My nails are BEYOND ugly! The lady didn’t measure them to make them even, I wanted them long and I get beyond short. Should not be able to do nails if this is what they offer! Absolute worst!

The service was fast, friendly and I love my nails. Going back tomorrow to get my daughters nails done too.

The first time I went I was 100 0/0 satisfied wouldve given 5 stars, this time Im only giving 1 bc the man who took my overlay off didnt do a good job at all. Very dissatisfied, but will give another try since the first experience was wonderful, JUST NOT WITH HIM.

I really love this salon. Almost every time I go its a great experience. Especially with the Covid-19 pandemic they are doing everything to keep people safe. I will say that quality depends on your nail artist. I was say in chair 3 and the nails done by that artist lasted me a month and a half, and then I used a different artist and they only lasted a couple of weeks. The attached photo is that of the nails that lasted month and a half.

Its was a great experience. I needed my feet worked on and boy did they deliver the service. The customer service was spot on, they handled me with care, its not expensive, and I am a guy so. First time ever doing a pedicure and I would say it was the best. Citrus honey scrub is forever my go to.

The nail lady that did my nailswas not good. I have always done dipping nails. Thats my preference. I guess she didnt want to do it or she didnt know how. Maybe it was too muck work for her. She took it upon herself to do powder nails. I did not appreciate that. I was paying for dipping. Dipping to me is stronger and thicker for my own nails. The powder she used is really very thin my nails are more susceptible to breaking quicker. Dipping is my favorite got my nails. I will not go to that place again.

They charged me 70 for my toes the lady was very rough w my feet they over charged me as well. I think they took advantage of me Bc I’m young n they thought I was stupid.

I had a pedicure done with shellac which is $20 extra of course and lost polish on two toes within an hour and the rest on the next two days, not going back, waste of money and time😡

My mother got here nails done here recently and they look amazing, however some of the diamonds fell off pretty easily. If youre just getting your nails done without the diamonds I would say its almost 5 stars.

It was good, but I dont think I got all the benefits I should have.

The staff were friendly. My tech was so gentle but also effective. There was no wait at all. They were very patient even when I took 20 minutes to pick my polish. My only complaint was no alcohol but other than that everything was perfect.

Katie is the best! She does my nails perfect every time! And they have lots of new nail ideas!

I was told by a coworker to ask for Tracy. I asked for a basic pedicure, however to get calluses removed I guess you have to go up to the next pedicure. I didnt mind because it was only $8 or $10 more. Asked for shellac, which was $20 for my feet. Paid $56 total. The massage was nice.Tracy was gentle, and my nails look fantastic!I noticed that the floors, tables, and chairs were all clean. The atmosphere was friendly. I noticed that the tools were all clean and packaged well. One previous review said they were reusing disposable items like the toe separators - absolutely not. Everything was done correctly here.All in all, I enjoyed my experience with Tracy, and Im planning on going back next week for my hands.

I was short on time and they were able to accommodate all my services into a shorter time. The services were good, no complaints, however they need to work on their people skills, barely a word exchanged that did not relate to the services (ie: making money)

Got my eyebrows done fast you do have to have a mask if you dont you can buy one for $1

I got an infection under my nail and had to go to the er ! THEY HAD TO REMOVE MY REAL NAIL!! WORST PLACE ! I can post pictures and proof

Waited in chair with no water for the longest. Water was barely warm and callouses were not removed. Very lackluster service. Was rough and hurt. Will not return.

Didn’t like at all. The nail tech didn’t even shave the dip stuff to look even so my nails looked so lumpy. I went back and fixed them but never again will I go there! 😡

They over charge way too much I went yesterday and after I got my nails done they were like since the pandemic is going on still we charge what we want If I would have known that I wouldn’t have gone I only went here because my nail salon wasn’t open I would of have paid a lot less smh plp take advantage never going here again I got a full set and eyebrows and my daughters nails done for 100 dollars

I’m really not one to write bad reviews but I feel like people need to know. This place is really dirty, there’s trash all over the floor and the seats are dirty and the tables have nail dust all over them like they haven’t been cleaned. When I got up to wash my hands they only had hand towels and they were all dirty and had nail polish all over them. As he was doing my nails I noticed one was crooked and asked him to fix it and he told me my finger was messed up and wouldn’t fix it. All my nails are see through, because he only dipped them 2 or 3 times (everywhere else they do 5-6). I called and they told me they would be 40 and he charged me 50. My cousin also went with me and got a pedicure and they reuse the disposable flip flops and toe separators. They also left her under the dryer for 30 minutes and ignored her when she asked if she could leave. Honestly the only reason we came here was because we had a coupon but we’ll never be back and I recommend everyone else to signature nails on 82nd and slide.

Salon didn’t trim or cut cuticles, massage legs, file or cut toenails, remove calluses and caused pain removing excess nails from side of toe. Poor customer service and prices extremely high for simple shellac. Will not return.

