Very Clean, and I was very thrilled with my nails and pedicure. The guy who did mine was very kind, and gentile I didnt know what I was wanting I just told him simple and nothing over the top. In the end I was extremely satisfied. Will return again sometime. Price were great and overall best experience for my first.

I did something a little different with my nails and the lady I had tried different colors to make sure thats what I liked. My nails came out amazing. The guy that did my pedicure did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with my service 😀

Pros: Luis was very attentive to my feet. It’s probably the best pedicure I’ve had here in Lubbock.Cons: I was never offered anything to drink while everyone around me did. I don’t usually cut the nail of my big toe but Luis was so into my feet he forgot to ask. I specifically requested Peter and Stephen. My mom and I arrived an he early for our appt and was told to come back at our scheduled appt. When we did they still weren’t ready and we had to wait.

I got the Volcano pedicure with Peter. Seriously, the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. They were very busy when I arrived but there was no wait (even without an appointment) and he spent about an hour taking care of my feet and legs! Such an awesome experience!

Everyone here is so kind and helpful! And the shellac mani and pedi are both beautiful.

The service is not worth the money.My husband and I got pedicures they lasted no longer than 15 minutes. The place was not packed at all mind you, I really thought I was going to enjoy this time with my husband but it was just a waste of time.

I’ve had the best experience with a male tech (can’t remember his name) I have wild ideas, some don’t work out, but he tries and doesn’t get upset about it. My nails stay through the grow out process and NEVER lift. I would recommend every time.

I went in to get my gel nails filled, painted, and some fall leaf designs. Hien used some stickers for the designs and put a clear coat over the top. She did a great job and I loved them. That night two of the stickers peeled off and one the next morning. I went back in for them to remove the remainder of the stickers and just have them plain like the other nails. Hannah was not very nice about having to redo them and then kept speaking to her co-workers where I could not understand so it took a very long time to just do those 4 nails again. Then when she was done she just walked off and never told me that she was done or I could leave so I was waiting for her to come back. Finally another tech asked if they were okay so I assumed they were done. When I left, I passed Hannah and said thank you and she did not even respond to me. Had I not had the stickers, the first time going in was a great experience but they were not very friendly or sympathetic that I had to go back a second time to get them fixed. Wont be going back.

I came in to get my polish fixed and they were phenomenal! They were professional, clean and precise!!! I will definitely be coming back.

Worst experience I have EVER had. I’ve had 4 nails just break off like they where never even attached! These guys refused to fix them and flat ignored me in the store when I went to complain and get them fixed. I paid $60 for nails that broke within a week and a half. I work hard for every penny I make and they took advantage of every bit of it. I work full time and attempted going/calling several other times this week and they were closed due to the holidays. I’m beyond infuriated and DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone unless you wanna pay $60 for nothing! I shared a photo of the man who did my nails and the second time my nails broke

Have been looking for a salon in Lubbock since I came up here for college. I got an acrylic full set and it’s one of the best sets I’ve ever had! Everyone was so sweet and the building was very clean and organised! Definitely making this my go to salon! Hien was so awesome and my nails are beautiful!

Went to get eyebrows waxed today. Was really quickly done. She got wax on both eyelids so now I have big red steaks on both eyes where they ripped the skin off. They didnt give me a mirror when they finished to look. Besides the painful loss of skin they didnt even do the same shape for both eyebrows

Everyone who works here is friendly and even though theyre always busy, I rarely have to wait more than 10 mins. They have lots of choices and Im always pleased with the work. Prices are fair and cute, clean location.

Love the staff and my experience is always great and I get seen quickly. However my polish on my pedicures always come off within a week. I never have this problem anywhere else. Im wondering if they thin their polishes with something that hurts the integrity of the polish. Might try bringing my own polish...

I have never had a problem anywhere else I’ve went. For the last 4 days everyday I had to go get a nail fixed. The first time a nail completely popped off. The second and third time a nail split in half not by force, they charge me 5$ everyday I come in to get them fixed which I disagree with because I shouldn’t have to be coming in everyday because of this issue.. I don’t know if it’s the glue they use Or what. The FOURTH time the nail polish chipped pretty bad. The second time I came in she put my nail on very cricked and I told her and she got snappy with me as if I was a inconvenience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Will be finding new place.

I went here to get my granddaughters toes and nails painted. I guess since it was something simple and not expensive is the reason we received horrible service. They got us right in but acted as if we were an inconvenience. We had to ask to put them under the nail dryer and take them out and put the little flops on them so they could walk out. I will not be back after receiving such poor treatment.

I had a pedicure on Friday 2/23 that was quick and successful, but the behavior by the nail technician was offensive and not prone to desiring a return visit of this patron: The long-haired beauty was curt without looking up at me on any question I asked; she seemed imposed upon by anything that I asked her and laughed at me when I requested ice water. The pedicure was perfectly acceptable - but the service was not.

I disliked their service! My mom, my sister, my nephews girlfriend and I went to get manis, pedis and myself; a regular fill. Well first of all, they were hesitant in choosing who they wanted to take first, secondly my mother and I were never even offered a drink like my sister and nephews girlfriend (as well as the other customers) did. Thirdly, the guy whom tended to me never once struck up a conversation, while doing my nails, at all. He as well as one of the other co-workers whom was sitting next to him were talking amongst themselves (in their language) and the co-worker just found everything she had to say to him and his response so funny. Then, he finishes up my nails, mind you I was just getting a regular fill, and leaves my nails so unprofessional! You could tell where the old and new acrylic are plus where he broke off some of the old acrylic. He did not blend it in what so ever. I sure did tell him I did not like it and it wasnt suppose to look like that but he started talking in his language to his co-worker and she kept arguing the same thing to me saying its because you have old acrylic, thats why it looks like that Im like well arent you suppose to blend it? Got the same response! After telling them so many times... I didnt argue anymore, so he takes me to where I put my nails under the blue light and leaves me there like forever (30 min or so) Im over here thinking how hard or shiny or whatever are these nails suppose to get? Employees would pass me by, no smile, no kindness what so ever until I told the other guy who worked there to turn it off! The one who did my nails didnt bother to go back for nothing! Made me so mad! Never will I go there again. First and last time!! The ones who tended to my other family members were treated kindly but not me (for some odd reason). But all I can say is God bless them and I hope no one has to have such an experience like I did.
