If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve been taking my animals here for the last two or so years. I brought my kitten in to get shots. Firstly, the needles looked enormous, to the point that we mentioned to her and she said they were normal. I had just brought my other kitten in a few weeks ago and they did not look like that. She goes to give him these shots and keeps saying how tough and thick his skin is, probably because she has blunt fill needles on instead of the ones you’re supposed to use. He had previously been very sick, but at a different vet they had no trouble sticking him for repeated blood checks. I never heard about any problems regarding his skin or anything. Then! She has so much “trouble” that she sticks the needle through the other side of his skin and shoots some of the vaccine out onto his tail fur. She goes “and now we’re through the other side” like that was a normal occurrence. Luckily for her, this kitten was very calm and tolerant.I had asked three different times for a flea medicine prescription. The tech handed me paperwork but no script and told me to get it at the front desk. The receptionist asked me about a paper for it which the tech never gave me. Then the receptionist gave me the wrong dose for my cat’s weight which I didn’t notice until I got home. When I went back to get the correct dose, she argued with us about why we were given the wrong dose, which was partially her fault because she didn’t see his updated weight on the paper and partially the vet’s because we weren’t given the script. Overall, the worst vet experience I’ve ever had and it was enough to make me decide to switch, lest one of my other animals get the same terrible treatment. Do not go here if you love your animal.

Dr. Emily Robinson very Professional did an amazing job, The care and attention you get are outstanding! Staff is very pleasant Very attentive to both animals and their people. Listened to any concerns / issues your pet may be having and answered all questions.

I brought my dog here in the morning to treat vomiting, bloody stool and overall a sick dog as of two days. I got there right when they opened and checked in and was in and out in 1 hour. Thats including blood work, meds, exam etc. Dr. Robinson was great and sympathized with me and my dog and the bet tech broke down everything to me as well to where I could understand what was going on. They let you pick and choose what you would like to pay for and go through with as long as its in your pets best interest. They arent out for your money. I told her the amount of money I had to spend and she worked with me. If you want a good experience I suggest you go first thing when they open and have good communication.

Had an emergency visit - the front desk personnel were extremely efficient and very kind as was the vet who administered the necessary medications to help my little fur baby . I would highly recommend Noahs Ark.

The people and the doctors, even those who work behind the scenes are kind and very helpful, you can tell they own pets too by the level of personal care and hands on they do with your pet...I recommend them to anyone

Came here early today to get my dog, Winston, back on track with veterinary check ups and had a great experience! The staff were nice and informative, and the doctor was great! Didn’t have to wait too long and the pricing was very fair, been looking for a new vet so I definitely plan to continue coming back and I’m bringing my other dog for his check up/updated vaccines soon as well.

They are very kind and really treat your pet like there own.

Every vet that I have been to my cat has been freaked out, this is the first vet he was calm the entire time. Everyone was so friendly! prices are fair and they keep you well-informed :) I will definitely be coming back with the rest of my cats!Highly recommend this veterinarian!

Im only giving three stars because this group saved my cats life. But they made us wait to be seen for about 5-6 hours with a high fever because they were severly understaffed. Dr Rice was very nice. But they discharged my cat when she still was pretty sick.When I called the tech for advice on what to do they hung up on me. After spending so much money to save her life, my husband and I certainly did not appreciate being hung up on. We left a voicemail for Dr Rice and told him about the incident

I absolutely love the doctors and staff ay Noahs Ark Animal Clinic of Colerain. They are always so kind, caring and compassionate. They are able to help my very anxious pups feel at ease. They even let my year old labrador who is afraid of people go behind the desk to meet all of the ladies working.

It has not been my favorite since the remodeling and prices have definitely increased. Im particularly upset that they eliminated the express shot services and now charge for a full exam fee with every visit. Its a waste of time waiting and answering questions when nothing is wrong. Its no longer worth the drive for my typically healthy pets

Only reason why I did not give 5 stars is this vet clinic does not accept appointments (which I personally would prefer). Instead of appointments, you log into website and join waiting list and get updates on when your timeframe to arrive at clinic to be seen. However, I have had great experiences with the professional staff and zero complaints about the care my dogs have received.

