Best place in town by far!! GREAT ATMOSPHERE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NATALIE IS THE MVP OF NAIL ARTIST! Must go check them out! Used to be Rose nails trust me when i say they are doing just as good if not better just changed the name and owner! NATALIE YOU ARE AWESOME!

They immediately helped me as soon as I walked in, and did a great job on my Halloween themed nails. Doing a slightly longer nail with an almond shape and basic polish. Came to $33 plus tip and well worth it. Cant wait to go get fills from them in a couple weeks.

I love this place the service is always great. Natalie does a great job on my nails she is super patient and very detailed. Every single time i go i am 100% satisfied with her work my nails last for so long. Would not go anywhere else to get my nails done.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The prices are fair and the quality is impeccable. The nail technician, Maria, spent an hour on my pedicure, which was so nice and relaxing. I hate when techs rush through an extra charge deluxe pedicure. Also, my nail tech took so much care to make sure my pedicure was perfect. She went back multiple times to make sure a toenail was shaped perfectly, or a cuticle was pushed back to its proper place, etc. For my full-set, I was blown away by Kenny. He also took his time and focused on shaping my nails perfectly. He listened to what I wanted and he was able to help guide my decision on nail length. He knew how to create ombré nails which was super cool. He never nicked a cuticle or caused me to bleed (which almost always happens at other salons). I’m excited to return to this salon. I highly recommend coming here.

Luckily no cuts to be exposed from #3 unsanitary station and tools. The only one I saw following with code was the pregnant lady on station 2. The products they use for dip and acrylic are awesome but the guy on #3 station needs more work on handling and shaping nails. Also, the waxing station, no one washes their hands nor wear gloves when doing th clients skin. Total spent: $50 for dip and lip wax

I came here with my friend to get 2 sets of nails. She wanted coffin shape and i got stiletto.THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.They kept cutting our cuticles and they didnt shape the nails properly. And THEY ARE CROOKED

I came in today for the 2nd time ever for a fill in, and I left even happier than I did the first time! My nails are amazing & I highly suggest getting the matte top coat if you just get a plain color! I look forward to coming again & this is my forever nail salon!!

I went in and got a FULL set today. For one my nails are NOT the same length! She didn’t even bother to make sure they were . Second I left the holding looking like I need a fill already! I asked her to put more acrylic, she argued with me about it, then when she did put more acrylic by my chalice she just DRILLED IT DOWN ANYWAYS! And told me she’s been doing nails for 20 years! SHE DID THE SAME THING THE LAST TIME I WENT . AND STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE EVEN AFTER I TOLD HER I DID NOT LIKE THEM . NOT WORTH 50$!

The absolute best nail salon in lubbock! i just moved to the area and was afraid of having to go through multiple salons to find the perfect one, but this one was absolutely amazing. the prices were great, my nails are absolutely beautiful, the best set ive had in a long time. will continue to come here for all my nail needs!

This was the worse nail experience I have ever had!!!!!! I get shellac on my nails and I tried this place for the first time cause my original place was closed. They charged me the wrong price (it was suppose to be $20, thats what Ryan said when I called and got pricing) and then refused to refund me the wrong amount (appare try the charged me for a manicure that I never said I wanted) and then my shellac started to chip the day after, then still refuse to refund me. My nails started to break and still not a thing. I will never go here or send someone again. I couldnt have told the nail tech SHELLAC anymore than I did!!!!!

I LOVE how nice and welcoming they were. Everyone was so nice. They were patient with me because Im so picky and change my mind every second with what I want. To top it off, my nails are SO PRETTY and are exactly what i wanted.

Me and my boyfriend tried this place for the first time and not sure if Ill continue to go here. I like my nails just didnt like the black streaks that were left on them, for how much I paid I felt like he couldve tried to get those black streaks out of my nails. I told him and he really didnt have much to say. Im giving 3 stars cause my boyfriend got his feet done and he said she did a good job. If it wasnt for that I wouldve just gave 1 star.

Though Brenda was awesome and did a great job on my feet, the owner of this establishment seems to be more about making money than customer service. They try to work on everyone at once instead of catering to one person at a time. Thank you Brenda for having a better attitude than your boss and doing an excellent job on my feet. I probably won’t be returning here and if I do Brenda is the only person I’ll go to.

