Over a month with out heat or water!!!!!! when the frost storm hit and now going on a month with no air conditioner it’s been 106 degrees and I’ve asked them over and over . Apparently they had lots of issues w air conditioners and pipes so I know it’s not the maintenance man he is very good my review just needs to inform y’all that they will take a very long time to fix anything . Their are more low income apts like this on the other side of town that function a lot more productively I would definitely try there first !

Its horrible if somethings broke they dont fix it and they have to get new landlords. We havent had a new one yet. I stay in this area and it sucks never come here. We had floods in January and my room got gutted out its been 7 months. We requested them to fix air conditioning and they havent fixed it.The apartments over here and mostly gutted out and people are moving

I think they have poor landlords dont fix anything and if they do it takes 6 months to a year apartment flooding i could say another they need new management every time they get someone new everybodys rent is behind sad

Lived Here 5 yrs went through 5 managers! I wouldnt Recommend Anyone too stay Here they Do Not Keep up property.Never Fulfill a work order my sink has bn messed up a year.my Heater hasnt worked in a year.every 2 months they have a New manager and maitnance👊😠its a Nooooo! For me

Needs a better maintenance and management both not taking care of property and the people who live there

They suck no office people or no maintenance

A quiet and nice place to live. I lived here for 4 months and dont have any complaints. The leasing team does everything to make living here a great experience. Any time we had an issue that required maintenance they would come and fix it right away, I dont think I ever had to wait more than a couple hours before something got fixed or taken care of.

Love it here! The manager made my move so easy. Everything was ready and wonderful. Its a very quiet community. The leasing office made sure I was happy with my unit prior to moving in.

The community events are also fun, always plenty of alcohol! We are not planning to move anytime soon, the Manager offered to help us when our lease expires this spring. We hope to sign a renewal because this is really a nice place at a very reasonable rate.

The staff here actually cares about the condition of the apartments, which in my experience, is rare. If you report a problem, they are quick to respond and act. The buildings and grounds are kept in good condition. The apartments are more sound-proof than anywhere else I’ve lived. I don’t even hear noise coming from the hallway or from a neighboring apartment.

Love living here! My apartment is nice and everyone has been very accommodating. The people in the office are friendly and extremely helpful.

I’ve lived in this here for almost a month. In general, I would recommend this place due to its convenient location and clean grounds. The staff is nice as well.

The area is great with a lot to do within walking distance. The staff really make this place feel like home, even though it is such a large community.

The community is extremely pet friendly with pet stations throughout the property. It is also within walking distance to two dog parks.

If your looking for a decent complex at a good price, this is a good choice. Ive liked living here so far.

Stonehollow is a safe community with a caring staff. My neighbors are all nice. I like it here.

My fiance and I were looking for a place to rent upon our relocation to Lubbock. The office staff were the absolute friendliest, and most helpful.

I like that the people who work here do the best job helping the residents and they are always nice.

I walked into this office to try and lease a place and I didnt get any service and this by management I didnt get any service and she looked right at me not even a greet Lubbock Texas yall gotta do better

The maintenance staff gets things done very quickly and efficiently. The units are very nice and have updated appliances and fixtures.

The community is really quiet, my neighbors are friendly, all of my amenities work and the staff is helpful.

I applied the 13 of Jan n I still have not hear from them everytime I email or call they always need something else and I give that to them n still no answer!!

Stone Hollow has hired security to help aid in this problem and it seems that they are doing their part to try and keep the community safe.

When I moved in everything was in working order and clean.
