Family fun in Turlock. Took 2 of our grand kids there for a few hours. They had a great one and were exhausted from jumping. Family friendly fun!

Nicole and Mason made this entire adventure perfect. From start to finish even! Cannot thank them enough for how sweet both were, attentive and knowledgeable with anything I asked. Nicole went above and beyond getting us in and out there jumping as fast as possible while providing great customer service to the other guests in the lobby. Mason took great care of us once we were on the floor and the kids LOVED him.Thank you both for the best experience! This beats any other one we have been to in the area. You will not be disappointed and should take the time to support such an awesome business.

The children had lots of amazing fun but time flew and soon it was time to leave.

We had my grandsons birthday there. The kids loved it. They all fell asleep on the way home they were so tired .

Took the kids here & they had a blast. Staff was very friendly & helpful. It started w an online promo that they didnt have in-store but the lady at the register made it work. I mean she could have easily gave some lame excuse about not trying, but she genuinely did her best & in the end made it all work out. Great experience right from the start.Speaking of the staff, I saw some kids w minor injuries & the staff was very quick & attentive. They helped them, checked them out properly & kept an eye on them for awhile. Glad to see them taking their job seriously - not a single staffer playing on their phones.As far as the facility itself, it was so clean & safe. I didnt expect that at a trampoline park. And again hats off to the staff bc even the bathrooms were clean! I really didnt expect that!There were sections safe enough for 2-3yo to play in & stuff even teenagers trying to be emo couldnt help but have fun doing (like the swing into the foam pit & tilting rope ladder).Well definitely be back!

I went to this location on 6/13 from 5-6 pm. My wife and I took our two girls to have a fun time. While there, there was a little boy who was jumping right behind me. When I asked him to please move he said “why? I can jump here if I want to.” So I kept jumping away from him square by square. He kept following me even proceeding to push me as I was jumping. I stopped jumping and walked away when he eventually left. About 5 minutes later I went to the basketball court with my youngest daughter and the same boy came over and picked up the ball and started to hit me in the head with it multiple times. I grabbed it and told him to stop. I told the employee there about it and he went to talk to the manager which come to find out was related to the manager there. I find this very unprofessional and it ruined my whole experience. If you’re going to have family members there while on shift, I think it’s only fair that they are respectful towards other customers

The park is always so clean and nice looking. All the employees are always so friendly and nice but my favorite is Nicole she is always accommodating to our family and remember our name at the desk. The park is the best in the area and we absolutely have gotten our money worth with the annual passes! Thank you Nicole and jack!

Love the atmosphere here. Fun and inviting! Ashley, one of the managers, is so sweet and interactive with the kids during Dodgeball! My boys are 11 and 17, and they cant get enough of this place!They bug me for the Glow Nights when they have blacklights on in the building. Looks super fun, and the whole family can jump.

We absolutely LOVED spending our time here! The kiddos had an absolute BLAST and the adults were jumping away too💜 we loved the excellent customer service we received from the manager Ashley and the staff. We will be returning soon 🥰

Such a great place for kids to burn off some energy ! I went with my sister and 3 kids age 8, 5, 3 years. I especially liked the section for 46 and under area, the obstacle course, 8 year old loved this, and there are benches sporadically placed throughout. I always saw at least 1 employee on the floor. When I called i asked if 12-2pm would be more busy or less busy, they said should be less busy. My experience, 12-1, much less busy, after one started to get crazy. Definitely a good opportunity to remind your kids about taking turns and waiting in line. 2 concerns, first, one toilet wasnt flushing and and several of the hand sanitizer dispensers werent working. I told the front attendant, not sure if they did anythingabout it before I left. Second, easy to loose sight of your kids. I made sure my kids were wearing bright clothing to help keep an eye on them with everyone bouncing here or there. But thats to be expected at these places. No pics, having too much fun!