If you want to see your pet alive again, NEVER bring them here. They kept my cat Grace overnight because she was having trouble breathing. I called at 8 to check on her and was told she was resting in the oxygen chamber. At 9:50 I got a phone call claiming she had taken a turn for the worse and I had TEN MINUTES to decide if I wanted to euthanize her. I asked if I could come up to be with her I was told no bc they are understaffed. To say the least, not being with my best friend when she passed made losing her so much harder.These people are after your money. Literally.To make the situation worse, my credit card information was stolen two days after Gracie passed (I know 100% it came from someone working at Noahs Ark bc I dont use my card often and never let it out of my site)RIP Grace kitty, I am so sorry I let these monsters kill you.

$35 visit for emergency abstraction for a puppy K9. They didnt charge me for the truth because it was a puppy tooth it!Thank God and thank you Lord for the vets and the staff at Noahs ark animal clinic of colerain. And I just realized they cut my dogs nails for free too. Three days later I just noticed it thank you doctors and staff!!!!!

Dr. Rick took great care of my ratty, and all of the vet techs were so attentive and sweet. Plus, the visit/exam fee was only $45.00! Ill definitely be bringing my exotic pets here from now on

Firstly, even if you adhere to their very confusing online system going here takes hours and hours and hours. And most importantly I have a very elderly cat who is under 5 lb because he has a thyroid condition, as well as a heart murmur. He also has a bad tooth and for years Noahs ark advised me to get it pulled which would require him to be put under anesthesia. I have since found a much better vet who said it was completely irresponsible that Noahs ark that even considered putting him under anesthesia with his current conditions. I feel as though Noahs ark was more interested in getting a next appointment booked and a next blood test booked and pushing a pet health Care program on me than they were and actually tending to my cats current and pressing needs. I feel as though they were putting my cats entire life at risk, so they could get a big surgery bill paid to them. Its just baffling to me that as someone with no proper training knew that it sounded crazy to put such a small and old boy with so many health problems under anesthesia, compared to an actual certified animal doctor. Maybe go somewhere else if youre considering this place

We had an emergency with our dog who came back with a large gaping hole under his armpit on our walk and it was obvious he would need stitches. Our regular vet was closed, so we called Noahs Ark and they told us to bring him right in. They were dealing with another emergency when I arrived but they brought our dog back quickly and the vet tech kept me up to date with information. Even though the clinic was about to close for the day, I never felt as if I was a nuisance or felt rushed. When the doctor called to inform us he had to be kept overnight for surgery she was kind, thorough and spent time answering every question I had and worked with me to decide the best option for our boy. She even worried about me getting dinner for myself since it was late at this point. We received a text when his surgery was completed which made us feel at ease for the night. We felt well taken care of at Noahs Ark and would highly recommend this clinic.

The entire staff is so very nice and the vet explains everything that he is going to do to your pet and I have always taking my dog to Noahs Ark Animal Clinc in Colerain. I think its a great vet.

This place was very helpful with my cat and the wait isn’t so bad if you call real early! I do think because of the COVID they should put a clip board outside for the people who don’t have a phone to call when they are in the lot! That way they can grab it and see who is there just tell people to bring a pen! Would be much more helpful other then that they were great with my Sasha!

I love the online waitlist option. So I dont have to sit there and wait in the lobby. Everyone is always sooo nice and professional. We have been going there for 20+ years. They helped us with a dog that had end stage kidney failure. Their empathy was amazing and much needed. And also another dog that had a broken leg. And when your dog stays there over night you can literally call anytime and have the staff let you know how your baby is doing. Thank you Noahs ark for all that you do.

I had to take my baby gracie there to send her back home over the rainbow bridge. The staff and vet was so so incredible and so supportive. They made it so much easier for me and my dog. I hope no one has to experience sending their dog Over the Rainbow. But if you do just as the place to go.

This place is wonderful. The doctor and the staff are so professional and caring. They don’t charge you an arm and a leg either. Most people want good knowledgeable care for their pets but at the same time, most people have a budget. This place is great for both. My cat was very sick and we didn’t have a good outcome (he had to be put to sleep) but the staff made the experience bearable for me and the doctor made sure I understood everything and knew my options. I feel like my kitty was in good hands as he was put to rest and out of his suffering.

First puppy shots were today and with covid weCouldn’t go in with him but I felt confident knowing he was in good hands. Staff was amazing and super friendly and doctor called and spoke with me about everything they were going to be doing for my puppy. He is so tiny not even a full pound yet as he is a small dog it’s scary not being able to be with him while he got his shots but I knew he was in good hands. Everyone there was clean wearing masks taking prevention of covid with less contact as possible. It was great. The whole trip itself was like maybe 10 minutes tops! Will be continuing his vet care there.

