Ive been getting my nails dipped, which I love. This place is a few dollars cheaper than where I have been going. I liked that they have dividers between each station.

We went in for the first time today as a group of three as part of our friends bachelorette party. We had scheduled ahead of time, came on time, and had asked for a gel manicure and paraffin treatment.Unfortunately two of us waited around 10 minutes, and then I personally had had to wait for quite a while to be seated. So it was a small wait. However, the service was very profesional.The same young man did manicures for two of us, and he worked very quickly, super well, and our nails turned out beautiful. When it came time for the wax treatment he made sure to do it step by step, massaging and lotion included, and a hot towel at the end. He was funny and kind and we enjoyed our time.The real only DOWNSIDE was that the friend who was getting married ended up with an older man who didn’t say a word the whole time, put the wrong color on her nails, and then instead of correctly doing the paraffin treatment stuck her hands straight into the hot wax and then took her hands out and told her to go wash them (so… no massage, not hot towel, etc etc). Super disappointing.However, the tech that did two of our nails overhear her talking to us about it and was so thoughtful and brought a hot towel out for her, too. Our OVERALL impression is that it was a fantastic experience IF you don’t get the grumpy tech…

I’ve been going here for over a year now. I am extremely picky about my nails, they have to be perfect. I always request to be with Anna. She is absolutely amazing. She knows exactly what I like, the length, shape, and always knows I like the color changing polish. There’s never been a time where I wasn’t happy with her service. There’s a few other people there that have done my nails before I got to know Anna, and they also did an amazing job. Everyone there is amazing. 10/10 recommend and will never go to another salon.

John did an AMAZING JOB! I have never been happier with how my nails (acrylic+gel) turned out! I haven’t gotten my nails done in years but I kept seeing my sister-in-law’s gorgeous nails and decided to take the plunge- I will absolutely be coming back! Very professional, got me in for a same day appointment, reasonable price. Highly recommend to people who want something simple to extravagant!

I came here while visiting from out of town and needed an emergency dip manicure to fix a botched one I got at home. It was super easy to get an appointment last minute, the girl did a great job, and my nails still looked 100% perfect (like Id just had them done) for four weeks. The dip powder color selection wasnt the best, but I found a color I liked well enough. Dip is worth the extra $$ because it lasts twice as long as a regular manicure and doesnt destroy your nails the way gel/shellac does.

I LOVED my experience here and i’ve come back twice since! I first got only a pedi but knew with their quality a mani was needed asap!! Im not one to go to salons but i LOVED this place and plan to keep coming back!P.s! I broke one of my brand new nails (totally my fault) and they were so quick to get it fixed!!My picture is after three days of wear so they arent quite as shiny seeing as i work with water all day but i love em sooo much!

I’ve been to this place religiously and have always had a great experience until this one. Made an appointment for two manicures for my friend and I, the guy that did hers was extremely rude. Yikes, that’s embarrassing.. I just talked up this place big time. The girl that did mine hurried through my gel nails and then when I asked about the manicure she’s like oh we’re all done. Awesome. I got half the service I came here for. I can understand someone having a bad day but unfortunately that’s enough for me to not come back.

My wife goes frequently for pedicures. I have gone with her a few times. The staff is always nice and normally only joke about painting my nails once.The cost is pretty average from what I have seen of nail salons in Utah County.They take card but prefer cash payment.

Tammy and John are amazing!! After not going in for close to 2 years, Tammy remembered my name and exactly how I like my nails done, clear down to the specific color of acrylic I like! I have had my nails done by a few others there and they all have done great. Ill never go anywhere else

By far my favorite nail salon! They are great with keeping appointments and do an incredible job on my nails- I always love how they turn out. Make sure you set an appointment with one of the good technicians.

The young guy who did my pedicure had incredibly long and sharp finger nails that dug into the sensitive skin between my toes. This may have been the most un-relaxing pedicure I have ever gotten. Then to top it off, he cut off a huge chunk of skin on my big toe and made it bleed, then tried to play it off like nothing happened. Eventually he was embarrassed and apologized but did not offer a discount or anything.I will say that the gel looks fantastic and the workers were fairly kind, but those are about the only nice things I can say.