From start to finish the team at Get Air Turlock was fantastic. Sasha greeted us as soon as we came in and introduced us to our Party Host JT, who promptly got our kids and guests checked in and ready to jump. The facility itself was clean, and the party area was great and because we were the last party of the day we had room to spread out. At one point I had a question about supplies for cake time and GM Nicole had answers and solutions for me. JT did an amazing job with the flow of the party and helping me corral the kids for pizza and cake. I will 100% be returning to do more birthday parties or just to have the kids burn some energy. I would highly HIGHLY recommend this place for your next event, staff was amazing! Thank you JT,Nicole and Sasha for making my sons birthday so special you guys are the best :)

I really like the staff they are so friendly and Nicole at the front desk is always so helpful to us. The park is always clean and the kids always have fun! Buying an annual pass is the best thing we did!

The manager Ashley helped me out after I had issues buying tickets online. Usually I go to Rockin Jump in Modesto, but they are STILL CLOSED. The trip was well worth it though, friendly staff, obstacle courses are awesome, and not overcrowded at all. Will be returning.

The front desk female worker was insanely nice!! Definitely deserves a raise! Will come back again and recommend to everyone!!!

We love it here! I’m o momma of 6 boys, and it’s great to have a place like this ... especially during the pandemic ( its clean and sanitary fun ) ! We come from out of town, because there aren’t many family activities during COVID .... we will continue to come, even after the whole COVID thing is over :) . Plus, the staff is really nice and helpful . This last visit we had here, Ashley checked us in and was super helpful & friendly about it being my 7 year olds Birthday and with our questions !

This place is much smaller than most jump locations. There are safety hazards too close to the trampolines. For example, carpet covered raised wood platforms 8 to 12 inches from the jump surface. Several times, we saw kids come very close to hitting their heads on those platforms.

I love this park, they’re so clean and the kids always are tired when we leave! The staff is very friendly and Nicole r at the front desk sold me annual passes for my 3 girls and it was the best thing ever!

Its a fun place and its great for the children

The place is clean and fun but the manager is horrible he has a bad attitude towards customers thats the only reason we havent went back

Came here for my daughters birthday party. They handled everything. No problems. It was a great time on a Saturday. It was so much less crowded than the place in Modesto, I am happy we chose to take the drive. Thanks for making the party easy for me.

Fantastic fun for the family. Had my sons birthday here and it was a blast. Then took my two boys for the late night jump on the weekends and it was a whole new experience. Lights are off except for black lights and led disco balls. Music playing. My boys thought it was very cool. Open til midnight on the weekends. Couple hours here are they were completely wiped out. Great exercise, and something to take them out of their comfort zone and try new stuff. Off the video games for a while anyways. They love it. The staff is great too. Fun and helpful. Bring something cold for them to drink cause a bottle of Gatorade is like $5 ! Kinda outrageous but other then that no complaints. Try it, youll love it.

Fun for all ages

Visited for a birthday party. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They had lots of staff monitoring jumpers safety. Please get my trash cans. Prices were a little high -- But kids loved it and even I as an adult loved jumping too.

I try to visit every week with my toddler and 9 month old every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 12pm. Staff is awesome, professional and helpful. Really fun place to go for kids and adults to get exercise for a really good price. Thanks to all who work here!!!!

Great place for kids parties. Staff seemed well equipped, pizza was pretty decent, and the bouncy activities were pretty cool. Although, I was the only parent actually playing with the kids..but hey, thats just my style!

My daughter and I loved this place! Weve lived here in Turlock since 2016 and never knew it was here. Great customer service and prices! We highly recommend coming here as a family and/or play dates/parties!

