Had a great experience at this store. All staff members were very friendly and helpful and were eager to help me. However, they claim that their products will cure your feet problems, whatever they may be, and in my situation, they did not. My feet still hurt and ache, and they only provide a minimal amount of support during my day. Everyone is built differently, and they claim that their products are “custom-made” for your feet and they are not. They go to the back and grab them off the shelf and pretend to fit them to your feet when you’re in the store. For the price, I do not think it is worth it, it is roughly $1,100 for their cheapest package and I believe the highest package was around $1,300. They do offer care credit, but THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. They never mentioned this to me when I was in the store, nor did they point out that it was written on the papers when you are signing them. After still experiencing extreme pain, the type that they claimed to eliminate with their products, THEN they told me they are NON-REFUNDABLE over a phone call. I am a college student who works full-time on my feet 8 hrs/day and am stuck paying off these insoles for the next year because they did not tell me everything I needed to know and were just trying to sell a product. After seeing a podiatrist in Waco because my feet are still hurting every day, he told me he does not recommend the Good Feet Store because they are off-the-shelf and not custom made for you or your needs. I am writing this review because I wish I saw one like this when I was researching the Good Feet Store…it would’ve saved me $1,200 and a lot of pain. I feel like I got scammed at this store and I did, It’s almost fraudulent. I recommend seeing a doctor or podiatrist before coming to this store so they can fully assess you and your needs. Do not waste your time or money coming to this store unless it is a last resort.
The Good Feet Store in Waco fixed me up. My feet felt so much better right away and John was so nice and helpful. I was very impressed by the products they offer and I recommend trying them
I have bad feet. Always have, probably always will. And no matter how many new, expensive, highly rated shoes I have bought, my feet have continued to hurt. I finally decided to go to this store after seeing the commercial a few times. It just so happened that I went shopping in Cedar Park a few times and didn’t realize there was a location right next to me, so I ended up driving about an hour away to the Waco location 😩 The person that helped me was John, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Rather than a quick fix, they give you three different shoe inserts in hopes of correcting your whole body over time. I can honestly say that when I walked with the inserts at the store, my lower back felt less crunched and I didn’t feel my toes grasping/over compensating. Yes, they are uncomfortable. Yes, they are expensive. And yes, John did say I need to wear shoes and my inserts while driving AND while walking around the house (horrifying). But I know that my feet are important and worth it. I’m only 30 so I need to start taking care of my body before things worsen.
I had a VERY positive experience at the Waco, TX, Good Feet store. Maddison was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I understood my options and there was no pressure to make any particular decision. I highly recommend someone with foot pain go to a Good Feet store!
I recently visited the Good Feet store and was immediately greeted by an employee asking how they they could assist me. I inquired about their insoles and the associate gave a quick run through about their product. The associate was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. He also very thorough and patient throughout the entire process. I had a mild Sciatic pain in my lower back and by the time I walked out of the store my pain was hardly noticeable!!! I was in disbelief!!!! If you feet issues or lower back pain I strongly suggest you stop by the Good Feet for a free consultation-it might one of the best decisions you ever made!! 😊
I showed up on a Friday about 10 minutes before the store closed. I thought I could just get in & out but it was not the case. I felt bad but John assured me he was there to help me no matter how long it took! I have been wearing the inserts now for a little over a week & I am doing a lot less hobbling. I recommend anyone with foot issues to go. For me, it has made it 100 percent better to walk! Thanks for your product & great customer service!!
The good feet store in Waco Texas was awesome! Very friendly staff and they went into full detail on how the products worked and how to properly use them. If anyone is having feet problem definitely check this place out. Yes it is expensive but if this fixes my problems for life then its definitely worth it!!
Salesman was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Understood that the prices may be hard to swallow for some. And didn’t try to push extra products on me.
I had a wonderful experience with my appointment at the Good Feet Store in Waco Texas. My fitting specialist John Acker was top notch. He was very knowledgeable on the products that I needed to help with my foot pain. He set my on the right track to healthy feet. I would recommend that you go by and see John. He will have you walking the straight and narrow in no time.
The good feet store in Waco Texas was the right store for me in trying to find the right inserts for my shoes. I work anywhere from 8-16 hours a day, and it’s not good for your feet to hurt 1/2 way through your shift. I seen a commercial Saturday advertising the good feet store in Waco and decided to call and get some info. To my surprise they are open 7 days a week and a appointment is best but not necessary. Tuesday was my only day off and we decided to check them out, we walked right in with no appointment and was greeted by Kasey. She got some info from me and began telling me all kinds of info on feet with high arches, she was so knowledgeable. After being fit first try mind you just from us chit chatting and her answering my questions, she picked me out the right inserts and we did some walking in them I could tell they were perfect for my feet. We checked out and was on our way in a little over an hour. They have followed up with me twice since Tuesday and I am so glad I paid them a visit. I will say they are a little expensive but with having to be on my feet 6 days a week for mega hours I love them. Wednesday I came home from work and my husband asked me how’s your feet I said great they don’t hurt. I have been a diabetic for years and sometimes not a good one and I’m so thankful I paid the feet store in Waco Texas a visit. One satisfied customer right here and my feet are the evidence ........