I was very happy as I have been in all the years of bring our pets here! From the person who brought us to the exam room (TJ or JT) cant remember for sure, Dr. Rice, so pleasant and good at explaining information, Stephanie who gave the vaccines & was so sweet with Dobby, along with lady ( I think Grace) whom we paid the bill. In this time of Covid -19, I appreciated the different options with the online check in and the distancing space in the lobby. Great job, to all. We are very happy with the treatment of our dog Bella. Recent surgery for bladder stones and now she has hurt her back. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are very thorough with their explanations and treatment plans. The cost is reasonable. I will always bring my pets to this location, as I have done for decades.

I have had several bad experiences here first I was told I never paid my bill and I had to re pay just to get my dogs meds refilled then after I paid I could only afford one month, they gave be me an option to pick up 3 months worth but I couldn’t afford it so I only got 1 month well today I went to refill it which would be the 2nd month and they told me I have no refills I need to have a vet visit... they don’t care about animals they just want money!!

The waitlist is a joke. If it says 10-15 minutes plan to spend at least an hour without any communication.

We love our vet at Noah’s Ark, Dr. Rice. He has always treated our little dog Thor very well ! He actually saved his life when was rescued by luv fur mutts.

The staff at the Colerain location is top notch and they all really care for my kitten and that he gets the proper care and treatment he needs. Their prices are extremely affordable as well.

Me and my fiance had visit this location almost two weeks ago cause my dog Pac was very ill then we later discovered that he had Cancer and other etc. We had to make the hardest decision in our lives we had to put him down cause it would of cost us thousands and thousands of dollars that we didnt have. But the Veterinarians and other stuff was so nice and wonderful and treated my dog like their own. Thank you for being great people and if we get another pet we will only deal with you guys. Horrible customer service, staff and especially the exotic animal vet Dr rick very rude. I was told I could drop off my baby bearded dragon that hadnt eaten for 7 days without a problem and to just be sure to bring everything it needs to keep it warm. I get there and I hear the vet yelling that he is not a babysitter! Very rude, no one could tell me who I spoke with that told me it was not a problem, which is bad communication. I was told to go sit in my car. I wasted an hr of my time, and still have a sick reptile. Poor business

We have consistently had wonderful service here. Last week, we had an emergency with our already ill dog and needed her euthanized right away. The staff was compassionate and fast with relieving our dogs pain. Id say from the time we walked in the door until our dog was euthanized was less than 20 minutes. We have had several animals go through their doors, and they will always continue to be our primary vets. Thank you for everything you do, and thank you for taking care of our sweet Daisy Mae. We miss her like you wouldnt believe, but the staff at Noahs made an unbearable situation a little more bearable.

I dont like that there are no appointment options, but its nice that they can get you in on the same day. Theres a waiting list, so you have to keep an eye on your place in line. Prices are reasonable, compared to other vets. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place.

I was pleased with this particular visit. My kittens were picked up after surgery. The care instructions were given in a caring and thorough manner. The staff was also very helpful with guidance on how to apply a payment a friend made to my kittens account as a gift to me and that was completed a lot sooner than I expected.

My friend had a an appointment set for her hamster all day and waited for almost 2hrs just to be told that the exotic doctor was not in and they said they had tried to call her and even left a message but she had her phone on her all day they havent tried at all Ive been with her all day never recommend this place

My wife and me understand the covid situation. We waited in their parking lot for almost two hours to get our sick cat in to see a vet. The two hour wait was after the time we were supposed to be there. No one would answer our text. Might not be returning to Noahs ark. We have better things to do other than wasting time sitting in a parking lot.

Felt like walking into a regular hospital! The care and attention of the staff was most excellent. I highly recommend this place for all of your pet care needs!

Doctor Hird is fantastic! She listens to all of my concerns and addresses them. She goes above and beyond and clearly loves animals.

Today I brought my cat in thinking she had just an upper respiratory infection. It turned out to be really bad asthma and an upper respiratory. The vet was super nice and explained everything to me. She gave me the facts even if they were scary and I appreciate that! She was more than willing to answer any questions I might have. I’ve brought my cats here for years. I have only had one issue with a vet who was really rude.. I don’t even think he works there anymore. Other than that, the staff and vets are always friendly. Even if they were rude to me, as long as they are good to my fur babies, and with the prices, I can get over it!

