It was relatively quick. Considering there were ~7 people ahead of me I was still able to get in and out in 30 minutes. The directions via google maps was a little off but I was still able to find it without much issue.

Horrible lady at the register who was rude and unprofessional on top of all that I believe intentionally messed up my paperwork. Luckily the DM was able to take care of me and make it right same day after I contacted corporate. I would definitely find a different location until they get their staffing problem worked out.* as to the companies response. This error was solely on the employee. When I went in to get the mistake resolved I looked at the paperwork I filled out, it was done correctly. The employee who was extremely rude I believe did this intentionally. Please look at other reviews poor customer service appears to be common at this location. By the companies response it appears their corporate office approves of this type of behavior and is quick to shed responsibility.

I honestly hope I do not have to come back to this location. The entire building looks like a run down motel which leased out it previous rooms for space. It was hard to find because it’s duck off in the corner. It does look dingy and dirty. I guess I was expecting better quality. Technician not so nice nor helpful being that this is my first fingerprint but hey she was extra friendly to the person who was before me. Maybe I just came on a bad day (Monday) when they didn’t have time to clean on Sunday and not enough personal time on the weekend🤔. If I have the option I will not return.

Excellent service. Opened right at 9am. Was done in 10 mins. Quick and painless.

This place is about the business. You enter a room with a counter, a few chairs and a machine that takes fingerprints really fast. Your visit is probably under 20 minutes. Your company usually will receive your test results in a timely manner. There is ample parking. Drive slow down 95th Street or youll drive right past the place. They share the parking area with several other businesses.

Best time of the day to go. Fast and easy! It was an in and out thing. Great service.

Waited an hour to be told they can’t accept my paper because it doesn’t have the right information because my size of font was too big which means i could’ve printed the correct one while i waited had they told me when i first signed in. Let’s pay attention to details. Peoples time is valuable

Theres only one employee here handling check ins, data input, picture and fingerprints .Very slow service and she responds in a manner that is very off putting.Been waiting for 40 mins already and shes only gone through 4 people.HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES OR FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN INPUT DATA QUICKER.

Theres only 2 people inside of the building taking finger prints and 1 of them was taking personal phone calls and holding up the line for an hour. You could leave and come back 2 hours later and your name still wouldnt be called.

Long wait, too small of an office without enough chairs to accommodate the crowd. I was accompanying someone else for their required background check and after an hour of waiting they finally started taking prints. Go really early.10 am was crowded.
