I joined this gym in March. I love it! It is very clean and has a lot of different equipment to exercise on. There are tanning beds, hydro massage, massage chairs, and total body enhancement. I have the black card which gives me access to all it has to offer plus I can bring someone with me everytime I visit. Its the best gym I have ever been too

The red headed girl behind the counter, I think her name was Liz? I’m not sure, but she was very welcoming and made me feel like family. She answered all my questions about the equipment and and features. I really appreciate feeling welcome at a gym, because past experiences at other gyms have not been so great. Thanks Planet Fitness for coming to Toccoa! Great work staff as well!

Ive been a member since Nov 2019. The staff is A1. Tops in my book. Everyone is friendly and helpful in every way. The equipment is always clean and ready for use. When there is a problem, they jump on it to resolve the situation whatever it is, staff, patrons,etc. I guess you could say Ill be a lifetime member. Im that happy about it. Toccoa is #1 baby! Love yall. See you at the gym.

Love this place so far! Super friendly staff, all the equipment is in great condition, and being able to lay back in the hydromassage chair/bed after a workout is magical! Top notch! 😊

The entire staff, starting with Nancy and Hannah are great! They really make it feel very welcoming in there and they are always encouraging and helpful! I enjoy the atmosphere there, it always feels lively and vibrant!

The reason why I say not professional is because Nancy made an appointment with me to see me and then she splits to go to Florida and does not send me an email and tell me that it was canceled keep in mind I’m driving 50 mins away to come to this gym. I feel like they do not value people at all and I’ve been a member since November so I decided I’m so tired of people wanting to brush other people off because one the way they look if they’re too fat they don’t want to help them lose the weight 2 they think that they’re beneath them so they don’t have to do their jobs.

I used to work here and even though I dont anymore I still come here 5 days a week. The staff is super cool and chill but I want to recognize one person in particular. Ive been working out since I was 15 at different gyms and no matter how many people Ive asked for a good glute workout no one gave me a workout that I could actually feel in my glutes. UNTIL NOW! Isabella showed me the workout good mornings and let me tell you! Glutes on FIRE! She is a recently certified personal trainer and gave me a workout that seasoned trained failed to mention! Thanks girl!!!! Youre the freaking best!!!!

The staff is friendly and always helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and awesome! The gym is always so clean! I came in as a complete beginner and was not sure about it because I have been to other gyms and was uncomfortable, but here I feel very comfortable and the trainer (shout out hey Nancy!) helped me find a good workout plan and shows me how to use all the equipment. So if your looking for a gym definitely need to try this one you wont regret it! Black card totally worth it (massage, tanning and more!!).

We like everything about our Planet Fitness. First off I have to give praises to all the employees that work at our gym. They are all polite and very helpful. Nancy our physical trainer walks around and speaks to everyone. She shows that she cares about your health and well being. We also like to fact that the gym is a 24 hour facility. I also appreciate having the option of using several different machines and equipment from working out to tanning. The hydro bed is absolutely the best invention by far. The total immersion booths are good to use as well. I appreciate the cleanliness of our gym especially right now during the pandemic!

I feel at home here. You are not judged, the place is clean and sanitary. It is absolutely awesome.

I really enjoy being here. Enough machines to have distancing. There is always someone to help with machines (showing you how to use them correctly). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable in setting up everything.

When they adveritise its no commitment its false advertising...was charged 60.00 to cancel..then after doing so was charged that twice...was told they couldnt refund it right away...they will find a way to screw you..stay away from them

It is very clean, the set up is great, there are so many different things to do. I could spend an entire day at PF. Most importantly the employees are super friendly and always so helpful!

This gym is very clean including the showers. I cannot be more satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility. All of the employees are knowledgeable and very professional. It’s just an all around friendly environment. I highly recommend this gym.

I am beyond frustrated with them!! Do NOT join this gym! I take care of my elderly grandparents and they arent comfortable with me going to the gym with the covid numbers rising. I called and froze my account and today they decided to take out the last two months even tho they said it was perfectly fine to freeze. When I called up there to get my refund they said there was nothing they could do and gave me a 1-800 number to call. Better believe Im gonna share the word until they make this right. I have heard of so many people they have done wrong. Do NOT give them your account information!!

Wide variety of equipment and the best staff around.. They cleaned equipment and facilities on a very frequent schedule before covid now they have ramped up a already great system.

I work out at the Toccoa Planet Fitness 3 to 5 times a week. I am always greeted kindly walking through the door. The employees are always cleaning the facility and equipment. I’ve been to 5 or 6 Planet Fitness and this is by far the best I’ve been to. Great set up! This should be your gym if you live in the Stephens, Habersham or Franklin County area.
