I have been going here for years. Their work is always great no matter who u get. Always friendly. Appt or not I always get seated in a timely manner. Never have I had a bad experience here. Great job Angie. My daughter and I love our nails

Me and my husband came here. It was very laid back and everyone was so polite. It is very “guy” friendly as well. There were a few husbands getting pedicures with their wives and my husband really liked that.

What a great place with a stylish ambiance! The staff are professional, caring and fun. Im so happy we went here as part of our cousins trip to town. Highly recommend!

My husband and I got pedicures here and they were good! Didnt offer us any beverages though even though the people accross from us had some, and did not really try to make conversation at all. They did not really clean out under my nails at all just clipped them down, buffed, and removed some dead skin. Message part was average. Fair pricing compared to other places but didnt feel like it was worth it if that makes sense. Would still go again and give the place another shot!

I found this place from Google reviews and I have to do one myself! I was very pleased with this place. I did not feel uncomfortable at all and usually being a woman of color I go to some of these places and its like they expect me to be ratchet or not to tip. I always feel like they didnt do as good of a job as they should have. I believe it was the owner who did my pedicure and I love it! I even messed up my toes, the same day, and had to go back and he remembered my colors and everything! The staff was very nice and Jesus presence was in the place as that wonderful Christian music played the entire time. He was very efficient and my nails were done in no time. I recommend this place. There are plenty of seats so you will not wait long and they will take care of you. They didnt pressure me to add more services and I didnt feel like it was an inconvenience for me to come there. So wonderful!

I have been to Vogue nails several times for either a pedicure, manicure, or both and have always left satisfied with their service. Usually, I do not have an appointment but their service is prompt and welcoming. While their pricing seems to be comparable to other nail salons, they have you check-in when you arrive which I believe gets you points for a discount. I always enjoy the Christian environment and friendly service and would recommend them to anyone.

Tech wasn’t friendly at all, dirty place, looked like the tech slept in his clothes, I won’t return.

Sophia did I wonderful job very talkative which I really enjoyed because most of the time ladies just do your nails and don’t say a word. From now on I will visit with Sophia

This was my first time at Vogue. I went in for dip and Becca was my tech. She was meticulous and took her time. My nails are the perfect shape and thickness, as in not too thick! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they lack in dip color choices. Great prices and perfect nails so technically I give them 4.5 stars!

I went there for the first time today. When you get in, sign in for rewards/promotions and wash your hands. Then pick the number of color you want and wait until they call you for your turn. Had manicure and shellac and the guy did a great job. They dont have names on their uniforms. I didnt ask nor get his name but it was a great experience. Very busy place, a lil long wait but thats normal in a very busy establishment. Other than that, the shellac and manicure was done in a timely fashion. Highly recommended for good quality of work w/ a reasonable price. 🙌🏼

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and have only had wonderful experiences! Everyone is kind and friendly. I love that they always have Christian music playing in the background. From dips, to pedicures, to eyebrow waxing, I have aways been very happy with all services. Lam, the owner is my favorite to do my nails. Im not picky who does my pedicure, theyre all great!

Very pleasant experience! This was my first time using their services. I had asked for Lam as that was who I was referred to. He was ready when I got there, was so very nice to me and did a fabulous job on my nails! I then was met by Anna who did a great job on my feet. I almost went to sleep I was so relaxed!!!😁 My overall experience was wonderful. I believe I have found my new nail salon!

I love Vogue Nail Spa! We would not go anywhere else! They are very friendly and the staff has very little turnover so you see familiar faces when you go in. The establishment is very clean and has all the safety measures in place for Covid awareness. My cuticles bleed very easily and Lam and Sophia both can do my manicure without me bleeding. Great place! I highly recommend it.

I love coming here. Im extremely picky and while I dont love moving all the time, Im forced to. That said, I search and search to find a place that I like, and after 5 salons I happily landed here at Vogue. They are wonderful are not overly expensive. They even recognize my voice when I call. Great customer service, and all their techs are very capable, although I do have my favorite. ;)

Thank you for ALWAYS making my visit such a pleasant experience. In addition to the great pedicure, I appreciate the Christian music and the silenced Fox news (I can read the captions if I wish). Vogue is the ONLY Nail salon that I will visit.

I’ve been here twice, once for a pedicure and once for a manicure. Both experiences were wonderful! The salon has taken great measures to protect its staff and customers during COVID19. Lan gave the the best manicure I’ve ever had today! I would recommend Vogue Nails to anyone in Lubbock.

Walked in. Checked in. The lady that did my nails did not want to nd it was 3 ok on a week day! They werent busy so idk why. Then a wk later my Right pointer finger literally snapped in half. Will not be returning, Ill have to keep searching for a good nail salon. Very unprofessional.

It was my first time to this salon and Phi did a great job on both my pedi and shellac manicure. He was skilled and friendly. He wasnt overly aggressive with his tools the way some technicians can be, so nothing ever hurt. The hot stone massage was awesome!This salon uses disposable liners for their pedicure tubs, which I love. Everything was very clean. Great selection of both shellac and regular polish. I think Ive found my regular salon.

My nail tech was constantly on her phone and checking Facebook. Then she rushed to do my nails, which were awful. I was so disappointed because I had told all of my friends to go there. They have started to pressure you into buying other services even though I told them I needed to get to an appointment. Again, soooo disappointing. It was my favorite place to chill and she turned it into a nightmare. I told her I had been on vacation so my feet were a mess because I wanted them to do my Pedicure when I got back and she humiliated me very loudly. And then spoke only in Vietnamese. I can honestly say that I did not provoke any of this. I won’t be going back.

I love this place! They have enough employees working that I have never had to wait! Even on a Saturday! Christian music playing and kind people make for an enjoyable experience. Worth the money.

This is the best pedi place in town. Friendly and my polish lasts twice as long as any other place.

Good worker but I called over the phone and they told me $35 each, went and got mine & my sisters nails done and they tried to charge us $45 each. Luckily I was able to prove I called before but I still had to pay $80.

Been going for years and love it. Service is excellent and if you are not satisfied they will fix it. Ask for Nadine.

Had an appointment with Sophia. She did a very good job on my nails.

I went to visit this shop on a saturday, by Sunday there was dirt inbetween my nail and the shellac. I work at a job where i cannot call and they are closed before i can come into the shop to have it fixed. I called on Friday and told them what happened and they told me that because it had already been a week that they cannot do anything about it. I asked him if they would give me even a percentage of getting it fixed and they said no. They have a horrible work ethic and they were very rude over the phone. I promise there are better nail salons in Lubbock than this one.

Very nice staff and they have excellent customer service. Besides the pampering they serve bottled water, soft drinks, or wine.

I guess I got what I paid for, which wasnt much. Nails left rough and polish uneven as well as the length. Less than a professional job.

The staff was very friendly but i did not like my nails they looked like duck feet and were clumpy i ended up just going to another place to get them fixed because i didnt want to hurt the girls feeling so spent 40$ there then had to turn around and spend extra to get them fixed
