Where do I start, I’m relocated here from out of town, after searching, searching, searching I was on my last string and came across this property STONEBRIDGE @IRONTON. I was greeted by the property manager, “Pie” what an AWESOME INDIVIDUAL!!!! She is very professional, very helpful, and very attentive... Such a BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT!!!! Keeps the property on point no matter what. I must say I’m am IN A HAPPY PLACE HERE, and she makes living here so pleasurable!

Stone bridge Apartments are wonderful the staff they are very professional and kind there’s never a problem that the property manager doesn’t fix right then and there she goes above and beyond her duties to make this the best place to live and I love it.

Literally the rudest people. I called to ask a question and was placed on speaker where I could barley here and the lady I spoke with could not have wanted to get off of the phone quicker.

Moved in over the summer. I love it and it’s perfect for my little family. Office staff has been so good to us and maintenance is very dependable. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

The manger goes by mrs.pie she’s a stuck up person doesn’t give any one a chance to speak! She’s too loud to comprehend and her hair throws me off. This women is somthing else I promise if you’re looking to become a resident at atom bridge at Ironton please don’t you’ll regret it go to the other property on 130th they treat you with way more respect and understandment!!!

I would give them an even higher rating if I could!! I called all around at different places that are affordable housing and they are the ONLY ones who were nice and actually wanted to help me. Although I was unable to lease with them Jazmin did her best to assist me and never once made it seem like I was an inconvenience. I highly recommend this complex!

I’ve been a resident here for over a year and I have never had an issue. The complex is clean and well kept. The apartments themselves are spacious, well furnished, and clean as well. The staff is extremely helpful and gracious especially considering all the rude and disrespectful people they encounter on a daily basis. They are quick to help with any small issue I’ve had in the past and I’ve seen firsthand that they genuinely care for the well being of their tenants to the best of their ability.

Management here is AWESOME I have never been around people that make that you feel so at home while still doing their job. The property manager greeted everyone who walked though the door with a smile:) Was kinda skeptical after reading some of the reviews but after visiting with these young ladies it had to be under different management at that time i would definitely recommend others to check out this community not only because of the beautiful apartments but because the front office was so nice and helpful. I couldnt thank you ladies enough for helping me out.

I have never lived here before, but just from initial impressions with the way staff treats visitors, I would never live here nor recommend this place to anyone. First of all, when I got out of my truck in the parking lot, I noticed this place wreaks of marajuana smoke. When I was done visiting my friend at the apartment after an hour or so at 6:30 PM on a friday, I noticed my truck was missing. I had to pay Cantu towing $300 to get my truck back. It is not as if I was taking up any other parking spaces that would prevent others from not being able to park their vehicles there. After reading another review on here about an individual who had their vehicle towed after 5 minutes of being parked there, I strongly believe that the apartment complex works in tandem with Cantu towing and encourages predatory towing practices. I will not be recommending this slum to any of my friends.

The staff was very nice and helpful, their customer service skills was very pleasant and has been one of the bonuses to this apartment complex. They were all very polite and professional with me. The rooms themselves are very nice as well as the complex. The negative reviews that I’ve read about haven’t been present in my stay here so that’s a huge relief, in fact I would say that they were wrong or maybe just an off day. Overall the complex is very nice and convenient for me to live in.

This is my first apartment, and I absolutely love it. Ive never had any issues, maintenance has never been any issue, the staff is absolutely lovely, I couldnt ask for a better place to live.

If you want visitors to your apartment, dont park in the parking lot. Cantu Towing will tow you in a matter of minutes if you park in the wrong area. They are vicious vultures and charge $300 to get your vehicle back. The visitor parking is so far away from any apartment that I, as an elderly person with hip problems cant walk that far. So, I cant visit my granddaughter.My son parked for 5 minutes at 2 in the afternoon to see his daughter and came out and his car was gone. Cost him $300 to get it back. No sympathy and dont care attitude.