They have a handle on the Covid 19 restrictions, and were still accommodating of my requests. Just plan that youll wait 5 hours or so after you make the appointment, so go about your day waiting for the text that you are third in line.

After waiting 2 hours I get told the Dr to see my hamster wasnt there they stated they called my phone and left a message I had no missed calls or voice mail from them they was trying to cover their own butt if I could get the phone records to show how much they lied I would so that others new this is very true I drove over a hour and waited 2 hours to be told they could not even see my hamster that they aswell kept calling a mouse very unprofessional I will let anyone I know not to ever use them but in the end Im glad it happened after reading reviews I seen many post about mis diagnosing animals stop taking in so many at a time and focus on a few and do the job right these are our fur babies

I have been bringing my pets here since it was just the Colerain location. I’ve always been treated well and my animals even better. I moved from Cincinnati abt 4 years ago and still continue to drive over an hour to bring my newly adopted dog as well as my cats to Noah’s Ark. They are a wonderful staff and even sent me a card when I had to have my youngest cat put down. They have always been wonderful to deal with and always up front and honest abt every aspect of the care my pets needed.

At the time we found one of our dogs had an nasty open wound on her bottom. We took her and the doctor stuck a large needle in the area to drain. Nothing came out. They gave her antibiotics and sent her home for 2 weeks. At around week one she stop walking and eating we took her to new vet. Since covid getting into vets is hard. They told us the needle whole let infection deeper and she needed surgery. They also let us know the issue was she had tumors. We spent over $400 for visit and left with meds that would have done nothing to help the issue.The tumor bust and was infected something we should have been told at Norah Ark. We got her surgery at new location Monfort Heights and they did great job.She loved them right away. Im sad to say she passed 2 months later from tumor in her lungs.

Took excellent care of my Naomi. She came in with a critical medical situation and the staff recognized it instantly, rushed her back to emergency and were able to nurse her back to health. Thank you all so much!!! Dr. Savage, the vet techs that took care of her, the entire staff...you call care about the patients you serve!!! Thank You!!!

I have never waited and been put on hold so much ...I made an appt at 150 and its 550 and they are still saying its 12 people ahead of meI went to the parking lot thinking it would be soon and it stayed stuck on 16 for an hour 16 people ahead of me, no one sitting their cars but 20 different people just walking in ......If not for the fact that is the office that has taken care of all of pets before I would find another one....Today was a horrible day and if you as an employee see that its a hectic day why would you allow more people to make apps.Its upsetting for the pet and the ownerDont know if i will take back tonight or not

Today I visited Noah’s Ark to pick up a prescription for my dog and the service / staff were terrible. The staff stared at me with hateful and judgemental looks while they gossiped about me. They did not provide equal service to all people and they racially profiled me the entire time. They made me wait in the atrium and did not provide sufficient service until 15 minutes after I was in the front of the line. When they finally were forced to help me, the staff was rude to me and tried to dismiss me before trying to help. This made me feel unsafe and anxious. This sort of behavior is ridiculous and unjust; I am disgusted with every staff member that I had to unfortunately come in contact with today. If you are a person of color please do not come to Noah’s Ark because you will be subjected to the same service. They need a sensitivity and racial biasing course ASAP

I bought my 14 year old dog in for vaccines and other services. Even though the wait was a bit long, the staff was very professional and very friendly. Dr. Davis was extremely professional and thorough, and explained everything to me in such a nice way. I am glad to be a patient here and will be bringing my other senior dog here to be seen as well.

HIGHLY recommend this place. My family and I had to put our dog down.. and they went above and beyond and out of their way to make us feel better about a terrible situation... Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.. thank you Noah’s ark!