The technician would not listen to what I wanted. She got the scrub all over my clothes, and optioned one calf for about 1 min and the other for about 10 min while she chatted to the girl next to her. She had her earphones in too, so she couldnt hear me ask her to stop. She burned my feet three times with the wax, despite me asking her to remove it. She also CUT ME TWICE and it took about 3 min for it to stop bleeding. She never apologized, but just kept pouring lotion on it. She didnt remove all of my previous polish and she did a terrible job applying the polish-it is all over my toes and there are places on the nail that are not painted. I also have two toes that have scabs on them where she cut me. Terrible service, disengaged staff, and prices that were WAY higher than advertised.

For the quality of service here $26 for a spa pedicure and $5 for flowers is not worth it! They didnt put the softening gel on my toenails and push back my cuticles, they barely buffed my feet, and the flowers were two different flowers on each toe that had two different colors of polish. It looked really weird at the end and she also forgot to put the shiny coat on one of my toes randomly. Ugh. Dont go here.

They told me $55.00 then told me 65.00 at the checkout. I hate that they lied to me.

Its annoying when you come in for a service and they start adding erroneous charges. Stop assuming you can milk every person that walks in the door. And since the prices are about 15 dollars more than other places the least the could do is add a sitting/ waiting area. Also. If multiple people walk in together they would most likely like to sit together. Worst nail place ever.

I had a horrible experience paid for pedi and the woman that did it did a bad job and I felt she was really rushing it. They also need to work on customer service because its ridiculous to have to pay someone for bad service and a bad attitude.

I went to the nail salon on a wednesday. when i first went in there i was expecting good things bc another one of my friends said the nail salon was good and i wanted to try it out. i walked in and no one said anything so i started asking this guy where i waited and i told him what me and my friend wanted. he said okay and we just started to wait we were already waiting there for about 15 minutes when another lady came in with her daughter. they ignored her and didn’t even acknowledge her. simply after that another lady came in and asked how long the wait was and the guy said 15 minutes. there was no place to sit so later after about 25minutes he told me and my friend to sit in some chairs behind him. we waited there another 15 to 20 minutes when a lady came and got me and took me to another chair. i told her about my friend and she got moved again for some other guy to do her nails. my nail tech was very nice and even let me use her phone charger. i got an ombré nail and she did very good and i left the nail salon happy and so did my friend. i spent $50 which i didn’t think was a bad deal but they wouldn’t let me get the length i wanted and said that would be another $5 so i go then short. after a week 2 of my nails have already fallen off and not even 2 weeks 5 of them were off. i was doing simple things with them like putting up my hair or picking up a water bottle and some of them simply just fell off and i wouldn’t even know that it came off. the nails didn’t even last 2 weeks so i would recommend going somewhere els.

My oldest daughter took my youngest daughter to get her nails done and ask for gel and they still acrylic then over the weekend her nail fell off and all the others where lefting up we went back and told them and said ok will fix it but did not fix the others but put a new one on the one that had fell off then another nail fell off so went back again and told them again of the others nails lefting up and yet again just replaced the nail the nail that fell and cut her and then just dremeld the others nails down and did not add to them and they still look like the are lefting and fixing to fall off

My daughter had her nails done here and they charged her double the price they had quoted. Both her and her friend were overcharged even though they did not want the extra services. The male technician did not listen when they said they didnt want the extras and he just charged them at the end. DO NOT GO HERE. They will only charge you extra at the end and then try to act like you dont understand them at the end. They enjoy charging customers extra money for unasked for services. You have to argue with them not to add anything on.

Ive been going to this salon for their waxing services for a little more than 5 years. All the employees do an excellent job! They will remember who you are even if you havent been in for a while and are very friendly. The pricing is also very affordable Ive gone to other places when not in lubbock to get a similiar service done and often the prices at other salons are double if not triple the amount. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I have given this place 2 chances and both I ended up paying for horrible nails done by rude people. I told the man the second time I went that the nails were a little wide and he said I already filed them. I replied yes I know im sorry just the shape of them isnt what I wanted and they seem to flair out instead of being square he then annoyed grabbed the file and both my hands re filed them wile talking to another women in a different language she looked over and said oh she just wants them narrower then laughed so idk if he didnt know what he was doing and asking for help or just talking bad about me for asking him to re file but he seemed mad the rest of the service. I just wanted to leave without getting them painted and do it myself at home because I felt so awkward for pointing out it was not what I askef for. Not to mention in the begining he didnt want to take the time to wait to soak off my dip nail and tried to pop them off using another nail and it was very painful. I said usually when I get them off they soak it off in the foil he rolled his eyes then made me soak my entire hands in asitone for 20-30 min. every other salon I have ever been to puts the asetone on a cotton ball fold each finger up in foil for 10 min and it slipps right off so noe I have crappy shaped nails,dry cracked hands and am out 35 $ for something im un happy with

Went there for my birthday and had the worst experience of my life the lady that was doing my nails I believe her name was Amy did him so fast that they were so thin you can see right through them and then within two days of me having them they broke and I call to complain and they didnt offer to fix them or anything so I so I will not be returning there for any more services and I just want to say thank you to exclusive nail salon for ruining my first experience with getting my nails done
