Did not catch her name but she sits at station 9: she was very delicate and always checking on me making sure I was ok and the job she was performing was not causing pain due to the fact that I came in with inflammated finger tips. Definitely will come back and ask for her again!

This was only the second time of me having a pedicure in my life, the first time the experience was so awful, I never wanted to have another, but my wife asked me to try once more with a different shop so I did long story short I loved it the place was ran very well the staff was incredible the girl that was servicing me Giwon was so awesome I will be going back and will only want her dont get me wrong all of the staff is Great

Went in today and the lady usually does my nails and for french tip extension with design I always pay $50 well today I asked for a french tip no extension and the guy quoted me $60 ! They have lost a customer as I was laughed at on my way out the door because I walked out for them trying to finesse me ! Theyre also not that fond of colored people stay away from this place !

I booked an appointment for 3 mani and pedi at 2pm, got to the appointment and someone else was booked for 3 pedicures at the same time. One person in my party started getting her mani the rest of us was waiting, then decide to go another place. It’s was very frustrating because this for a wedding party.

I love this nail salon! The employees are always very kind to me. They will try their best to squeeze you in and do the best job. Have been going here for a year! Love my nails every time. I have had one problem with nails peeling but they made sure the next day to fix them for free! Would definitely recommend and I have to many different people!

Best nail shop! Nice people and amazing consistency. Never a long wait and can make appointments in advance. Nails will last 3weeks without chipping or breaking. That is the sign of a quality nail shop, which is the lasting product in between visits.

I have been going here for 4 years (along with everyone else in my family and all of my friends) and will never go anywhere else - highly recommend. Best gel manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. I make it a point to get in every other week. Every other nail salon I have been to is dirty, smells, etc., but @ nails is always clean, professional, and they have the nicest staff. Also, family owned and operated - love supporting the small business!

I have been coming here for years and have always had great service and excellent nails. Coworkers and friends are always complimenting my nails. If there is ever a chip prior to 2 weeks they will repair it for free and I am very hard on my nails and wash my hands constantly at work.

I wanted a gel Manicure with French Nails. I had a wonderfully relaxing experience! I would highly recommend this place. Very Clean. Lots of nail color selections beautifully displayed. The chair I sat in was comfortable. Everything was cheerful and inviting about my visit, and now my hands look B E A utiful!

If I could rate this establishment zero stars I would. Went for a mani and pedi with my mom yesterday. The young woman who did my gel manicure (I really wish I knew her name) was extremely kind and took her time to ensure that my nails were done nicely. However, the lady who did my pedicure did a horrible job, and I wouldn’t have known this had my mother not been paying attention. I am currently wearing a neck brace that prevents me from tilting my head downward. Therefore, I could barely see the quality of the work the lady performing my pedicure put forth. However, my mom noticed her skipping toes while filing my toenails and putting on thick, uneven layers of polish. The only reason my mother started paying attention is because she noticed her constantly glancing over at her, as to see if my mom was watching her sloppy work. My mother confronted her about it, and she rolled her eyes and re-did a few of the nails. Hours after we left, two of my toes were still wet (the layer of polish on them was so thick that they just wouldn’t dry). Therefore I had to return the following day to have them fixed. Won’t be back and I HIGHLY recommend you find a shop that does not employ people who are shameful enough to try to take advantage of patrons in such a way.

While visiting from L.A California. Was looking for a nail shop near my Hotel that can do my acrylic fill with gel polish. Im SOO glad I found this place. Ben the nail tech did absolutely amazing with my nails. I LOVE THEM. He even gave me two nail design for free and didnt charge me for a broken nail repair. Super friendly and so sweet. Got so many compliments on my girlie nails. Thank you Ben for my experience at your shop 💅

I had gone to another salon for acrylic nails for my wedding and I was very upset with how they turned out...i came here to see if I could get my nails at least reshaped and they did EXACTLY what I asked for and I left very happy. They only charged me $5 and did a fantastic job.