I had a very positive experience with John at the The Good Feet Store in Waco, Texas. He showed me and demonstrated the products and there was no pressure put on me to purchase - although the price was a little high for my budget. I took the plunge and made the purchase. After 1 day of following the procedure, my back and hip felt 100% better.

I found out it is very important to get the correct insoles for my shoes. I will be forever grateful for the help I received from Ms. Maddison at the Waco Good Feet Store. After weeks of hardly being able to put my left foot down, my heel hurt so bad, I am able to walk again and I am getting better every day. Thanks again.Sincerely, KB

I went in the store expecting a shoe store. My eyes were open to a resolution of getting my feet corrected. I was amazed at how much Better my feet felt with the help of the lady that helped me. I am sorry I don’t remember her name. I am very satisfied.
The Gentleman that helped fit my orthopedic inserts was very courteous and spent a lot of time making sure that I was satisfied. I’ve been wearing them for 4 days and can tell a big difference in my feet.Thank you to the Good Feet Store in Waco, Texas.
The initial introduction to Good Feet was swift and informative. Just started using the adjusters so I dont have much to say in experiences. Opinions pending.

I was so skeptical of inserts making a big enough difference for me to really notice but after literally the first few days I am completely sold! Definitely worth the investment and Kasey made the whole process very easy to take in and understand.
Went to the Waco store location on Monday during my lunchtime and didn’t realize the amount of time they put into explaining their product so I told them I would have to come back. So glad I did!!! I picked up right where I left off with Maddison. She was very informative about their products and answered any questions that I had. Yes you spend a small fortune but after going through inserts after inserts I feel like I found the answer to fixing my sore, tired feet and knees. Highly recommend Good Feet to give yourself a better quality of life!!
The waco store was very accommodating and pleasant.

I had made an appointment with a Good feet store, in Waco Texas at the central Texas marketplace . I heard a lot of good things about them and Im constantly having heel pain where I can hardly walk at times. So I made an appointment to see what it was all about. They were a little more expensive than I anticipated, but I didnt realize that it was a lifetime product and you got three separate inserts for your shoes.John was very helpful, and patient until we found the right ones that were comfortable for me to walk in and felt right.I had gotten my son a fitting also because he is always complaining about the same heel pain and so I ended up buying him his life time inserts.he already feels a difference in his feet and I can see a difference in how he is walking. I plan on getting me some as soon as I could afford to. But I am definitely going to go back and get the shoes until I can get my inserts because,I really do think they make a difference. Thank You to John and his staff at the Good Feet store here in Waco Texas . They are really going to make a difference in my sons life
Waco location was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Kasey and John were awesome!
I went in looking for support for my Mortons neuroma 5 days before my next checkup for a possible injection to relive the pain I felt from walking and irritating it. John was very helpful with the process and explained all about the product. I could tell a difference in the pain in my feet and toes almost immediately. When I went into the podiatrist, there was tenderness in the area of my neuroma but nothing like it had been three weeks or even several days prior. I did not have to receive the injection. I even have gotten back into walking around my neighborhood again since the pain has diminished!
The Waco store customer service was awesome! Kasey and her associates were extremely helpful and friendly.
I went to The Good Feet Store in Waco, Texasin the hope to get relief for my feet. I have Type 2 diabetes so my feet are in bad shape. The people are very friendly and there was no pressure to buy anything. I simply told them what my foot problems were and they did the rest. I was provided new shoes and inserts to meet my foot problems. It will take some time, but I can already notice a difference in my walking. Thank you for meeting my foot needs.

