Love this Nail Salon! Sandy is so sweet and gives excellent service. I Always leave with beautiful nails and the best pedicure. All of the staff is exceptional and go out of their way to make you comfortable! Julie and Nina have also given me excellent service. I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Good environment they asked me to check in, and made sure I was very comfortable. Friendly and not to mention my nails were very nice. If you’re a newcomer they this is a good place to got to but make sure you make an appointment it tends to get busy with just walk in.

They can alway get me in even when they are busy! Staff is friendly and efficient. The service and quality is consistently professional.

I absolutely love this salon. My feet always feel and look so much better. They take time to make sure I’m comfortable and taken care of. I’m currently 39 weeks pregnant and this was just what I needed to relax before baby gets here. I’m super satisfied every time and will definitely be back again and again!

I went here as the reviews were good. I was told to check in and sit at a station. Was never given any books for colors to choose from which I was fine with as I knew I wanted a French manicure only. I sat at the station for over 30 min and absolutely NO ONE ever came. Nail techs finished with their customers and NEVER approached me as they all stayed at the cash register with the host talking as I waited. 😡 If they ever happened to pass by me they all looked the other way as they passed me never making any type of eye contact. I finally walked out with no service provided. I had high hopes for this place but will never be returning. So unprofessional. I know people make mistakes but this was straight rude. Building is just like every other place in Lubbock so you might as well save yourself some anger/frustration and go get your manicures done elsewhere. At least somewhere else you’ll get offered some water and a smile.

Absolutely unprofessional. I walked in and literally stood there for 8 minutes with no acknowledgement. Several workers looked up at me, didnt say hi didnt say well be right with you or to even tell me to go fly a kite! I turned and walked out and will never return to this place!! 😡

I got a cherry blossom pedicure today. My nail tech was very nice and didnt complain about my short toenails like other places have before. They didnt have any margaritas available, but I appreciate the options for margaritas and wines. The vibe is very relaxing and clean. Thank you!! This is my new pedi place.

My mom, daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Nails U Love. The salon is spotless and decorated beautifully. The nail technicians were professional and friendly. I chose the express aloe Vera pedi but there was nothing espress about it. It was thorough and lasted a long time! I never felt rushed or like the nail tech, Vincent, was in a hurry to get done with my toes. He took his time and every step was executed perfectly. My toes look amazing! I have since gone back and had Vincent do my nails and he does a fabulous job on nails, as well. I got a manicure and a dip and my nails were perfect. He finished it off with a wonderful arm and hand massage. Wow! He is amazing. You can’t go wrong with Vincent at Nails U Love.

The gentleman was very inappropriate. He not only hit me on my hands that I had messed up my nail from moving, when in reality he was all focused on the person that went with me. Making inappropriate comments. I sure did tell him if you hit me one more time Im going to hit you back. I didnt even get what I asked for. He complained about what i wanted and then what I ended up choosing he called it ugly. WHAAAT! NEVER GOING BACK AND I DONT RECOMMEND THEM.!

I was two Times with two different girls, very unprofessional, uneven nails length and shape, the variety of gel color is poor, super pricey, not worth that.In their price brochur they write $25 for fill and they charged me $45!after two weeks one of my nails just fell and two other lifted in the side, bad quality

High class fine dining in a casual yet refined atmosphere. The staff is upbeat, positive and accommodating, they really treat their patrons like family!

I was taken in and the man started putting the dip on my nails. He then left me to go start on another woman who got there well after I did, I sat there waiting for 20 minutes.My nails are extremely lopsided and the dip is was not placed evenly or correctly.Never going back again.

Sooo I am not good with names BUT the young lady that did my mani and pedi was amazing. She was not only very kind and personable BUT did a great job. Couldnt be happier