Terrible customer service by the manager. I would give -5 stars if possible. Go elsewhere to be respected as a paying tenant.

The staff here have great edicate. They are friendly and lenient. As for the maintenance they also do a great job in How they respond to calls and how they their job is very professional.The community here is kid friendly and thats always a plus! +++++💛

Ever since they changed management it has gone downhill. They are only in the office whenever it is convienent for them and are always closed for meetings. If you want the management to do anything you have to call again and again to get anything done. Theres trash and dog feces everywhere! They do not keep up with it at all. It will be a trashy place to live in a couple of years with the way it is being ran.

The staff is very rude and strict. I made mistake when i moved there. They check the appartment every month and rush you to move for a little mistake. Keep your money to a good place. It is augly place to live in.

Poorly managed apartments. I lived there since those apartments opened, i had to move due to some safety issues in which they knew all about it. Never did I receive anything in the mail about a court date, but I received something in the mail after the court date when a judgement was filed. I called corporate the day I moved and gave her my new address to mail me the final bill and etc. so why would you stick the court date letter on the front door of an apartment I no longer live at, instead of mailing it to the city I moved to? But yet I get the judgement papers mailed to my new address. If that doesnt sound shady then idk what is. Called corporate numerous times, and now they dont want to return my phone calls. Called the office, they didnt answer my call, but as soon as I called blocked someone answers the phone. They are the most shadiest apartments Ive ever lived at, I would not recommend them to anybody. Save your money, time and effort, these apartments arent worth it.

Jazmine is really professional I felt satisfied with her thorough help and patience. The Manager Ms. P ... Well lets just say the WORSE experience Ive ever had a quote unquote property manager! This lady always has excuses for delays replacing washer & dryer units; cheap machines she accuses tenants of breaking the second hand machines! shell constantly accuse you of lying, you better have your receipts yall! Or shell say your behind or did not pay rent.. and oyeah... She always say I honestly did not knoooow..... To keep you being sympathetic with her ignorance. Last but not least the manager always party in the leasing office, especially the weekends!! if you like to smell weed & want to party with drinks and get posted on facebook then.. Im sure youll love being one of managers many pot smoking buddies.. . She has her picks and chooses of tenant treatment, If your a tenant & want to have a pool party 🎊 for your kid shell even tell you NO but shell allow her friends that arent even residence to use the pool for their entertainment purposes. This lady was constantly rude and she says its nothing personal. She caused my blood pressure to go up like 30 times in one year! So Good luck at your stay with that manager!!!lastly she once had the water off for 13hours!!! & would not be honest to let us know why they had turned the water off. Didnt even offer tenants a bottle of water😒 I can understand if property wanted to save water money. But at the lease be courteous and honest.

I love my new apt, I moved in a couple weeks ago and I decided to have a house warming party and I did of course the company I had was to loud, so the officer came and not gave me a warning but also threatend me that if he had to come again he would evict me and who ever has warrents will go to jail so I told everybody to leave then monday comes and the rude african amercian lady in the office tells me I got a violations for loud noise and after 3 of them I will be evicted I explained to her what went on and she talked over me and said im not going to argue with you and hung up on me!Not only when I first applied at these apt at the beggening of september they never contacted me back to let me know if I were qaulified to get in or not and I had to be out of my other apt by Sept 31 I called and called and still no news until September 30, and the same lady told me to come in the next day to pay the rent and get the keys, I tried to call earlier to see if I could get the keys a little early and she didnt answer none of my phone calls, but when I walked in the office she answered everyones calls, she told me that wasnt really her job but there was 4 other people moving in so she had to do it cause they were short on staff, then she had me sign every paper of the lease and told me to go over it with out telling me a word about the apartments or the lease she is just unproffesional.... if I would of known this I would have moved somewhere else and I should have known when I talked to her shame on me...

Its a very bad place theres too many bugs and a lot of rats, theres a lot of noisy people there and the swimming pool is very dirty. I do not recommend this place to anyone,the manager is very rude and the apartments look old from the inside.