I have never had custom orthotics so this has been a new experience for me. John at the Waco, Tx Good feet store was very nice. I stand about 8 hours a day and I know something wasnt right about why I hurt all the time. I think getting these custom orthotics was the right move. Im still getting used to them but I think itll help me feel good during the day from now on!
Went in Waco store to look. Came out with what I needed. Wore them 5 days know. My knees had no hurt . Other pains either. They new what they was doing and good at it. Thanks
I went to the Waco location and they helped me align my feet. Very helpful staff.
Love this product but it’s way too expensive
I spent $1100 for a pair of shoes, and 3 sets of inserts. Even though the shoe scale said 9 1/2, I usually get the size 10. I have a rather wide foot, with a high instep. They talked me into getting the 9 1/2, because thats the size you should wear. After wearing for a week, they were blistering the top of my toe, I went back, explained what happened, and was told, you wore these, I cant swap them. Ok, my bad, I should have insisted on the larger size. The inserts, after several trips back and forth, MULTIPLE PAIRS OF INSERTS, never cured my issue (Planter Faciatious), so I wound up going to a Podiatrist, who adjusted the Good Feet Store insert (Drs comment was if they can do what i do, I wasted 4 years of medical school, and $400,000, and if they had an insert with the toe support moved back just a bit, it would have worked). This is after the dr took x-rays, and did a thorough exam, and knew where the insert support should be.In a month, my condition has vastly improved and it cost less than half -even if he had to make the inserts, total bill would have been only $800. YMMV. I cant recommend these folks. Just go to a professional.
Great experience. Kacey was very helpful.
Very knowledgeable sales person. Took time to make sure I got what I appeared to need. Time will tell if the product is successful in helping my problem.
Kasey at the good feet store in waco texas she is a really great worker she was patient and she helped me find the right insert and shoes for my feet. Ive been dealing with foot pain for 3 years and just had 3 surgeries on my foot
Thank you so much for helping me with my feet. Ive been having plantar fasciitis for over a month and l could no longer enjoy my power walks. I walked in the store limping and walked out walking normal and NO PAIN!! Im so grateful!
Very satisfied with the knowledge and customer service at the Waco store. I only wish I hadnt waited so long to try them out!