Two and a half weeks ago, I got my first ever shellac manicure; I chose Nail Art & Spa because Ive had pedicures there in the past. The nail technician did a great job. She was efficient and thorough, and I was really happy with the quality of the coral colored polish.Tonight, I went in to have the shellac removed, and it was a NIGHTMARE. The gentleman who removed it was very friendly and pleasant, and my experience began on a positive note. He put acetone on a cotton ball, placed it on my nails, and wrapped each finger in tin foil. Then periodically, he would remove a tinfoil and use the metal tool used to push cuticles back, he would use that tool to scrape the shellac off my nails. However, this process went on for FIFTY-FIVE minutes before all of the polish was finally off. He really had to scrape quite forcefully. And my nails are now very painful. He kept telling me that usually it takes 7 or 8 minutes, but this is a very tough color to take off, and he frequently thanked me for my patience.Ive never worn this type of polish before, so I didnt know what to expect for the removal process. But Im sure my experience cant be the norm! My nails definitely hurt right now. I wont be going back to that salon :-(Too bad, too. Because the staff has always been very friendly there. But its not worth the discomfort.

Had a great experience! ! I had a french no chip~ its beautiful! ! My daughter came with a picture from the internet, her nails look just like the picture. Her friend drew a picture and brought that in. Her nail tech did a fabulous job making it look amazing! ! Price was nice, very clean, very friendly!!!!

I would probably actually give them a 4 and a half stars! I just went there for the first time and it was great! 30$ spa pedicure. Totally worth it. Even though I snuck in just before a large group, the woman doing the pedicure was very thorough and still did a great job, without rushing! Everything was great- though the leg massage left a little to be desired- but really, it wasnt why I was there so oh well. Otherwise everything was very clean. The owner/manager was a super nice guy and greeted me by name! The rest of the staff was cordial, but didnt really talk to me during my pedi (which I personally love- I like to just relax and not have to small talk so it was perfect). Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone (they do childrens services too- the group behind me had 2 young girls in it).

The guy took the time and did a great job...my hands and nails are looking pretty!

Hate to give a bad review but want to warn. Got a manicure here and the color was uneven, all over my cuticles, really messy. I was shocked when he was done- I could have done a better job myself. I asked him to clean up a few nails but it was a lost cause.

I wish I could give stars for different parts of my visit...The good: the shellac manicures!! Ive had A LOT of shellac manis, but this one was one of the best ever. So shiny and seems to be lasting well. They spent a lot of time on it. Totally worth every penny.The bad: the pedicures. Im not exactly sure what went wrong, but my theory is that they used really thick layers of polish. I bumped my foot on the way out (2.5 hours later...more on that below.) and it smudged super bad. I went back and had it fixed. I was VERY careful for the next 5 hours. I then put on some shoes and smudged all of the polish off my fixed toe and two others (which had been done 7 hours! earlier) Ive had pedicures before but none that took days to dry completely. My fiance came with and had a pedicure with me, and I was less than impressed with his as well. Nothing specifically wrong, but definitely not worth the price either.The ugly: we called to make appointments since we had a busy day planned. We walked in 5 minutes before our appointments and had to wait. Once seated, we watched the 2 (and one more that left shortly after we came) workers accept walk-ins despite the fact that we were waiting and there were 4 other people already started. They bounced from person to person which made the whole process EXTREMELY slow.Overall, I would consider going back for a shellac manicure only, and definitely only on a day I had lots of time to spare.

I have been going here for the last 6 months and they are amazing. By far the best No-Chip in the area, always friendly, and flexible with the schedule.

Ben did my pedicure and it was wonderful. He was very detailed and even patched up a crack, no extra charge.