HORRIBLE UNSKILLED SERVICETheir ideas of serving drinks is great but the techs need far more experience and customer service skills*Natalie no thank you. I chose not to get them done there since she had no clue and the other tech seemed to have been bothered by my questions. Your staff also needs better customer service. They treated people as if they were doing us a favor. I was going to be a returning paying customer. Also, I wasnt the only unhappy one. As I walked in, 3 girls that were before me complained of the same issues. Everyone noticed the poor customer service and the lack of experience but I still stayed for the 2 hours, willing to give it a try, just to find out we all waited there for nothing. Through the masks you could see their annoyance. Thats sad.

It was my first time here & I loved it . I brought in a picture found on Pinterest & my nails came out perfect. My pedicure was awesome also, the tech took their time to make sure I was happy . Great margaritas too . Definitely coming back !

I came this place yesterday with my mom. This is a splendid establishment!As soon as I sat down the owner gave me a glass of margarita acohol. Kelly made waxing so good. She was super friendly, skilled and polite. Reasonable prices for kid and student! Super clean inside! Friendly working space.Im so happy! I will definitely 100% return!

Disappointed it was my 1st time going there and the lady that did my nails was very nice but was very agressive with my my fingers when my nails were done she half did them she only put the clear polish on 7 of my fingers and my nails was very lumpy and she had that arylic stuff all over my fingers very messy smh $35 for nothing

We went yesterday 3/10/19, to get a full set and pedicure. As soon as we walked in, Natalie and a gentleman worker rolled their eyes. Neither bothered to greet us. So of course Im thinking should we just leave. Finally Natalie said something to us. Which was we have appointments coming in so you will have an hour wait. It wasnt what she said that bothered me. It was her rudeness when saying it. We still sat there conversing amongst each other. Then one of her rude privileged customers. Walk to her and says I seen your face when they walked in they both chuckle. Natalie puts her head down and the privileged customer rushed pass us with her head down. Bellagio were very unprofessional. Weve been clients since they were named Rosas. I was very disappointed in the staff. Especially Natalie. We ended up leaving and going to Sparkle Nails. They had a full house. But they were still happy to see us and treated us great. Got us in and out. We were overly satisfied with our service at Sparkle Nails.

Almost always great. They have one worker who cuts corners and doesnt do amazing but everyone else is awesome and they are very affordable. Nice clean facility.

Finally, I found my favourite nail salon in Lubbock – Rose’s Nails . I felt very comfortable with the cute ladies here.When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly by Kenvin. He was friendly, professional and skilled. I asked him to make gel on my pedicures and he did very well. My gel pedicures last for 3+ weeks. Excellent prices for kid and student. Very clean inside!I want to give them 10 stars. Ill come back again!

Been coming here since it was Rose’s nail salon. The new decor is lovely. They still have the same prices, and their service can’t be beat! My pedicure was perfect, as always! I’ll never go anywhere else!

I had a coupon for this place and decided to try it out. I also called ahead to verify the coupon and exact price based off what I wanted. When i arrived they weren’t busy and was able to immediately get service. After 3 hours, uneven shape, and a paint job I could have done at home myself they still charged me double what they coupon was. If that was gonna be the case I would have not wasted my time going. The place is nice, just wish they were as promising as they looked.

When i first got there i was pretty excited about how many color selections they had but then they couldn’t find some of them... i got dipping powder and they didn’t dip them which is different.. my nails are streaky and bumpy, the corners are pretty sharp and the side of my thumb is cut off in a way u can see my real thumb nail and then it’s just cut off short so now my real nail is shaped pretty weird. All that for $45

I highly recommend this place. All of the employees are amazing and so very sweet. I will forever be a customer at Rosas. The Lady who did my nails was so professional and went above and beyond to do my nails in a design she had never done before and did them perfect. Her name is Kelly. Doesnt open on time. I was there at 9:30, then 9:40, then 9:45. I am from out of town, so I didnt have time to wait. I went to the next place on my list. I know that doesnt seem like a long time to wait, but when you have a limited time it is.

Excellent experience!! Very kind, gracious staff. Closing time but no hesitation. I had a spa pedicure instead of more because I didnt want to make them stay too late. I had a wonderful, relaxing professional pedicure and they didnt want me to leave untill my nails were completely dry even though it was an hour after closing.