Kasey was very professional and knowledgeable! I appreciate her friendliness and kindness!
Called and got in quicky. Service was great and fixed me up with a plan to help with my foot pain. I am getting used to the inserts and so far, so good. Thanks, John!
Very friendly service. Knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this experience to others. Thanks so much.
John was helpful and knowledgeable about feet issues.
It was truly a great experience. I got an immediate improvement in my knee discomfort--the popping stopped. My sciatic pain much improved . I could feel my entire gait change.I plan to go back to purchase some of those athletic shoes they sell.It was worth every dollar I spent.Thank you Good Feet!
John was a pleasure to learn from. He knows his job well, and taught me a lot about the flat feet problem that Ive had for years. Ive been using my orthodics for a week now and feel a big difference from other products that Ive used. Im looking forward to further pain relief. I would recommend The Good Feet Store to anyone suffering foot and ankle pain.
I was unaware of the information how walking correctly could effect your feet, back and neck. I have issues with all of them. Ive only been wearing the inserts a week, but I expect to have relief in all areas after a time. Suzanne was very helpful in guiding me how to wear them and explaining how each one will help.
Was so glad to know about the Waco store. Kasey was great and my feet already feel better!! Told my son about the store and recomended he check out the one in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
John was very comprehensive in covering the details and expectations I should experience. The Waco Store was easily accessible and I felt very comfortable in the choice I made with their guidance!!
I had a wonderful experience at the Waco Store. Trent was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff were excellent as well. I learned a lot. It has only been a couple weeks since I got my arch supports and what a difference. I was a bit surprised on the cost but I feel the end result will be make it worthwhile. The arch supports take a bit of getting used to but my heel pain is almost gone and my posture is much better already. I would recommend to anyone to stop by and see what it is all about!
Great experience addressed my problems set me up with what i needed....John is very good at his job with great knowledge and caring for the customer he is a asset to the Waco TX store
The customer service here is amazing! They taught me why it was important to get the correct size of inserts and let me try them on before purchasing them.
I regret doing this. .Especially since they dont refund if you decide not to go through it. They are overpriced and they are not a mold of your feet. An appointment with a specialist wouldnt cost that much if insurance would not pay. I had my feet molded years ago and it wasnt half of this. I believe they do this because a lot of people are not happy. I will be exchanging for other options. Dont go there until you know about refund. [email protected]
First time my husband has stood up straight in years. Waco store was good. Kasey did an outstanding job when she got to us. Had to wait for a good long time, she was busy with others. Time will tell if they will work.
I was referred to The Good Feet store by my chiropractor. Ive had my inserts for about a week. I must say what a huge difference they have made in my hip pain and lower back pain. Suzanne provided such great customer service and is so knowledgeable. Dont waste your money on those store bought inserts. Even the ones that are $50 plus. They wont last but a month or so and wont give you what Goot Feet will.
I walked into the Waco store, not knowing what to expect. I had been hearing their ads for years, and knew I had to do something about my aching back and knees. I had noticed that I was walking differently and I felt off balance. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but was quickly put at ease as I tried on different orthotics tailored to my specific gait. The difference I could feel was amazing. Some of the pressure points that had been a nagging source of pain were eased and I was more balanced. I am 2 weeks in and still a fan!!!
My wife and I stopped by the Good Feet tore in Waco, Tx to see if their products might help me with foot pain. We met Kacey at the store and she did everything possible to make us feel at ease. We wound up buying a full set of their inserts. It has been a little over a week now since our visit and the inserts are helping. Kasey has called me twice now to check on my progress and comfort with their products. Great products and superior customer service.
I was in the Waco, Texas store last week in search of inserts and arch support for my western boots which, before then, would make my feet ache in short order after putting them on.Suzanne set me up accordingly, including instructions for properly getting used to them, and which, being me, I didnt follow. No matter; my feet felt so good I would forget to take my boots off. 😊 My bad. I would definitely go back if I needed additional support.
John Acker was great. Really helped me get the right insoles. I like this store a lot better than the one in Austin. The Austin store hasn’t contacted me at all. I spent $1471 and would like to get my money back.
Had the pleasure of visiting with Kasey at the Waco store. She explained everything great and where I would understand it. Would definitely recommend them to anybody that was having trouble with their feet.
I stopped in the Good Feet Store, looking for help with my feet, went to a orthopedic Dr about 5 yrs ago due to foot pain, he recommended surgery for my foot & ankle, Im nearly 62 yrs old,and Ive been dealing with this foot problem most of my life, most of the time its ok, but as I get older & working out more @ the gym, Im starting to have a little more pain in feet, knees & back, but the fear of surgery is real,Im scared that after Surgery it could be worse,so decided to try inserts and arch support, Suzanne did a great job explaining how the process works, although it is expensive, I figured its cheaper than surgery, she has called to check on me & its been a little over a week, I can tell a little difference, they take a little getting use to & I m a little sore, but I m thinking they may be just what I need, it takes about a month to really see how they will feel, sooo Im hanging in there. I know Suzanne is only a phone call away if I have questions or need help. She will keep working with me to get it right! Very happy with the customer service I have received thus far.will keep you posted on the outcome.
Its expensive. But the inserts have worked for me. You have to wear them consistently for them to work effectively. They will be uncomfortable at first..they appear remodel (?) the soft tissue, ligaments & tendons of your foot arch. So far so good for me after some initial discomfort.Foot & knee pain has certainly lessened.
Had a good experience with the representative who helped me and i learned a lot about why my back was hurting. Having no back pain at prsent and my feet are feeling much better. Very smart n courteous reps.
Good Feet Waco: excellent presentation of a complex issue. She was patient to listen and answer questions. I bought the 3-step system. So far so good with my feet.
I liked it very much the customer service was awesome yes I would recommend it. Virginia
Got treated at the Waco store, and had nothing but a great experience. Everything was well explained and straight forward. Great people too!
My son, who is 13, had been complaining about his feet and knees hurting. When we took him in to the The Good Feet Store, they had the perfect fit to support his arches in no time. It was so nice being able to leave the store right then with what you need. In less than a week, no more pain. Theyre also outstanding when it comes to customer service. We wouldnt go anywhere else!
I was despite as most people are when I went into the Good Feet Store in waco. I had been to a podiatrist and even had cortisone shots. Nothing was working, spent hundreds of $ on shoes needless to say. But let me tell you!!! Suzanne helped me by explaining how things work, very patient . When I tried on my insoles, right away the pain in my heels went away, I was blown away. The money I spent was well worth it, its nothing compared to what I spent on shoes that wont correct my planters flasitis, I not fully there yet, it will take awhile, all thats to Good Feet Store in Waco, Im on the road to recovery
These people are not doctors, there is no diagnosis except their ONE AND ONLY SOLUTION! MY husbands feet had been in pain for months and I finally talked him into to going there. They sold him $1000 worth of insoles that just put him in more pain. There is no service after the sale. You bought it its yours, period end of story. Ended up buying some new shoes no special insoles, no more pain. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS
I have had my insoles for about a month and could not be more pleased. After my second foot surgery I have had a lot of foot pain. Megan at the Good Feet store in Waco, Texas took the time to measure my feet, find the correct insoles for me and explain everything about the product in great detail. Since that day when I left Good Feet I haven’t had foot pain, knee pain or lower back pain. I would highly recommend Good Feet products to anyone that is having issues. It’s a complete game changer!!
I currently suffer with foot, knee and hip conditions. Since having visited the Good Feet store in Waco, I am noticing the difference that my feet, knees and hips feel which are less painful. The very friendly Staff, Suzanne in particular, obtained the orthotics to fit and correct the overpronation of my feet. Although I havent purchased the full set of inserts, the set I have is working well. They even worked with me on payment options. I plan purchasing all the inserts needed in the near future.
