We were in town for a gymnastic meet and had extra time to spare. Had to hit HEB and saw the sign for the grand opening of the nail salon. It was hard but I convinced my son that I needed a pedicure and he would love it. We both had a great experience. The place is lovely and the staff is super friendly. For those that live in Lubbock this is your new go to nail salon before hitting HEB. My son loved it too, his feet never felt so good and clean and he really enjoyed the hot stone massage, perfect for his achy leg muscles and feet.

Lynn is wonderful and very gentle. I love her work. And Cindy is very nice as well. They work hard to please their customers

I decided to give this place a try since they are new and close to my house. I was not impressed. The guy who did my pedicure was really rough in my opinion and came across as unhappy and unfriendly. To top it off the bag inside the tub ripped and was uncomfortable let alone very unsanitary. He knew it was ripped and did nothing about it. Then the bag of paraffin wax that went on one of my feet ended up with a hole in it and half the wax leaked out and he knew it. Then when I was ready to leave I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes before anyone came to wait on me. I can’t say I will be back after this experience.

Woman did my dip powder nails horribly thick, uneven in all regards (to the point where I had to take the file and shape parts myself), didnt check the corners for sharp edges, didnt get powder out from under the nails, cut my cuticle twice using the file and said nothing about it, wasnt open to my request for thinner nails, and was rushing the end process so she had to redo the topcoat when it smudged. The only good thing was the mostly non-damaging process to take off my previous dip nails and the fact that they load you up with coupons at the end.....not that Ill need them.

I always have a great relaxing time here. I have been to a lot of nail salons in Lubbock and Castle Nail is by far the best place I have been!

Do not go here!! I went here for a fill to try the place out. When the lady started doing my nails she hurt me and when I said ouch she said dont move she didnt even apologize. Then she kept saying my nails were too thick? So she filed, filed, and filed some more I was there for about 1 1/2 hours! On top of that they charged me $45 for a fill with 10% off I usually pay $35 for a fill at my regular place. Over the next 2 days I had 2 nails break one just one the side and one straight across in the middle probably because they were so thin and she filed them so much. I went in to get it fixed and instead of them taking the nail off of the one that was cracked straight across the girl just applied acrylic on top of it and didnt even file them down or anything so now I have 2 nails that are curved and the rest are straight. I will never go there again horrible experience and way over priced!

I am very unhappy with my nails and paid more than I usually do at Kim’s. The place was convenient and I decided to give them a try. The color is not what I picked out and they ‘tried’ a gold tip that didn’t work so I ended up letting them add the gold flecks on top of the base color. I did not have time for them to change it. Most of all they did a blocky square nail filing that (1) was very different from the rounded tip I had, (2) nothing like I showed them in the picture, and (3) they never asked about changing the shape. I will not be back.

Technician wasnt all that friendly and hurt me several times without the slightest acknowledgement much less apology. Its alsp a bit pricy too!

Went with a friend to get a pedicure and get my nails dipped. The dip was poor quality at an awkward angle the water was too hot for me and they cut both mine and my friends nails too short so it burned. Not very good.

Do not go here without cash! They forgot to charge me for a service and I didn’t catch it until I looked at my bank account a few days later. They went back and had charged me double from what my receipt said! What business thinks they can do that and get away with it?

I asked for nail art I wanted boy girl one my real nails and they told me they couldnt do it.. wont b back

Cold, old food. I understand we went late. .. 12:20 a.m., but hey dont close until 2 a.m. The cashier was friendly and engaging. The food was cold and old. I got the $5 meal (cheap, I know), and my husband got the Parmesan salad. His salad was good. My fries, burger, and nuggets were cold. Fries were limp. Burger patties looked burnt and were dry. Wasted $5.

The pedicure was the very best one I have ever had. So relaxing with the hot stone calf & foot message. My toenails looked really pretty with shellac polish.For the manicure I had nail tips put on with the dipped nails. They also turned out beautifully & shaped perfectly. Tommy did both pedicure & manicure. He is a very professional & talented technician. Also, the receptionist greeted me when I walked in & helped me choose polish colors. This will definitely be my new nail salon thanks to the great service from everyone there as well as the friendly atmosphere. Thank you all for a super nail experience!!!!

I have gone to Castle nails for quite some time and have never had a problem however today was different. When I walked in, I could tell they were busy but I was seated right away and began to soak off my dip nails. After 25 minutes of no one coming to check on me, the owner asked the front desk girl to wipe off my dip. She came and helped, and then left my nails soaking for another 15 minutes. Because the same acetone was used for 40 minutes, it got super sticky and was all over my hands. Finally, the owner came over to do my nails. I could tell he was flustered by how busy it was and how many customers were not being waited on. He began cutting and filing my nails and I could tell he was in a rush and not taking any care in the work he was doing . He cut me to where I bled two different times. He was using the drill on my nails in such a rushed manner that my fingers all hurt. It was all together a terrible experience and myself, nor my friends, will be returning.

Trinity always does a great job on my nails! I love the shape and colors available. Castle Nails is so quick, SNS dip lasts me at least 2 weeks, and every one is really efficient.

My wife loves going here! I usually call to book the appointments and everytime I do they are so helpful on the phone! Recently, my 3 year old daughter has started going and they are so sweet to her and super helpful. Last time she showed off her nails for 5 days to anyone that would listen.

The only nice person was the young girl who greeted me. No one else acknowledged me. I was excited to get my nails done there since I was told they were really good. The nail tech was rude and rushed the whole time. I lost a nail a couple of days later. I went back to get it fixed and they seemed bothered by my presence. One of the top ladys put another acrylic but didnt shape it like my other ones. When she was done she got up and left. They made me feel horrible!! Never going back and I Recomend No one go there!! Horrible customer service!!

The workers were all friendly, the salon was clean, the pricing was fair, & overall the experience went well. However, my gel manicure chipped after 4 days. I wont be back, but maybe someone else will have better luck with a different service.

During my pedicure I was cut 2 times and after I asked the lady to just stop she refused and kept trying to fix it definitely will not be back . Tried 5 different nail techs hoping for the best but this was the last straw . Hoping my toe doesn’t get infected.

Of the many men that seemed so nice and polite in this place, I get the obnoxious rude one. Argued with me on what kind of nails I had on already. Had to tell him like 3 times what I wanted and he still brought the wrong polish. Argued with me about putting my shoes on after. Just plain obnoxious. Thank goodness he wasnt the one who did the mani/pedi. The woman who did, did good job, but did not speak a lick of English. It was hard to tell her where my feet needed attention and that one of my nails was split. Also I dont think the technicians should be talking on the phone while working on the client. Especially lengthy conversations. Who does this when working on people? The obnoxious guy needs to go......I get along with most anyone, but really?

I got a full set with Shellack and was not told it was the same price as the powder. I ask about the powder first. The lady didnt even shape my nails. Then when I went to check out the lady didnt even offer the coupon on their website. So I called and the al called manager said I had to tell them about their own coupons they have. Sorry not my job that is your job. Wont be going back

I went in as a first time customer with my mom, first person we encountered was quite rude. She barked at my mom to “sign in” but there was nowhere to sign in. We looked around for help and no one was paying attention. Just not a very welcoming salon.
