To the management I would like to vouch my opinions about Cottages at Abbey Glen. The staff and management is wonderful. I have been here almost 4 years they are so helpful I really enjoy coming to the office it is so pretty. This is my home and the people who work here are my dear friends. I’m not a tenant at the moment, however my boyfriend and i had just went in to tour the facility and i just wanted to share my experience with the complex as a potential resident. We sat down with Addyson and i can’t speak for my boyfriend but throughout the tour and consultation she was so kind. We’re not really picky when it comes to views or anything but she did her best to find us the best apartment she could, and even gave us some personal opinions on the different amenities the complex offered. She was super warm, welcoming, funny and helpful and i couldn’t have asked for a better tour experience!

Cottages at Abbey Glen is a property owned by Case and Associates out of Oklahoma….they own over a hundred properties therefore they do not have time to communicate with their actual tenants. Cottages at Abbey Glens front office is a joke along with The Corporate office in Oklahoma…they do not answer phone calls nor do they respond to messages in a timely manner. They do not operate the “gated” part of the complex and also have no surveillance cameras for protection. Tuscany Place is also owned by Case and Associates….There are many apartment complexes in Lubbock, If you have a choice to go elsewhere, I would recommend that.

The complex is maintained well and quiet for families. Could change now that so many things are being built around the area. 114 is one lane both ways and can be dangerous during heavy traffic times. Other than that we loved it.

On the day of my scheduled move in, there was the discovery of a potential BIG water leak problem. In order to avoid a BIG problem, it was required that the complex and I work collaboratively to get me moved in, while they worked on repairing the water pipe situation. Then, they had to take further steps to patch the wall in the bedroom and the bathroom over the period of a couple of days in order to fix the issue. FIRSTLY, I am SO grateful that instead of waiting for the problem to become a BIG one, they aggressively dealt with the issue immediately, and that we worked together on a solution. Secondly, we approached the solution to the problem as a team: that made a HUGE difference. I worked with them, and they worked with me. Everyone was patient, flexible, and kind. It made a situation that couldve been extremely unpleasant very manageable and something we could all laugh at (together) in the end! GO TEAM!!!

The staff overall have been so nice and helpful. Everyone is so respectful and welcoming here! I submitted a work order for maintenance in the morning, and by the afternoon they were already working on the issues in our apartment. The guys were so friendly and quick to get the problem resolved. We are definitely loving living here!

Every time I visit a friend the gates are quite literally never working and some of the dumpster areas are horrendous! Call the waste people and get them to take it out more often. I doubt the people who live there wouldn’t mind paying a little more if it meant not having to smell green fumed garbage when they roll up with their windows down.

The facilities are new, the location wonderful, but a huge con with the place is that the office staff prioritizes signing new residents over keeping the current ones happy. There will be 5+ people at a time waiting in the office just to pick up a package, but typically there will only be one person working, and their priority is always potential new commission (understandably), aka meeting with individuals looking to lease an apartment. Abbey Glenn needs to staff the office better, this has been happening all spring...not to mention that the dog park is always riddled in dog #2, and instead of addressing the problem with us, the residents, they just have a worker come through and pick up the mounds of poo every morning during leasing season. Not the case in the winter, it was truly foul—think mini mountains of giant dog excrement lining the fences. The pool has yet to open, will update once it does. The staff has not been helpful in terms of opening dates for the aforementioned either, always citing “corporate.” I’m also concerned that the key entry to the parking lots have yet to be fixed—COVID was cited as the reason before, but it’s been over 6 months, TX has lifted its mask mandate, and these gates still remain broken.7/20/21 update:The pool was opened days after my initial review, the lines to pick up packages have all but dissipated thanks to the addition of new office staff, and the dog park is cleaned regularly now. The front and rear entry gates remain broken, but overall I definitely enjoy this apartment community.

Found some minor cosmetic issues when we were moving in. Al was quick to respond and addressed everything we had concerns about and was very helpful letting us know who to contact and what to expect if there are any other issues. We already love this place and the people make it feel like a true community.

The prices are great if your not on a budget. The staff is extremely helpful and will be happy to help you with anything. The apartments are first class the floor plans are laid out extremely well

Had one of the best experiences with an apartment complex in Lubbock!! Great office staff - lovely tour with Miss Bethany. The clubhouse smelled like fresh cookies when I walked in and the amenities were all clean. Everything was explained so well and in a way that was tailored to our families wants/needs!! Truly didn’t even feel like I was on an apartment search, in a place I’d never been; it felt more like time with a friend I’ve known for many years. Cannot express enough how GREAT my visit was!!! THANK YOU ABBEY GLEN!