Ive never see any place like this GET AIR TRAMP PARK. Lot o fun at this park. Is it a park. Well I think so. What else would you call it. But they do have a lot of trampolines there. Fantastic family fun. Highly recommend for everyone. Had my sons birthday here, although I dont recommend you buy their package deals cause they are way overpriced. We invited a few of his friends and met there. I paid for an hour for each kid. I brought goodie bags and an ice chest of cold Gatorade cause they get so thirsty jumping and drinks there are ridiculously priced. They had a blast. Next visit it was just my sons and I and it was there late night weekend jump, which had a whole different vibe. My boys thought it was very cool. Everything is dark except for disco ball light and had the black light effect. They were offering buy one hour and get 2 free. Great value cause by the end, my boys were completely wiped out. I liked that it wasnt over crowded and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to insure everyone was having a great time. Very neat place with a Dodge ball court, basketball court, surf board, balance beams, and video camera set up so kids can watch themselves. There is also a hundred trampolines, and jump into the foam area. There is a toddler area separate from the main area for the little guys that duplicates the larger area. So they dont get hurt by older kids. Check it out, you will enjoy yourself.

The Turlock location is always very clean. The staff is polite and very helpful. Its nice to have somewhere to bring my son to have fun, while I relax and watch him play.However, I would like to see an improvement in the cleaning policy. While the kids have on special clean gripper socks, the staff wears their street shoes on the mats while they are cleaning. That pretty much eliminates the sanitary factor youre striving for. Lysol for the carpets may also help with the gym-like musty odor. Thank you!

So much fun!! This place is awesome and my family and I (ages 2 years, 7, 10, 30, and 32) all had a blast!! Even watching the staff asking other kids to follow rules it was done gently and kindly. Definitely a fun place to go and either let the kids get energy out or jump with them and get some exercise in.

This place my kids love the staff is very friendly and the place clean including the bathrooms. This year we plan to celebrate my daughters # 6 birthday.

We had an amazing time!!

My Mother called ahead to see if there were any school or rental events, or if it was a regular jump day, she was told that nothing was going on; this was at 12:30 (they live an hour away.) When we arrived, at 1:40pm there was a sign on the door for an event from 2-4pm; maybe keep all employees informed of events that are happening, so people dont waste their time and gas.

Had a blast here it was so fun for the kids.Furthermore I want to acknowledge the staff, for there ability to keep their cool dealing with a bunch of kids hyped up on Mountain Dew & running at full speed.Also,The place was very clean for the most part.

Wouldn’t let my 4 year old jump in all areas of their very small facility.. I spoke with the manager who refunded our jumping fees minus the price of our socks for $12..Staff are friendly but the facility is nothing like the Modesto Rock N Jump which allows my 4 year old full access... I am not sure why anyone want to go here when Rock N Jump is so close!

The kids always have a good time when they come. Sometimes it can get crowded, especially around 11-2 on Saturdays. They have a large jump area, a basketball ball hoop, dodgeball, wall climb, swinging climb, and a couple of jump pits. They also have an area for little kids to jump in, however, Get Air doesnt oversee this area as much as they probably should. Bigger kids constantly go in there and bump around the little kids. I think this area could use better signage and monitoring. 1 hr is $12 for bigger kids and $8 for little kids. Kids always have fun though.

This place is a very jumpy, fun place to have fun with the whole family. It is very considerate, and nice that Get Air offers at 8: 30-10: 00am only children with disabilities can have 2 and a half hours to themselves jumping and having fun.

Was a fun place to go to but the refs are over the top. There are signs for no flipping and tricks for kids safety but then kids they know personally get to do whatever while they told other kids no. Very small and as mentioned they were over the top a bit. It was fun but I would probably go elsewhere if i brought kids of various ages and wanted them to jump together.

Tuesday and Thursday tot time is where its at. 8 dollars. 8 bucks in a padded facility! Gives Moms and Dads some time to breath. Plus, adults jump for free.

Fun place but very disappointed in their Bday party package. My daughter paid $350 for a party and still was not set up the way it was described and very inconsistent as far as their rules what you can bring in and what you cant!

