitting there for a whole month and still has the audacity to call me a hour after I picked up my truck raising his voice saying what else do you want me to do??? I did everything Just rude after I told him about the dash board and sensor on windshield wipers I wanted checked, looked at my paper work and responded ohh well the receptionist never told me anything. Then why would you leave my truck there for so long without calling ?? Terrible work, bad attitude, no team work ...very disappointed 200 dollars thrown in the trash, truck not fixed and dont know what the issue is with it. I dont know why your ratings are so high 👎👎👎

Spent nearly 900 dollars on my sons car that had a bad fuel pump, they never replaced the fuel pump which was obviously bad. I had to have it taken to Walshes Service on 7 mile and Beach Daly, who fixed and replaced the fuel pump for less than half of what Dearborn Electric wanted to charge, after not fixing the the real problem which was the fuel pump. Very disappointing and expensive to do business with them.

Highly competent. Noticed things wrong with my car Belle Tire and Auto zone didnt. Then they fixed those things within a day or two.

SHOP BUILT ITS REPUTATION THE OLD FASHION WAY WORD OF MOUTH WHICH IS HOW I HEARD ABOUT THE SHOP FROM A COWORKER WHO SAID THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE HIS FAMILY HAS USED SINCE HE WAS LITTLE AND THAT THEY HAD BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 70 YEARS I HAD A ISSUE WITH ONE OF MY HEADLIGHTS NOT WORKING ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK THEN IT WOULD WORK SO I CALLED THE SHOP SPOKE TO SUE AND SETUP A APPOINTMENT WHICH WAS 2 DAYS LATER BECAUSE THEY WHERE BOOKED SOLID I DROPPED MY CAR OFF IN THE MORNING AND WAS QUOTED A $190 FLAT FEE TROUBLE SHOTTING CHARGE TO MY DELIGHT I WAS CALLED BACK LATE THAT AFTER NOON BEFORE CLOSE TIME AND WAS TOLD IT WAS A MINOR ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THEY TOOK CARE OFF IT AND DIID NOT SEE ANY OTHER ISSUES AND SUE THE MOST PLEASENT LADY EVER SAID I JUST OWED $48 WHICH GOES TO SHOW YOU THERE HONESTY AND INTERGITY I TOLD SUE THAT SHE HAD A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND JUST TO.