Erin was immediately there to help with the maintenance problem. She checked it, called maintenance and resolved the issue. She also had maintenance do a second follow-up and all is resolved. Very pleased with the response.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and love it. I have lived in the 1 and 2 bedroom apts. I prefer the 3 rd. Floor because of the vaulted ceilings. They are very spacious and have very nice appliances. They are managed very well and the green areas are very well kept. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that wants a nice quite place to live.

I have lived here for about 5 months and have had nothing but an amazing experience. This is a perfect place to live and is also very dog friendly which is important to me. The leasing staff is always so helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew is on top of getting things fixed and maintaining a beautiful property. Definitely recommend these apartments 💕

Had to get in very fast and Bethany the assistant manager was there to help the whole way!!!! She went out of her way and sat with me to help with all paperwork and the whole process!! Loving my new apt it is cleaner then anything I’ve seen in an apartment in Lubbock or anywhere else!!!!The property manager also helped me and was nice to!! Maintenance team is great haven’t needed anything yet but they have been sweet!!!!! Couldn’t say enough good stuff!!!!! Love the dog park for my dog!!

Moving to the Cottages at Abbey Glen Apartments is by far the best decision I’ve ever made!!! Not only was the transition quick/easy, but I also feel comfortable, safe, & welcomed here. Super glad to call this place home.

I am a brand new resident and I am already extremely satisfied with my new home. The day I got my keys, I was happy to walk into a clean, well-kept unit. Its beautiful and in great condition. The complex is overall quiet and easy to get into and out of each day. The parking is great; there is always a spot close to my apartment. I am already anticipating that I will live here a long time.

Had the best experience getting in very fast. Bethany in the office went out of her way to help with every step highly recommend asking for her if you need help or an apartment!!!!! Loving apartment and it is cleaner then any apt I’ve ever seen!!!!! The office and maintenance staff has been so nice to me!!! Can’t say enough good stuff!! The property manager was great to!

This property is absolutely phenomenal! I moved in a little over a month ago and am so happy I chose the Cottages at Abbey Glen. Before touring this property I drove all across Lubbock looking for the perfect place to call my new home. I toured several properties during my search (Catalina West, Portofino, The Renaissance, etc.) and let me just say it was a total waste of my time. I couldnt find a single place in Lubbock that met my requirements of a luxurious community that was staffed with individuals who actually care. When I arrived at Abbey Glen and saw it for the first time I truly had fallen in love. The staff is extremely polite and eager to help their residents in a moments notice. Let me just saw Dawn and Bethany are truly phenomenal and are a delight to work with! Every time I walk into the front office with a request or question they greet me with a smile and are eager to help :). Upon moving in I had discovered a few minor things that needed to be fixed (burned out light bulb and balcony slats that needed to be replaced) and the maintenance staff showed up and addressed my concerns within the blink of an eye. They were very professional and the property manager Dawn went above and beyond by calling me later that evening to ensure that everything had been fixed to my satisfaction. She and the rest of her team members truly care about the residents and their happiness which reassured me I had made the right decision when it came to finding my first apartment/home post graduation. The unit I signed for is very spacious and it gives my dog and I plenty of room to entertain guests. Also, I must say my closet is HUGE and there is tons of storage throughout the entire apartment. The property grounds are maintained impeccably and the community is very pleasant and quiet. If you are looking for a luxurious, friendly, and safe place to call home save yourself some time and look no further! Abbey Glenn has everything I could ask for and more. I would HIGHLY recommend this complex to anyone hunting for a new apartment and am so proud to call it my home! Do yourself a favor and go check the place out in person; I promise you will NOT be disappointed!

Love any Case and Associates property I have ever seen or lived at! Definitely a great community and love visiting with the office staff. The rentcafe site to do work order and pay rent is convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend to anyone in the area to check it out and consider this your new home!

It has been a great experience here. If we had any problem we were able to contact the office and they were immediately taking action and doing whatever they could to help us or correct anything. The staff itself is friendly, and the rooms are great. One of the better apartments Ive ever been in or seen!

Ms. Dawn was excellent. She answered all my questions I had during my tour. She went above and beyond. Im new to the area and she took time to even explain surroundings to me. My family loves living at the Cottages at Abbey Glen. Weve been here just over a year and we have no complaints. Erin, the manager is fabulous and the maintenance crew is great, especially Sean. We feel safe here and love our bright and gorgeous apartment. The on-site gym is a huge bonus for us and the location is great as well.

We recently relocated to Lubbock and needed a place to live for a short time till we found a house. We are so glad we decided to live at the Cottages of Abbey Glen. From the moment we stepped into the office Lauren knocked our socks. She gave us great information and was not pushy at all. We looked at several apartments and none compared to the quality of staff and upkeep at these apartments. We have been here two months now and its very quiet. No noise coming thru the walls. Also, we love the nice gym. Everything is well maintained. Great place to live.

