Place is falling apart literally

This Cove is a wonderful place to live. The staff is great, it’s convenient to many places including the bus stop. All of the tenants are super friendly, the convenience of having a laundry room on site is even better!!! Thank you The Cove for going above and beyond for your tenants!!!

Staff was very helpful when I was looking for a new place, and location very convenient to medical district!

We lived here for 2.5 years. one of the best places i have ever rented. Staff is really friendly and takes care of the tenants. Very close to 19 number bus stop, and 4 mins drive to tech campus.

Staff is great and a clean property. Well worth the price for rent!

I don’t even live here and my back windshield was busted out at these ratchet apartments

Its a small apartment complex that the people who live there are great its the management, maintenance man and new owner that makes it uncomfortable living there