My daughter and I went in for pedicures and they completely mangled my daughter’s toe-they were buffing it really rough and buffed the skin by the toe-bed. It bled profusely and they struggled to get the bleeding to stop. Before they painted it, it was bruising. They offered no apology or discount for screwing up. I would never return.IMG_1584.jpeg

That’s crazy I went to gel my nails cut shorter in here and they ask me what I need and they said we booked for the day that’s not true I never come back here ever probably because I didn’t want full set and they recently open I think because I was gay that’s so mean and I feel Descriminated .

I wanted to try this nail shop because it’s very close to the brow salon I go to regularly. Big mistake the lady who did my nails moaned and groaned the whole time. You could clearly tell she is unhappy with her job as new customers came in her moans would get louder and her performance on my nails says everything. The chipped the next day! It’s only been 5 days and my nails look Awful... I’ll never come to this salon again I am unsatisfied and greatly disappointed.

I would never go to this place again. The lady rushed my shellac manicure trying to hurry to the next customer. Didnt allow it to dry the complete 40-60 seconds in between each coat. My nails have small bubbles in the paint. She didnt even clean up the paint job before asking me to put it under the led lights. Waste of $30. The only good thing was the parafen wax.

We went to Madison to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. We all wanted a pedi and we were staying on the west side of town. Booked pedis because they were open at 9 a.m. on a Saturday. We were all very impressed with the kindness of all the techs and the salon was very nicely decorated and very clean.We were all very pleased with the services and would definitely recommend. Loved my no chip manicure

Made an appt for no chip polish. They seemed very flustered when I arrived but only had 3 customers and 5 employees. The atmosphere was very aggressive and unfriendly. I wanted to relax on my lunch but there was no way in this place. When they were painting my nails, the male used his own fingernail to clean my cuticles. Needless to say I did not have a good experience. Will not return.

Went to nails and spa because I broke one of my nails and the rude man refused to help me and told me to go back to the shop where I got them done at EVEN after I explained to him the shop where I got them done at was all the way across town. First he lied and said that they didnt carry my color so I said its ok ill go with a color close to the color the rest of my nails where thats when he started being very rude towards me and refused to help fix my nail NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! I left feeling very bad

DONT GO HERE!!! wish I could give this place a negative number. I had been there multiple times and had no issues. Last time I was at @ nails & spa, while I was getting a pedicure, the nail technician went oh oh when cutting my toenails. She cracked it in half, my 3rd toe. Then, in a foreign language, there were 4 of them looking at me and talking. They ended up gluing it back on. I was hoping for a discount at the counter, but it was not offered. The next day, I had the glue/nail snag on my sock and the entire nail ripped off, quite a bit of blood. I called the salon back and asked for a refund. I spoke to the manager, he told me my nail was cracked before I came in (it DEFINITELY WASNT). AND they did nothing wrong. I lost my toenail due to thia pedicure!! I told him I am a loyal costumer and he will be losing my business, and he told me he could glue the nail back on. Ohh, what? He became rude when I asked for a refund the second time. I will not be returning. Ever.

I got the dip manicure and the nails fell off the next day and wouldn’t give me a refund. Not going back!

I just left and my nails are a hot mess. Uneven color, rough spots, bubbles, color all over my cuticles. The guy kept watching Jerry Springer and saying what a son of a b****! Then missing a layer or putting three layers on one nail.

Always have a good pedicure here!!

The Nail Tech named Ben was Absolutely Great

The manager (lady)....was yelling alot since I was asking alot about the deals and specials that they have....she ended up not doing my nails and told me that none of the people around does manicure......the other staff members were really nice.....but she was just irritated the whole time, so I left.

They lie about their hours. It says it opens at 9 am and they show up whenever they want to. Worst customer service and false advertising on hours

Arrived at 9:00am for a mani. I waited outside until 9:30 and it never opened. Posted hours online and door state 9:00am. Finally left to go to another place.

HORRIBLE! Do not go here! They said it was shellac but its actually cement- the same stuff used for fake nails. Maybe even dental cement. I could not get it soaked off anywhere-- and it peeled and cracked immediately- not worth the price, time, or damage to your nails.