My roommates and I went for one of my roommates bday and they were able to fit all 5 of us in, In a timely manner! One of the things I loved was once you told them what you wanted they gave you the price so you knew exactly how much you were going to pay from the start🙌🏻Definitely will go here again!!

I have gone to them a few times now- all of their staff is so kind and professional. i called ahead for a walk in and they got me in very quickly. there was one time they were a bit booked out and asked that i wait an hour to come in- which i appreciated. i prefer honesty over a false promise of a short waiting time. They offer venmo as an option for tips, which took off a lot of stress having to go grab cash. overall a very enjoyable experience working with them:) very cost effective as well. Tony helped me most recently and he had amazing attention to detail.

Went for the first time. I was very pleased with the setting. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I didnt have to wait got seated right away and started my pedi. Couple things I didnt like- not enough nail polish selection for regular polish. And after my service was done I waited about 20min for the girl to help me with my toe separators, I started taking them off before she came. I didnt mind seating for 10 min after my service was done but more than that was too much. She was working on another client. Overall it was good service.

Went to another place and they didn’t do it the way I wanted. I came here and they fixed my nails and did it exactly how I wanted. Would highly recommend!

It felt rushed. I got a deluxe pedicure. Paid little more and got the gel polish. The temperature for the paraffin wax was pretty hot, use of the file on my heals felt rough as did when the salon person used his hands to do something similar to pounding on my calves. That did not feel that great. It wouldnt be my first pick to go to again.

I have come to Tami for years to get my nails done. I love this place and will always recommend! Five stars!

Great gel nails and nice pedicure

Painful. The tech doing my nails was going very fast and was very rough and when I would flinch he would get frustrated with me while he was sanding off my skin and making me bleed. I tried not to say anything because I didn’t want to seem rude but it was really hurting me. I asked him if he would be more gentle. Instead of being more gentle he rudely said I needed to relax then proceeded to file on my skin with the stick and machine. Not to mention stabbing and pushing my skin down with his own nails. When he was finished he stood up and basically pushed me out of my chair. This is my first time I’ve ever gotten my nails done and when people say pain is beauty I don’t think they mean bloody cuts.

This is the third pedicure Ive had in my life, and Pao made me feel comfortable and did a great job.

I love going here! My nail tech is Danny. He’s fun and nice to talk to! He is also thorough, while also providing quality service! Would definitely recommend! Also, they have a large store with lots of nail techs, so it’s good for big parties. They do walk ins and appointments. I would suggest making an appointment because they can be pretty popular!

This is the best place for everyone to go to. They do the best work on your finger nails, toe nails, waxing that ive ever seen. Plus they are friendly. When you come through their doors call you by your name. They make you feel like they have known you for ever. This is the best place #1 over anywhere else near or far.

My appointment was last weekend for a basic black matte acrylics and when I got home that night I took a shower and it seemed like some of the nails had little openings which filled with water under the matte layer and the other nails started bubbling up, I let it be hoping that it would just go away but now the matte layers completely gone on my thumb and the rest are chipping from the same thing happening to them (last pick was the first night I had them) so now Im stuck with completely chipped nails until they come off..

I absolutely love the going to the nail expo to get my nails done! John does my acrylics and he is amazing! I bring in different ideas and he does them even better than I picture! They never break or crack and last forever! I’ve had numerous pedicures too and had different people do them, and everyone is amazing!

I am never sure what my schedule will be so I have always had whichever technician is available when I walk in without an appointment!! Amazingly enough- the quality is always great!!! They are all great! Love the quality and I’ve never had a break even working with engines and rough tasks!

They fit my sister and I in for an appointment (same day on a weekend) and were perfectly on time when we came! They were very clean, having us wash our hands before and after, and had clean stations. My gel nails were done so fast and they turned out perfect. Super kind and professional staff. The price was also reasonable ($25) We will definitely return soon!