If I could give this place negative star I willThe vet skills is not the one you looking for I lost my lovely pet last night 07/22/2020 because of wrong diagnose by the vet William Rice and when we been asking to talk to him the people on the front desk saying he will give you a call and he never did we asked about faxing every thing he and they done to my pet to see a different vet or hospital and they been arguing with us about the paper work and we realized they been giving pain killer so the pet will act good front of us when we visit him I asked the front desk and the vet helper is my cat acting good because he’s feeling good and they said yes because the medication and he been hospitalized for 4 days that’s what Willim Rice said after saying my lovely cat will be good after the time he spend thereThis place is so horrible and when we transferred him to diffrent hospital they gave him ultra sound and they said if we brought him from the beginning he will be well by then but the Noah ark clinic didn’t do nothing just pain killer and IV and took some blood test and diagnosed him wrongI asked the nurse or who ever brought my cat to us where is his IV because we asked to keep it on him and she said he took it off last night the question is what is the people who watching the hospitalized pet during the night doing if they said night before they need to keep him for another night to give him more fluid to feel wellWhere is the owner or the manager thereWhere is the responsibility for our lovely petsThey don’t know what they doing and what their jobs We have been checking on him every day by calling them and ask about him and they saying different Things were not reported on his paperwork for example a night before he pass away we called and we asked if he ate they said yes last night and they said they wrote that down he ate some when we got the paperwork it was not right there and they were not watching nothing they didn’t know what they doing I’m sorry people this place is really need somebody to come over and just see what’s going on right there you don’t need to lose your pet Dont go there I have everything on the paperwork right now from a different hospital and saying he was full of fluid and what they been diagnosed him Noah ark was wrong so if they gave him the right treatment and right car in 4 days he would be well but now nothing we can do we lost him

I love the easy mobile check-in process. Even more than that, I love the care from the staff. I have a large dog who is uncomfortable (to say the least) at the vet. The staff is always patient and provide amazing care. To top it off, Noahs Ark provides the most affordable rates.

I liked that they have an online wait-list so you are not sitting in the waiting room for a long time. Staff and Dr. Rice couldnt be nicer and at a good price. I live in Clifton and theres a vet 1 block from me, but 1week to be seen!

A wonderful, caring place. My family has never taken our dogs anywhere else and we never will. Now my son brings his dogs here too!

I want to take a minute to thank the staff at Noah’s Ark clinic of Colerain for taking such good care of my husky! I was extremely anxious and called them most of the day yesterday to check on my dog while she was in surgery! They never failed to reassure me that she was doing okay! I’ve never been more please with a vet office before! Definitely recommend!

Amazing! I was a wreck worried about my little baby Fendi and her broken arm. The staff and Doctor was amazing with explaining the process of what was going on with her and keeping me and her calm throughout the process.

I have a very sick senior dog that I was trying to take to Noahs ark today.I have been taking my animals to colerain animal clinic for years. Never had any issues love it there. I did have an outstanding balance that has been paid when we arrived at the vet today we were told that they did not show that that payment was made. I told them that I had every receipt from every money order that I ever sent them that adds up to the balance that they are showing that I owe and I could show them those. She said that wouldnt work she said I could pay the balance and then once they verify that I paid it with RH Bell that they could reimburse me. I said that I would do that as long as they gave me something in writing saying that they would reimburse me once they verify that it was paid in full. She said she couldnt give me anything saying that. I happen to call RH bell and left a message hoping that they would get it early Mondaymorning. Well I thought I was lucky when I got a phone call back from RH Bell stating that she stopped into the office and that she was going to give the vet a call and let them know that the balance was paid in full. She gave them a call told them the balance was paid in full. I called the vet back and the receptionist said that that was not enough she said unfortunately even though I paid RH Bell they havent paid them yet. are you serious? I have a sick dog that may not make it until the morning yeah I know theres other vets to go to but they have $115 fee just to see the dog which Im going to have to pay. But in more ways than one I can verify that a balance was paid. Now I mean shame on RH Bell for not updating them with the information that I paid. But you would think that with all the verification that they would not be so callous as to say they would still not see my dog. I do understand that theres rules in place and they cant afford to just let people come in there and not pay anything. So shame on them that they would treat somebody like that. Ill definitely not be bringing my dogs back here. cant believe they would treat somebody likethat. And I do understand that shes just a receptionist but supposedly she spoke to her manager who also verified that they would not see us.

They are always very nice and working fast without quality taking a hit. Love bringing my cat there.

This puppy is my fifth puppy to be neuter here and all puppys recovered very well with no problems. The only small issue is that you may need to wait on hold long than usual for other vets, however after years of bringing my pets here I have come to expect the long hold time.

I love Noah’s Ark animal clinic I been taken my dogs there for about 20yr’s or so I also love the staff there they really do treat our pets like there own great prices too found out about Noah’s Ark from my niece who’s first grade teacher is Dr Leis’s wife this was about maybe 20 some odd year’s also just wanted to say thank you to all the staff there. I like to thank Dr Rice and Dr Davis for taking great care of My Wanda and the staff my dog was attacked on Monday October 5th and was seriously injured and you guy’s rushed to help her I appreciate you guy’s so much I recommend everyone who love their pets take them to any location they are they best and I’ve said it before they do treat your pet just like their own