I had a horrible experience be. I got a nail tech who had no experience. I was hugged coffin nails and ended up with mishaped mismatched nails it was awful 160 dollars later our nails are lifting after 2 days.

Pedicure, with no nail trimming, wax was cold

I asked for dip gel nails and they said they knew what to do. They didnt. The man dipped my nails three times, its suppose to be only twice. He put so much product that he had to buff it out and kept burning my finger. They were bumpy and really thick! He also put gel on the top and put my nails under the UV light. The whole point of dip gel nails is that they dont require any uv light and are thin so they look more natural. They last the same amount of time with less damage. My nails are so thick! Never again

Im from out of town. I came in at closing time and they still gave me great service. The work was great. Shellac lasted longer than 2 weeks and my feet felt amazing.

I wanted dip nails. The man prepping my nails cut me with the clippers and not just a little. He cut a piece out of my finger and it bled and burned terribly the entire time. The woman then did the dip part to my nails. I picked out a color and when she was done it was super blotchy- looked like Easter Eggs - pink and white swirls (I picked a solid, pastel pink). We both saw it at the same time. She immediately grabbed some hot pink nail polish and just started painting over the dipped nail coating without even asking first. She painted three nails before she asked if I liked it (NOT what I wouldve picked out but I was so dumbfounded by this point). When she finished you could see she didnt even do a good job of that. The pinks didnt match and the sides of my nails were way lighter than the polish color she picked. My fingers throbbed from the hack job performed on my cuticles, the powder color was blotchy, then the cover up paint job was rushed and didnt look uniform at all. She was rushed the whole time. Waiting on two or three people at a time. She still charged full price. This was the second less than desirable experience here in 3 weeks. New owners/management took over and it just isnt the same. I tried explaining my concerns as they were occurring but the communication barrier was too strong so I just gave up, paid and silently vowed to never go back.

Omg!!!! This place was fabulous! My mom and I came to try it out and I’m so glad we did. They were so sweet and had great customer service, the prices are VERY reasonable and the work is phenomenal. You can tell that the manager is running her business with care and attention. It’s also a diverse working environment which is sooooo cool!!!! I’ve NEVER seen this before and I’ve lived all over the country. Will def be back when I’m visiting my mom again.

They did not do a good job at all on my daughters nails for her formal, I paid $65 for her finger nails and is was not worth it at all, they cant paint for nothing! I would not recommend this place!

Technician I had today rushed through my dip nails and left my nails lumpy with dip all over my cuticles. The tools she used were not sanitized and I’m worried because she cut my cuticles and left me bleeding on three fingers. I asked if they would fix for me, and they rolled their eyes and told me they don’t do fixes. The manager is unprofessional. I’m also aware that this salon has technicians that go to other salons pages in Lubbock and leaves “fake bad reviews” on their pages and then leaves “fake good reviews” on their own page. I also understand Vietnamese and this is how I know this. So other owners of nail salons in Lubbock be aware of “Michael Williams”, that’s the fake profile this salon uses to leave reviews.

I use Roses Nails and have for years! As with all nail places, one time I got a bad set of acrylic nails, so I went back the next day and told the owner Rose and she fixed them her self on the spot, no charge. Since then I use either Tom or Rose and have not left unhappy! I wont go to another salon. Great pedicures as well! Rose is a very kind woman, break through the culture barriers and get to know her it is worth it! :

I got a Shellac Manicure which is suppose to last 2 weeks. On day 5 of the manicure one nail chipped. On day 6 half the polish peeled off 2 my nails. On day 7 half the polish peeled off another nail. On day 8 another nail had half the polish peeled off. So after having my shellac manicure for 8 days I had 4 nails with half the polish peeled off. Horrible job.

I have to say this is the most diverse nail salon Ive ever been to and thats wonderful. Not a bunch of chit chat in vietnamese, theu have african american, caucasian, asian, hispanic, and indian techs. This place is cool, amd I will be coming back.

I am not from Lubbock . I have struggled to find a nail salon that fits my needs but this by far was the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon . I waited over an hour to get serviced for gel manicure . After getting a color change on my toes and taking off the current gel polish I had on, She decided to up charge me because I didn’t get anything on my nails . Both of the ladies in the nail salon were rude and ready to go home . I was not pleased with there service at all . If you have a choice DO NOT visit this establishment.
