I have lived at the ParkMeadows almost 5yrs and have never seen the grounds Looking like it looks nowTrash every where it is so embarrassing when I have company or when the Bus picks me up for Dyalisis. This looks like slums.When I first moved to my new apartment I loved it.But now my upstairs neighbors are the neighbors from Hell they act later ke they be running track in the apartment from one side to the other don’t know if it’s kids or grownups all know is they need to stop. This is everyday and night . And very annoying. Sometimes I have to get up at 230 in the morning to get ready for Dyalisis and I need my sleep. I’ve told the office several times but nothing has been done about it.

Its been a great experience. The leasing staff is the best Ive ever encountered. They are personable and thorough. I had a maintenance request when I moved in, and within the hour someone was there to fix the issue. Maintenance staff was also friendly.

As the apartments are nice the area we live in crawls with bugs and maintenance did not do a good job at spraying cuz we also had to ask 4 times for them to spray. We had bugs when we moved in and they should have taken care of this after the old people moved out. When I go outside at night all I see is roaches EVERYWHERE. My ranking is low because if the fact that maintenance isn’t efficient or effective. Tho the apartments are nice!

I lived here just shy eight months and have had a wonderful experience. The grounds, amenities, and my neighbors are wonderful. The staff is amazing and I consider them friends after getting to know them. I had to submit one service request since moving in and it was resolved within 24 hours. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, centrally located place to stay at a reasonable price, I would strongly recommend Park Meadows Villas.

I made the best choice by choosing Park Meadows Villas! The staff is very kind and friendly, its extremely peaceful and quiet. The apartment sizes are spacious and plenty of closet space. Perfect Choice!

Convenient location! I’m only a few minutes to I-27 which is nice. There are also a couple of parks nearby to go and relax. Everyone here has been warm and welcoming. There is really nothing bad I can say about the property or staff.

I have greatly enjoyed the friendly staff and neighbors. The maintenance staff took care of our issues promptly and did an excellent job. I have recommended Park Meadows to friends and hope that well see some of them living there very soon.

Park Meadows is a wonderful community to be a part of! The management is on top of everything and are always available to help. It is refreshing to be a place that reflects the cultural diversity. I would definitely live here.

Fantastic value, especially for the neighborhood. This is definitely a no-frills building, but its clean/safe, the office staff is friendly and responsive, and the apartments are well-maintained. Residents are a mix of families and young professionals.

I really love staying in these apartments I won’t be moving until I decide to become a homeowner. It’s a great place to live. The staff is warm and welcoming and the grounds are well kept.

I recently moved to Park Meadows and love it. The office staff truly cares about you and knows its residents. They get things done in a timely manner and the apartments are great for the price!

So far, I have not interacted with office staff besides when I first moved in, but they seemed very nice. The maintenance staff responded very quickly the one time I needed to call.

The thing that makes this place great is the staff. I always get a quick answer and can trust the maintenance people to be in my apartment because many of them also live in my building.

The staff are hands down the best Ive ever personally worked with or heard of from other friends. They all know my name, are friendly, and willing to make small talk.

I have only been here since the beginning of September but so far Im liking it here.

Its been good so far but there are things you can do to make everything better.

Anytime Ive had an issue maintenance has came to fix it pretty quickly even on the weekend.

Really nice community to live in. Weve enjoyed it so far. The neighborhood is quiet and safe as well.

I have never had any issue with crime or management. I Did have a problem with having too much fun at the Christmas parties. God Bless

I have not been here for too long, but I already know I will be Happy as long as I live here.

Ive had a pretty good experience so far. The location is convenient, and the complex is quiet.

They have security guards walking the community which makes me feel at ease.

The apartment is great, the view is amazing, and the staff is wonderful. I suggest that anyone looking for an apartment start here.
