My awful experience started from the moment i walked in when all the workers just stared at me and no one asked what i was needing or how i could be helped. i was needing a full set just plain white and was here for over an hour and all they did was soak my hands in acetone for over half an hour. a lady who walked in 20+ minutes after me asking for the exact same thing was helped before me. i then just asked them to simply take off my old set bc i had to leave and this is how they let me walk out with my skin all dried out and i still have acrylic all over my nails. keeping in mind the lady who came in AFTER me left at the exact same time with her set complete.

Was really kind when we came and wonderful service the entire time we were there. We went to get a mani and pedi for prom and went far beyond expectations. Prices was so worth the look and will definitely be coming back again! 10/10 💖

This salon used to be my go to salon. Unfortunately, they cant seem to open on time (9:30) or have staff in place to provide services. Ex: Today, I arrived at 9:55 am to be turned away by a gentleman because he just opened and couldnt do a pedi and had no staff that would be on site for a pedi until 10:30. I would understand if this was a one time issue but this has occurred repeatedly. Also, no mask on staff.

Love getting my nails done at Tropical Nail Spa. Good customer service and great quality. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Come get your nails done before Christmas here guys!

Love this place! They got me right in for a pedicure, had more drink options than anywhere else I’ve been, and had extra relaxing features like an essential oil hot neck pillow they let us use. It’s extremely clean and modern. I will definitely be back.

My partner and I came to Tropical Nail Spa for pedicures, and we absolutely loved it! The pedicure was amazing, my feet felt sooooo good!!! They take their time so you definitely get your moneys worth! I have been to many nail salons in Lubbock and have never had such a great pedicure. I left happy and as long as theyre consistently good I will keep going. A major downfall with a vast majority of nail salons in Lubbock is that theyre inconsistent, one day you might get a great pedicure, and the next not so much! This was by far the best pedicure I have ever gotten, and I will be back! Keep up the great service!

I got the pedicure and manicure done here yesterday. I liked the little massage, it was nice. But the lady that was doing my nails seemed like she hasn’t done the manicure ever before. My cuticle was pulled, nail surface wasn’t cleaned... I just needed the regular manicure with a clear nail polish and I didn’t not get it, though I paid money. It was a bad job.

I do not recommend this place the girl doing my pedicure was more worried about getting to the girls nails in the next chair she rushed through my pedicure start to finish was only about 30 minutes I had one of the more expensive pedicures to be pampered and the experience was the opposite!

Loved my service! I got a pedicure and a dip powder nail set and both turned out wonderful. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the service isnt rushed unlike other nail spas. The store is also very clean which is a plus. Id definitely recommend coming to Tropical Nails after a long day to relax and have a day to yourself. This shop is new so they are offering 20% off all services until the 15th of September!! I will be back!

I loved coming here! I came here very short notice to get nails done for a wedding. I bite my nails very often so i know people have a hard time doing my nails, but they did so well and even offered a tip on how to stop biting them. I also got my eyebrows done and their wax smells so good! kind of like coconut or something. Highly recommend

Have been here 4 times now and have gotten dip, regular painted nails (which stayed on for two weeks) and a great LONG message pedicure. Really enjoy coming to this nail salon.