My wife and I love living here at The Cottages. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Maintenance always shows up fairly quickly and gets everything fixed in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and you cant hear your upstairs neighbors!!

I wish the handyman would have worn a mask

Erin the apartment manager is very understanding and caring. She goes above and beyond for her tenants. My family and I love living here. The maintenance crew do a great job responding to calls and any problems that may arise. They do an amazing job at the dog park and keeping everything up to date. Thank you Abbey Glenn.

I am glad that others have had good experiences with this place. Mine was not so much. I visited the place as I was interested in living there since my lease ends soon. Upon arrival I walked in to find one of the tenants listing a multitude of problems they have been having with their place, the leasing agent stated that there has been a change in management, arguably not for the better.The manager, ( Dawn is her name i think) was awkward, rude, and had one of the worst attitudes I have ever had to interact with. She had ZERO etiquette and ZERO customer service skills. She never even introduced herself, her handshake was weak, and I could tell she hated being there. Every question I asked was answered with one to two word replies. She had zero interest in doing her job. When I visited a sample room to view she did not give a tour of the room, she didnt explain any of the features of it, she had little to no information about the outlines of the room, she just sat there by the door playing with her phone the entire time. When I opened one of the attic compartments I had a massive amount of loose insulation fall on me and now have to deal with an asthma exacerbation. If a 5 min tour can be this miserable for me I have no doubt that living here for 12-18 months would be a DISASTER.

Great price for a 1 bedroom when starting out as a married couple. It’s nice not being in town so it’s a little more quiet where it’s located and one of the few places that allows dogs on the larger side. Also enjoy that they plan things as a community so you can get to know those around you!

I have lived at the Cottages at Abbey Glen for 2 years. My kiddos and I have enjoyed our time meeting new people. The pool to the work out room to the get togethers they do for kiddos and families is so great. Great overall place to live. If you are looking for a responsive staff, clean apartments and surroundings that are quiet and make you feel safe look no further. The only thing I wish they had was covered parking outside of gagrages at a little bit more of a reasonable rate.

I love staying at Cottages at Abbey Glen with my family. We always feel home after we get back from long trip. Quiet, safe and family friendly environment.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. From the moment you walk in its a beautiful experience. Then they walk you passed the beautiful pool and cabana with a 70 inch tv to show you the gorgeous apartment(s). We found our perfect new home here, not only for us, but for our fur babies too, which is a big deal for us! The dog park has room for them to run and play and obstacles to run in and out and jump over. We knew this is where we wanted to live the moment we stepped in.

I have lived here since August and they have been so accommodating and friendly. With it being my first apartment to rent they have helped out so much! The apartments are also beautiful and affordable!

Really nice place to live. Staff is amazing and punctual the few minor maintenance requests I have had were completed within a business day.

Worst community ever. Left appliances outside for kids to play inside of for days, I’d be surprised if no incidents were reported. They go into your apartment without proper notice anytime they want to. They use toxic paint products with your kids and animals is the unit. They leave your food out when they change the frig out so by the time you get home it is defrosted and Ruined. They throw appliance in your living room for days at a time with no regards to you at all. I would never live here again nor recommend you nor your college student live here. In a matter of two weeks maintenance had been in the unit 10Times twice I was in the shower and they still came into my bedroom fro no reason at all, thau were working in the kitchen. The sunbathers overflow every other day it stinks and is disgusting. Management are a bunch of 20 year olds who have no clue how to do their job. The make ready units that are ready to move in do not even have working smoke detectors and the filters are so dirty I truly believe it keeps the air from flowing properly increasing your bill. I could go on, but if your smart just stay away.

My family and I love the Cottages at Abbey Glen. Weve encountered an issue with an overly noisey neighbor but that doesnt reflect upon the complex or its sweet staff.

The people in the office are always delightful and full of joy.Never had an issue with the maintenanceAnd place is pretty well kept as well(If people would stop driving through the gates like a bunch of brainless idiots) lol.So seriously. If you or your friends/family are looking for a quiet, pet friendly community, or something with a modern vibe. (Unlike all the ugly browns and tan apartments in lubbock) That is super laid back, with a friendly staff, awsome management and decent prices, Then This is the place to be!!!I Literally looked all over Lubbock for a place to live and this is hands down the best!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!So don’t waste your time looking anywhere else!! Because I promise that you won’t be dissapointed.(And yes, this is comming from a person with very high quality taste)

The maintenance person came by, about two weeks ago to check out the balcony wooden slats that are loose/raised. He told me he would be back on Friday of that week to start repairs. Have not seen nor heard from him.