I have a Granddaughter whom is mildly autistic and the whole staff were always so kind and helpful toward her every time we had visited before Covid hit. Thank you Staff of 2019-2020 Im sure you have moved on. Thanks are in order for the Ownership in regards to selection of employees, I saw and dealt with nothing but the best.

I like that they do not mind me stepping out as long as I come back at the proper time to get my kid.

Fun place to take the kids. Plenty of obstacles to go on. The ninja course was fun. They have an area for the little ones as well. It would be better if they kept the little ones over ther so as to not get in the path of the bigger kids. Wasnt crowded when we were there on Saturday a.m.

Kids had a blast. Love the obstacle course and the different types of stuff you can do. Only down fall is you cant jump and play with your kids under 46. So wont go back until kids are over 46.

We had our son’s birthday party here in Jan 26th, 2019. It was completely unorganized from the start. Our party time was 3:30-5:30. There was another party at our table and they were not moved and cleaned up until after 4pm. We had ordered a party package that included pizzas and drinks. We specifically ordered a water pitcher so the children would have drinks if they were thirsty during play time. When we asked for the water, we were told it came with the pizza and we had to wait another hour and a half for that to be delivered...only to find out that Get Air is the one who brought out the drinks in 2 liters. Further, when we asked for our water as the kids became thirsty we were told we could purchase 5 waters. We had a party of 10 children. We were told we had a party organizer and yet there was no one to be found for the length of the party. We had to go find attendants to find out when our pizza would arrive, to retrieve our cake, for waters...a guest of ours walked down to another business and purchased waters for the kids while we waited. This is NOT a cheap party package. We will NEVER host a party here again. They did not care about us as patrons, they did not organize anything or advise us of how it worked. They did not stick around and help us with anything. We basically paid $300 for a table (late) and 10 kids to jump. We’ve hosted parties at Fun Works and it was extremely organized, the party attendant never left your kids and table and you knew exactly what was going on the entire time. Bonus, it was cheaper than Get Air. So disappointed. I am forced to give 1 star to leave a review otherwise it would have zero stars. Not impressed whatsoever. It was frustrating and maddening to pay that much for nothing.On another note, there was ZERO supervision for the area next to the party tables. Our children were unable to participate in this area because several adults!!! Were throwing the balls as hard as they could at children’s heads! Beyond ridiculous. When someone finally came over to monitor after someone else complained, they laughed as they watched the adults slam kids with the balls in the face.

Great place to bring your kids to. Everytime I take them, I relax on their massage chair putting money into it while my kids have fun.

My daughter just called and said someone stole her phone from the cubbies while she was jumping. Make sure you hold on to your belongings. Good thing they had cameras. Caught the guy and cops got involved and he turned it.

Ill be d***** if Im gonna pay for toddler time And my son still be limited to where he can play. A point of toddler time is that theres no bigger kids were we have to worry about then be getting hurt by them.The 1st time we went there they let us play wherever and now all of a sudden they want a limited as to where he can play. Im good I have a trampoline At home he can just jump on that for FREE. And no changing station for our little ones. And the only thing they Serve is soda they should really think about serving water considering that its a high active area for children. Not everybody wants Their children getting hyped up on caffeine .

Such an amazing time! Family fun for all ages, we visited on my daughters 8th B-Day. We highly recommend you visit since there are so different obstacle courses and activities.

Went there for a Birthday party with strictly cousins who hardly see eachother. The kids were so excited to play together but were not able to do so due to their restricted areas for little and big kids. My son who is 4 and his cousins are 6, werent able to jump anywhere together or even play dododgeball together for he was too short, even though nobody else was in there. So he was sent to the very small kids jump area where his cousins followed him but than they couldnt jump in there because they were too big. So I asked where can they play together? Manager told me up stairs but they cant jump together its only one person at a time, or they can play basketball but that is also one person at a time. The manager then told me thats why we are considered an amusement park. My son was devastated. Spent 2 hours alone and pretty sad. Never Again!