I’ve been here several times and like going here, but I went to get a pedicure today and the guy doing my pedicure poured cleaner on my feet and legs instead of cuticle gel. I started smelling bleach and asked if it was cleaner and he said it was fine. I quickly tried washing the cleaner off of me. I am 8 months pregnant and told him I do not want the chemicals on my skin. I will never go back.

I have serious issues with my big toenail curving in and Tammy is an expert at fixing the problem. I would never go anywhere else. I have been going there for years.

My wife likes to get her nails done and it had been a while since she had acrylics done. She said it was a good visit. John did her nails and she was very happy with them. The employees were nice and the place was clean. Good price, except for if you want a little glitter line under the white tip, it’s an extra $7. She noticed the line wasn’t touching the tip on some fingers and John fixed it right away. Overall good experience.

I had a great experience at this nail salon. It was a surprise gift, so the staff was so kind when I arrived. I have only had one pedicure before in my life, so I wasnt quite sure what to expect and WOW, it was golden. The technician was fabulous. She was so kind and not only did she do a great job, she taught me about footcare. The salon was clean and everyone wore masks (gotta love pandemic times). Overall, I was very impressed and I would go back.

Honestly, it was just a really low quality mani/pedi. They push you through like cattle, I bled a few times and the person doing my nails blamed me for having “bad fingers and toes.” They also did not completely remove my nail polish from my previous pedicure, so it made everything look super sloppy. I’m not going back, if I want a sloppy mani/pedi in the future, I will paint my nails myself.

French Tip Gel Pedicure was done flawlessly. The price sheet on the wall is very confusing though. When I was sitting to get a pedicure he showed me the prices for pedicures and it said $26 for a normal pedicure and on the bottom it said $15 extra for gel. Given that information my total should have been $41...I was charged $46 idk maybe because of the French tip? I didn’t ask because it’s still cheaper than any other place. Giving 5 stars because my overall experience was great! Clean, friendly, and professional.

Paid 43 for acrylics and gel. When I walked in I asked a lady how much it would be to replicate a picture I saw online. She told me it would be 43 and set me down. She immediately began working and replicated the picture really well, but let me choose what color I liked best. Kathy is amazing!! One nail was slightly crooked, but she filed it so you cant really notice a lot. Overall, nice people and fast service. My thumb was also bleeding afterward because they were a bit rough.

I love this nail shop. I can make an appointment with them and they keep it. Ive tried many other shops and have found that not to be the case with them. Sometimes I had to wait an hour before they were ready for me because they took a walk-in right before my appointment. The Nail Expo doesnt do that! Yay!! Thank you, Thank you!!!

I am obsessed with this place! I was super skeptical at first since it is currently under construction and looks a little run down on the outside. Inside is very clean and well kept. I normally don’t make nails a priority since they are pricy and there is a lot of upkeep, but I got the most beautiful set of dip nails FOUR weeks ago and they are still on. I am a nail biter so nails only last two weeks max on me. Tammy is such a doll and makes great conversation. She helped me pick the color I wanted and SHE IS FAST! I was scared my nails would look bad because it is suspicious how fast she is. But nope! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails and will be coming back very soon. A bunch of my friends go there now because I cannot rave about it enough. 5 stars!

I get my nails done a lot and this place was great! Super cute and professional. Lots of staff members so I was a walk in and got seated right away. They even gave my tips on what I can do better on a daily to help my feet. Great service and a great place!

I know a superb job when I see it; thats why I have made The Nail Expo my HOME salon for regular nail maintenance! The owners,Tracy & John, are so friendly & kind - plus I *cannot* ask for a better manicure than the one I receive from either of them. Ive had my nails done by Susie as well, who is exceptional! Ive found great technicians at other salons before, but if that tech was not available Id be screwed. This is honestly the 1st salon I have *ever* found where Id feel safe in the hands of ANY technician working in the salon (pun intended ;)). With a super friendly staff, consistently fast yet quality work & a huge selection of colors & products - youd be doing yourself a favor to try them out!!! :-)
