My visit was yesterday (July 20, 2021). My nail professional was Tam (Tammy). I had a very nice time with Tam, she did an EXCELLENT job on my nails. I love them!! Ive been going to this crew for many years, Kevin and the ladies are wonderful and they do a great job. If you have a problem they will try to fix it. Call make an appointment and remember their names. They are a great part of our Lubbock professional community.

I have been a faithful customer for years, I went yesterday as a walk in and the gentleman that took care of my pedi was by far the worst technician ever, he did a terrible job, with the toenail trim, and overall feet care, and I definitely did not enjoy my time. I feel sad, that they have allowed such a poor employee to enter their staff. I love Kevin and the girls.

I have gone to Elegant Nails & Spa for several years now. I LOVE them! I usually see Tammy, but have seen many of the technicians in the past and they are all great. Professional, clean, beautiful environment. I am never rushed through... they take their time and do it right!

What a sweet lot spot for some pampering! My boyfriend and I came in on a whim for pedicures and I needed a manicure. Walk-ins truly are welcome here - we were greeted right away by a super friendly nail tech. How nice!We selected the luxury pedicure. We nearly fell asleep it was all so soothing. I chose a basic manicure. My nail tech, was gentle and very detail-oriented, so I left with my nails looking absolutely flawless.I highly recommend Elegant Nail & Spa - you will leave feeling relaxed and looking refreshed!

I’ve gone here multiple times and have had an awesome experience! Today they were clean and adhering to all sanitation guidelines for everyone safety! My nail tech today was fun and did a WONDERFUL job! I can’t say enough positive things! Must go!

Ive gone to pure nails 3 times within the past year and must say Ive found the perfect place to get my nails done. Ive gone to a lot of places over the years and have had many different types of gel nails but never found anywhere worth going back to. Elegant Nail & Spa is different, they gave me a quality product over and over again. I work do a lot of work at home bur these gel nails have never once peeled. I will continue to go back.

I have been coming to this salon & this salon ONLY for about a year and a half now. I absolutely love Tammy & recommend her to everyone i know. She’s very meticulous & will get your nails exactly how you want them. She also remembers your name & even what you like to drink, which makes the experience feel catered to you. I love Elegant Nails!

Really like this salon, have gone several times! I get the DIP nails done and they are wonderful except when you ask them to NOT shorten them. Twice i have gone in and asked them NOT to make them any shorter and they did anyway. Then told me shorter is better. Really aggravating, especially when it is on my real nails not tips that they are putting on!!

Love this place- I have been to multiple nail salons in Lubbock and none compare to Elegant. The staff is very personable and really cares about their customers and the prices are much more reasonable than other salons in close vicinity. There is hardly ever a wait which is a big selling point- Since I have been here I wont go anywhere else!

Ive come here for years, and even tho new salons have opened closer to my house, I still stay loyal to Serenity. The women are cool, funny and will quickly become your friends. The work they do is serious quality. I never have to come back in for repairs in between appointments and I always get compliments on my nails!

What a great nail salon! My decision to try this spot was based on the recommendation of a client who has fratrinised this establishment for the past decade. I arrived as a walk in and was taken to a chair immediately. This secret designed establishment was busy, but well staffed (and the staff seemed cared for). All costumers seemed to really be into their treatments and cared for by their pros. People leaving were bid farewell by name. Very lovely experienceDo it! Good people, good vibe.

I first came here with my friend and her mom and havent went anywhere else since. They always do an exceptional job and if you dont like something, they will redo it without complaints. Theyre all perfectionists and will do whatever design you want and more making sure youre 100% satisfied. I always find new ideas on Pinterest and they match the exact picture and even more so you leave nothing less than satisfied with their job. If you get the deluxe pedicure package, they also use this scrub that leaves you tingling even after you leave and go home, its heavenly!

This is my place to go for nails. Except for the fact that I live around this salon, I really like the prices and the services here. The technicians are detail oriented and care about whether you are satisfied with your nails. The owner is so open minded and is a great conversationalist.

The best pedicure in town, they treated my feet like the were royalty. Foot heaven! This place was clean, the technicians were pleasant and kind, they take their time and did not rush.

This was my first visit and it was great. Ofcourse with the Covid stuff going on they had you wear masks and no beverage service. The place was very clean and they were friendly and professional. Will return!

Excellent. Came here for the first time for a mani pedi and the service was amazing. The ladies took their time and were meticulous yet efficient. The salon is clean and they autoclave everything down to the nail buffers. Who can complain about being too clean? The salon is cute and clean. Wonderful experience. Will definitely be back!

I got my gel main 2 times in this spa. I dont remember the names of the girl that did it, but both of them were very sweet. The first mani was ok, not perfect but good. The second one was great. Both lastet perfectly for 3 weeks, then I usually get new ones. Will definitely be backThey always very busy so be prepare to wait a few minutes .

I take my wife to get her nails done they are amazing

When we walked in she pressured us to get sns nails which were more expensive, and when they cut me and my sisters cuticles we bled. But the worst part is that they didn’t clean our cuts and they literally dipped our bleeding fingers into the powder which I thought was extremely unsanitary. They’re sweet people but I don’t think this was a great experience and neither did my sister. Also my nails are now cracking which is the oddest thing.

I was just there. I only went there cuz it had 5 stars, honestly the place looks really fancy BUT! I was not satisfied 100% with the work. Maybe cuz it was 7pm when i got there and they close at 7:30, idk. But the person the did my nails seemed to be in a hurry, and the ombre that he did DID NOT LOOK AT ALL HOW I HAD SHOWN HIM. SO IM NOT COMING BACK
